I bought my Honda Civic from Pearson Honda several years ago now, and most of the maintenance work I've gotten done at their service department. I have always felt like they were being honest with me and giving me a fair price (based on google research). The most recent time I was in there one of my maintenance minder codes came up that was going to be the most expensive part of the work I needed, but they told me that I'd had that work done recently enough that I didn't need it again. They could have easily just taken my money and did the unnecessary work but they didn't. It's this kind of honesty and customer service that keeps me coming back, and when I'm ready to get my next car, the first place I'll come to is Pearson Honda.
