I recently brought my CRV to the service dept because the panel showed oil level at
15%. I had never seen that before and knew I had an oil change not too long ago. Got kinda nervous. Brought it in for that and also state inspection. Was told the message was just according to time from last oil change and not level of oil. Apparently, when my last oil change was done, that sensor should have been re-set. Because of this error, I was given a free oil change. I did not have to wait long for the service, and everyone I encountered while waiting was very friendly. I also asked my service writer to check my radio/phone set-up. He quickly re-installed the system and fixed the problem. I am always pleased with the courteous, timely service, and clean, accommodating waiting area. I really don't mind bringing my car in for service because I know I will get service with a dealership that cares.
