If there was a no stars option, I would most certainly select it. I took my car in on Monday for an overall check after not driving it for a while. I dropped it off promptly at 7am. I received a call back at about 8 with $1600 in recommended services. At which time I told Scott to preform one and I would call him back on the rest. I called back to Honda, not one but FOUR times leaving 2 voicemails. After not hearing back from Scott, I decided to go to Honda and retrieve my car at 4 pm on Tuesday. Upon arrival - NOTHING had been done to my car, not even the one thing I authorized. Scott informed me, he was waiting for TWO days, for me to call back. Guess it never registered to Scott to call me back. In either case, I will never return again. I have an older Honda and all my mile maintenance services were previously preformed there. They have lost a loyal customer. And let's not mention the $1600 in services - recommended cause they weren't able to find them in my records - not because I truly needed it.
