Much better experience than I anticipated. Had a scheduled appointment at 8 AM on a Saturday. Arrived at 8 and was the 4 th person in line. We all waited 10 minutes and the garage opened to let us in. Told the service rep what I was in for and was asked to wait in the lobby. The lobby had the typical amenities; water, coffee, donuts, TV, charging port, etc. Waited 45 minutes and my oil change and battery sensor recall was done. Walked to the cashier paid and left. 10 outta 10, would use Pearson's again.

It turned out it was an immaculate certified pre-owned 2014 Honda CR-V AWD LX. Just returned from a three year lease. This is only the second car that I've purchased from a dealer. If there was a no stars option, I would most certainly select it. I took my car in on Monday for an overall check after not driving it for a while. I dropped it off promptly at 7am. I received a call back at about 8 with $1600 in recommended services. At which time I told Scott to preform one and I would call him back on the rest. I called back to Honda, not one but FOUR times leaving 2 voicemails. After not hearing back from Scott, I decided to go to Honda and retrieve my car at 4 pm on Tuesday. Upon arrival - NOTHING had been done to my car, not even the one thing I authorized. Scott informed me, he was waiting for TWO days, for me to call back. Guess it never registered to Scott to call me back. In either case, I will never return again. I have an older Honda and all my mile maintenance services were previously preformed there. They have lost a loyal customer. And let's not mention the $1600 in services - recommended cause they weren't able to find them in my records - not because I truly needed it.

15%. I had never seen that before and knew I had an oil change not too long ago. Got kinda nervous. Brought it in for that and also state inspection. Was told the message was just according to time from last oil change and not level of oil. Apparently, when my last oil change was done, that sensor should have been re-set. Because of this error, I was given a free oil change. I did not have to wait long for the service, and everyone I encountered while waiting was very friendly. I also asked my service writer to check my radio/phone set-up. He quickly re-installed the system and fixed the problem. I am always pleased with the courteous, timely service, and clean, accommodating waiting area. I really don't mind bringing my car in for service because I know I will get service with a dealership that cares.

I have been dealing with Pearson now for 3-4 years. I bought a new Honda Civic in 2011. The dealer that sold me the car was very friendly. It did not take too long to do all the paperwork and they had the car detailed and ready for me to pick up the next day. I take it to them for all my services. They are friendly when I make my appointments and really seem to want your business. People always ask me why I take my car to the dealership "They will rip you off." . Its not about that. Its about having something to fall back on. If you get your car worked on at an independent mechanic you may not get your money back or they may not work with you if they mess up your vehicle. With the dealership at least its a big company and you are more likely to be compensated if your car is messed up when they repair it. I plan on keeping this car for a long time but if I ever need another it will be a Honda from Pearson.

WOW where do I start? I had been in contact with the sales associate Cindy Radford about a used Honda Odyssey van they have for sale. She described the vehicle as "looking brand new on the inside and out...just like any new Odyssey we have on the lot". She even sent me a few pictures that she took with her phone. She wanted me to hurry up to look at it because when they get a great used Honda Odyssey van in like this they do not hang around long. My husband and I took off from work yesterday early..made arrangements for our daughter to stay with someone and drive the HOUR AND A HALF to look at this van with the intention of buying it. When we arrive and she gives us the keys to go outside to look a the van I thought there was a mistake. There was no way that this lady let my husband and I drive that distance and the van staring back at me has major damage behind the drivers side tire and has been keyed in the other side. She explains when she pulled the van up beside the dealership that it did not look like that and goes to get her manager. I am thinking ok maybe someone sideswiped this car in their parking lot and did not tell them. My husband being an Engineer on a Menhaden boat does have some knowledge of how things work and took one look at the rust building up around the damage and calls b/s on the fact that this just happened. The Used Car manager Mike comes out with this blah blah story about how he has only been there for two weeks and wants to make it right. He suggest we look at another van they have. Thirty five minutes later they are still looking for the keys to "the other van". We left. Lesson learned. Now here is a lesson for you.
1. Do not lie to customers.
2. Do not try to pass junk off as being "certified"
3. Teach your salespersons to always have a back-up vehicle ready to go if what your customer came to look at does not work out. Thirty five minutes looking for the keys is someone pulling out of the parking lot.
This place is a joke along with the personnel. My advise is to keep driving to the next dealership. I would not believe a word these people say.

My sister had bought a car from here once and told us about her bad experience but we decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. He had been pre-approved with a bank to finance a car, and had been looking around. He had gone to a few dealerships throughout the day and at every place they approached him kindly, and assisted him wonderfully. We finally approached a sales man that was sitting down who was very kind in helping is, but didnt really seem like assisting. I bought my Honda Civic from Pearson Honda several years ago now, and most of the maintenance work I've gotten done at their service department. I have always felt like they were being honest with me and giving me a fair price (based on google research). The most recent time I was in there one of my maintenance minder codes came up that was going to be the most expensive part of the work I needed, but they told me that I'd had that work done recently enough that I didn't need it again. They could have easily just taken my money and did the unnecessary work but they didn't. It's this kind of honesty and customer service that keeps me coming back, and when I'm ready to get my next car, the first place I'll come to is Pearson Honda.

Drove the truck for three weeks before I had to go out on my own after being told they wouldn't pick up my loan and in 5 minutes had a check from Virginia Credit Union and got 3 points cheaper on the interest than Pearson was offering as "their best deal." Regardless, you all have the check, and I am waiting on a refund from the dealer for the GAP from the original deal that did not go through. You have a certified check from a reputable bank, why can't you issue me my refund. I'm waiting on a call back response but this is the WORST HONDA dealership I have ever dealt with when it comes to tomfoolery. I plan on having friends leave at least a 1 star review everyday until I receive a check in my mailbox for the $700 over payment.

I use Pearson to service my cars, they always fix it the first time, they assess the problem, ring with an estimate, and if the repairs are going to be expensive, they tell you what might be put off, and for how long, if you need to save a few pennies.
I will buy my future cars here, and will continue to have them provide service.

As always, I was greeted as soon as I drove in. The check-in process was quick and efficient. When scheduling an appointment, they always give an approximate, realistic wait time. Typically, they complete the work well within the time-frame given. Today was no exception. Everyone was courteous and respectful. After checking out, I was shown to my car (which was taken through the car wash). The "finishing touch", the gentleman opened my door for me and wished me a good day.

Started car shopping a month ago because my current car was no longer fitting my lifestyle or budget...and saying I went through hell at other car places would be an understatement. Pearson is 100% easier to work with than all the other dealers I've had to struggle with previously, and will definitely return when I am ready to get another car! I really should've known to stay with Pearson Honda since my whole family gets all their cars from this location too and have never had an issue, they've always gotten a better deal financially, and don't leave emotionally drained. During my experience here I worked with Troy Bell and he was a great sales guy who really listened to me, he was always available, and overall helped calmed my car buying rage after being burned by several previous car dealers. Rick Overby handled the financial side and was amazing too. Financing is usually a nightmare and money is a sensitive topic, but he really listened to my budget goals, thought ahead, never judged, laid out all my options without being overly opinionated (thank god), and never once tried to force dumb finance "policies" that other dealers make you feel guilty about. Overall, just go here. It's a million times less annoying and actually kind of exciting! I finally found a car I love to drive :D

I have never written a review for an automobile dealer, but I feel I really need to let everyone know about my recent amazing experience purchasing a new SUV at Pearson Honda in Midlothian. Over the past 20 years, I have purchase 5 new vehicles and each time before I was disappointed with the whole car buying and negotiating experience. Mr. Charles Carr at Pearson Honda provided a completely different experience and I highly recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to go see him before buying a car somewhere else. From the moment I met him on the lot, he was extremely courteous, professional, and treated me with respect. I explained to him that I was not sure I would buy a vehicle, but wanted to look at one, test drive it, and find out what the bottom line was on the vehicle price. Charles thoroughly answered every question I presented about the vehicle, to include my inquiries about how his Honda SUV compared to similar vehicles from other manufacturers. I never felt an ounce of pressure from him to buy a vehicle and when I mentioned I might look at other dealers for a similar vehicle, he said he understood my interest in getting the best bargain. Having done a lot of research and comparison shopping at other dealers, I truly appreciated being presented with what I knew was a fair price without a lot of haggling. While I don t expect to be looking for another vehicle in the near term, Pearson Honda will be my first stop when I am. The new SUV is great, but the service at the dealership, especially from Mr. Carr, was the highlight of my experience.

We had a great experience working with Pearson Honda on the purchase of a 2017 Civic EX-T. Our sales rep, Scott Reyes, was excellent to work with. He provided us with all of the details we needed to make the right decision, and didn't put the pressure on us while we did comparison shopping at other dealerships. Nothing could beat the features of the Civic and the experience of working with this Honda dealership. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

When I initially arrived, it took a little while for a sales person to help me, as a few said they were already waiting for customers, but still appeared to be sitting idle. I was able to work with Daniel Jackson, and both he and Scott Reyes are very pleasant and easy to work with. They both tended to my family and I very well when purchasing my Civic EX-T and answered my questions confidently and informatively.
