... Just waste of your money! One star is too much.
Their customer service is so unfriendly and unprofessional. Their plans are not literally worth it, cause you can find cheaper deals without any plan online. If you want to sign a contract with them, go with a lawyer to not be ripped off. There is no way to terminate it after signing.

Went for one of their sales pitch stays (2 nights + Spa + Sales Presentation = $200). They didn't put us up in the resort that they are actually trying to sell us on, but the Living Stone was clean and well kept. Friendly people with a decent restaurant.
The whole Vitality Vacation thing seems a bit hokey to me, but at the same time appealing. Not sure if it is for me. Keep holding out for more, tell them you are not interested right to the end and they will keep adding promotions on. Extra free weeks, more off the purchase price, AND even time to think about it without loosing the 'now or never' promotions.

Was this too much? My wife thinks I shouldn't use the word 'hokey' because they delivered what they said they would, and they were really nice people. I agree they did and they are.
The spa was pretty sweet, I had a good time there.

I guess what I meant by hokey is that it seems to me that other than the 2-3 free weeks included in their package, it is the same amount you would spend on your own. What they are trying to get you to do is commit to traveling for the next 25 years. I would say that the online travel/planning tools available to you as a member are pretty cool, which you would not have access to otherwise.

Came for a weekend with my wife as it was our anniversary! The golf course was amazing- even got a birdie! My wife enjoyed the spa! Had a nice tomahawk steak at Lakeside Seafood and Grill- definitely would recommend! The presentation was great, would definitely recommend! Can't wait to come back!

My grandchildren had a blast! Very family orientated.Hope to come back soon. The presentation that my wife and I did was great- what a great concept! Thank you again for making our trip that more amazing!

Absolutely terrible customer service from the staff who work for the timeshare office. Crystal director of member service as well as Kyla. Completely unhelpful, unprofessional and really frustrating to deal with. STILL WAITING FOR AN EMAIL FROM CRYSTAL. Do your research as this timeshare is a complete waste of money. There are good companies out there however Vitality Assurance Vacations is definitely not one to buy into. I have not had even one positive experience and I have been a member since 2016. Now I am stuck paying annual maintenance fees for no reason hoping that one day I will actually be able to book a vacation. As well RCI gives the impression that Vitality Assurance members are at the bottom of the barrel. I dont know what type of deal they have but there is NEVER any availability to use my points. In fact, once they hear my membership is with Vitality Assurance Vacations they tell me to call a special number because there are very few agents who can help!?!

Kindly answered the phone when the telemarketer offered a vacation deal, and declined, he proceeded to give me attitude AND had the audacity to hang up on me. I would've hung up on him first but I'm at least a decent human being. Thanks for wasting my time.

the customer service is incredibly bad

the customer service is incredibly bad
purchased the vacation share in 2016 we were very excited but had asked repeatedly for help as to how to use the program the sales people assured us that there were reps who would guide us....
there were but then I think they either quit or were terminated.. our first visit to the resort was handled by another department which is not for members we were left with a 14oo.plus invoice
so make sure when you call the number you specifically ask for vitality membership services ...
the second visit to the resort we wanted to speak with a rep as to how to use interval ..so I received several reminder calls about the visit and of course they were promising spa vist etc I told the purpose of our visit was to talk to laura not go through another presentation, i told them this every time we confirmed our january visit .....sunday afternoon we met with the Rep laura only to be so rudely interrupted by some sales person accusing us of not keeping an appointment with them ...I do not recommend living water resort or is it vitality...
pushy rude after sales people I hadn't had one normal experience in the resort...the first on the suite were in had cupboards that fell off, a flood from the washer,
the second visit which I paid for again w(wanted to save our points for an out of country resort with Interval) the room was old dirty and also had appliances that did not work
While I like my experiences outside the home resort..." I do not recommend Vitality or is it living water or is it cranberry resort...I give this place a 1/4 of a star the only people I thought and trust were the original sales reps back in October 2016
