Fast and easy process. Ms. Stevensen was so warm and inviting. I recommend this place for fingerprinting. This was the only place that was open the day after Thanksgiving that I knew of, which was wonderful. When you need something important and pertinent done especially after the holiday you can count on them.
The process was seamless and efficient. And the product doesn't feel intrusive or cumbersome.

Brenda at the front desk and my technician were super helpful and friendly! I was in and out quickly and able to come in same day which was rear. Because if my work hours and the time stamp on my fingerprinting, I needed to go somewhere quickly and I m so happy I went with Kentech. They were the easiest part of my whole application process!

I went to get Biometrics done for a license and it was a great experience, seamless, fast and efficient and no ink pads involved that was a perfect experience. To add to the already great experience - I asked for my payment receipt a month later as I misplaced the first copy, they sent me an email with the receipt copy within less than one business day. I had a very wonderful experience getting my finger prints, a FAR better experience than when I had to get my finger prints done in the suburbs. The office is modern, the technology is state of the art, the staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They were also very friendly and put me at ease during this process, made it very simple and fun. I would definitely recommend!

I got my fingerprints taken as a new requirement for my medical license a couple weeks ago. I was in and out in 5 mins and didnt think anything of it again. Today my husband and I went to Accurate Biometrics to get him fingerprinted for his conceal carry license and what a difference in experience. There was a very uninviting vibe, the staff members were rude, and they refused to explain the application process to my husband after asking several times. I called Kentech and the person who answered explained the entire process and actually broke it down into specifics for my husband. Fingerprinting isn't a common or consecutive service people need so I never thought to recommend someone for it, but seeing the difference in service, I recommend getting your prints at Kentech over Accurate Biometrics. The office environment is much more accepting and the girl my husband and I spoke with today really went out of her way to help us and she deserve to be recognized for it.

Kentech was very nice and friendly. They were very professional, my appointment was set for 12 pm I arrived early and they gave me paper work right away and got me in and out. I left the office at 12:05. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I called ahead to specify that they would do fingerprints for my medical license out of state. I was assured multiple times over the phone that they would do it because I know that not every servicer offers it. Get there for my appointment, and they tell me they can't do it, and that they are sorry because they don't always "control who answers the phone or what they say." Safe to say, I won't ever be going back.
