I've been looking for a car since January. Yesterday I finally found my dream car and I couldn't have had a better Experience thanks to Charles Carr. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had!

The overall experience here is top of the line. Customers are their priority and the treat you like family. Lovely waiting area while you wait for your vehicle to be serviced. Donuts and coffee in the morning. The wait is not long at all. I've been coming here for about 3 years, and I don't think ill be going anywhere else anytime soon.
I have been in the market for a used vehicle and my first contact was with Shawn. We corresponded online. When I went for a test drive Josh took me out and was nice and professional and knowledgeable. Due to my schedule although I saw things I liked and Shawn and Josh kept me abreast of vehicles that suited my choices I could not make it to the dealership to see them and missed out on great vehicles. Yesterday I did a test drive with Frank and he was phenomenal too. I did not purchase a vehicle but I would consider Pearson in the future and will refer others. Wonderful team - Shawn, Josh and Frank. Thank you for all your help.
I just bought a 2018 Honda Pilot and love it! Great experience at Pearson Honda, they have a great location with conveniences if you need to bring your kids along as I did. I have bought several cars, but never had anyone in any sales department explain things to me as well as Charles Gaskins did. I previously test drove a Pilot elsewhere, and I don t think 1/10th of the cars features were explained to me. So learning the car before buying was important and Charles made sure I understood! Even thought we ended up there pretty late, no one seemed bothered that we were there and Charles still took the time after I purchased the car to sync my phone for me and set all my features how I wanted them. If you are buying a Honda, go to Pearson for a good experience!
TLDR - Watch out for: poor quality wearable parts, pressure based maintenance recommendations, lack of transparency regarding parts installed, excessive maintenance costs on warrantied vehicles, and excessive wait times. (updated 10/12/20)
Update 10/12/20: The Service department contacted bridgestone and it appears that they will honor their supplementary mileage warranty for the factory installed tires. So credit to bridgestone! I was given a $60 discount per tire. Pearson Honda is not discounting any labor cost or offering any other assistance... Again this on a 2018 Honda CRV, with under 20,000 miles, that was purchased new and has always been maintained at the the dealer's service department. I still find this unacceptable but it is clear that I will be no further compensation.
10/8/2020 (don't often post reviews but this needs to be said)
Beware of the service department, the Pearson Honda dealership and the quality of "wearable" parts installed by the dealer. Purchased a new 2018 Honda CRV from Pearson Honda in November of 2017. On Oct 8th of 2020 the service department conducted scheduled maintenance and a VA state inspection on the vehicle. The rear tires were excessively worn down (1 32nds) and we were recommended to be replaced. These tires were new with the vehicle and were always used in normal driving conditions with 19,967 miles on the vehicle. Honda would not cover the replacement of the tires and charged my wife $299.98 to install 2 new tires, matching the original tires that were installed. Then charged $89.95 to align all 4 wheels. At no point was my wife given a choice of tires to install on the vehicle and no information regarding the brand/model/manufacturer of the tire was provided... no warranty information was provided.
So to recap I just paid $389.93 for 2 new tires and an alignment on my new 2018 CRV with less than 20,000 miles. Keep in mind I have used this service department for all my vehicle maintenance since the vehicle is still under warranty and have followed all recommended maintenance. Furthermore the service department seemed to think there was no problem installing new tires on a vehicle that had front tires that were worn to 6 32nds on a vehicle that is all-wheel drive (this was even recommended).
All of this is completely unacceptable and differs from most mechanical recommendations for all-wheel drive vehicles. When I asked if there was a mechanical issue with the car that could lead to the excessive wear on the rear tires (on the phone after the shop visit) I was told that they didn't check because no one told them to... I was understandably confused. We take our vehicle to the service department to have them recommend the best course of action to maintain the vehicle, as I am not a car mechanic and don't have the expertise to recommend or detect issues. later the service department "advisor" revised the statement to, we checked all the normal causes of this and nothing was wrong.
So now I have two older tires that that are clearly poor quality, paid for 2 new bad quality tires to be installed 'to fix the problem'. All on a vehicle that is new, under warranty, and has less than 20,000 miles... I think the service department saw my wife and figured they could rack up a bill that would be paid with no complaint...
I have called the service department and they seemed to think all of this is completely fine. My wife regretted going along with the recommendation but felt pressured to go along because the state inspection my not have passed... She was also there for 3 HOURS for a "scheduled appointment". This appointment was for an oil change and state inspection. I can't blame her for wanting to get out of there after waiting 3 hours.
Avoid the service department, and shop for your Honda at another dealership if you want the wearable parts (tires, brakes, etc.) on your vehicle to last longer than 20,000 without major service fees.
Called to report a problem with cylinder 3 which Honda had a service bulletin for and when talking to service department the associate I spoke with was very rude and condescending when I explained the problem. He didn't want to hear what was going on and immediately tried to place blame elsewhere. He didn't want to help and made it feel as though it was an annoyance to him that he had to talk to me about the problem with my 2012 Odyssey. Contacted Colonial Honda and explained everything the exact same way and was treated so much better. Associate there was nice respectful and really tried to help figure out what was going on. Will never bring my vehicle back to Pearson Honda will take it elsewhere from now on. Pearson Honda has lost my business for good and I will be spreading the word of how Pearson Honda likes to treat their customers. Absolutely uncalled for, horrible service!
My husband bought a 2012 Buick Enlcave with 65,000+ miles on it for a little over $14,000. They talked him into GAP insurance and an extended bumper to bumper warranty both totaling $2900. It s was supposed to have remote start and Bluetooth. Neither works. Father s Day weekend the air stopped working and when he took it in to Pearson s they said it would be $1500 to fix. Now this could have been a claim for the extended warranty but the mechanic insisted that it was a design flaw and that my husband needed to either pay to have it fixed or call Buick GM and let them know that the steering column caused the break in the air conditioner pipe. Well once he called he found out that not only is there no design flaw that could cause this damage but that they sold my husband a BRANDED title! This was not disclosed at all. Capital One wound have never financed the vehicle if it was. On July 11 Pearson s Honda was told of this finding and who told it to him. Once I pulled the history on the car we found out the odometer had been tampered with. The manager said he would call back the next day. TODAY IS JULY 19 AND NO ONE HAS CALLED TO STRAIGHTEN ANYTHING OUT. My husband was sold a car based on the year and mileage on a car. They even add the Kelly Blue Book estimated value. When I put the industry standard (miles per year) the car is only worth half what they sold it for. Now I m getting the state and Capital One auto finance involved because it s fraud.
I took my used Civic in for a recall. I left with broken front speakers and radio display pixelation. I called and was told to bring it back. When they called, they stated that the airbag system has nothing to do with the radio and therefore that proves it wasn't their fault. I left the dealership with a quote for over $1000 to fix it AND an additional problem with my speakers that wasn't there hours before when I dropped it off. I spoke to the general manager and his final response was the same as the rest: that there was no possible way it was their fault.
Not only will I never go to that dealership for anything, but I doubt I'll ever buy a Honda again. Stay away from this place.
As always, exceptional customer service, mechanical work done right the first time, and fair pricing. Wouldn't take my car anyplace else for service. I know I can always trust Pearson.
Worked me in on short notice. Initially I dropped off my vehicle so they would have the day to complete service. Pearson called back in 1 hour finished. I always get great service, and the pricing is very reasonable. Facility/waiting area is very clean and comfortable. Thanks Pearson.
My Service Advisor Zachary Mayhew effectively addressed all of my questions and concerns. He was professional, courteous and helpful. Pearson Honda you rock!!!!!
I made my appointment on the internet. I was in and out in about a half hour including a car wash. I was very happy with the way everything was handled. Excellent job!
Would give zero stars if possible. Went to test drive a car- worked with Troy Bell. Went back 1 week later to test drive again. Troy was busy this time, so we worked with Mike Revell. At this visit we talked pricing and were given an OUT THE DOOR offer in writing. My husband and I walked, but we were told that the offer was good for as long as they had the car on the lot. We went back exactly 1 week later to purchase and was told that there was a miscommunication and they would no longer honor the offer. Troy Bell then told me that he would ask the sales manager who worked on a different day what he could do for us and that he would call me back the next day. Still waiting on that call, Troy! Don t waste your time with Pearson- they are LIARS! I took my business to West Broad Honda and they were fantastic!
A great experience from start to finish. Troy responded exactly as I had requested. No annoying phone calls pestering me to come in a for a test drive or to see what kind of deal we could work out as soon as I came in. No attempt to wheel and deal or pull a quick switch. No empty, absurd promises (i.e. we have no lowest price ... we will beat every other dealer in town - said every other dealer I spoke with). Just simple, straightforward communication. It was refreshing to be able to go through the process of getting a new vehicle on my terms. Highly recommend working with them. You won t be disappointed.
Bought a 2010 van from here. Since buying It we ve had to fix the AC, the door has FALLEN OFF, and the door they reattached now doesn t open two months later. I was told that this is the risk I take when buying a used vehicle.
Good service. Incredibly annoying, guilt-inducing, and pressured requests to answer the Honda questionnaire with all 10s. Makes you want to answer with 1s.
I just bought a new 2018 civic from Pearson Honda and I cannot say enough about this place! First and foremost, the car salesman Troy was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was kind, honest, and really went the extra mile for me. I was really hesitant about buying a car from a dealership, but would absolutely do it again if every car salesman was like Troy. The finance guy was a bit unprofessional in that he lacked eye contact during the entire finalization of the deal. Even with that however, I ended the day on a high note when Troy took time to personalize the car features for me, showing me all of the ins and outs of the car. I would definitely buy from Pearson Honda and will be looking for Troy for the deal! Thank you Pearson Honda!
Awesome experience! The process to purchase a 2015 Accord and trade in my previous vehicle went smoothly from beginning to end. Shawn Snider and Joe Norris did a great job of explaining the details of the new car as well as the financial information. I was also very impressed with their customer service and efficiency. These guys rock!
I was on my way to Richmond, VA when something jumped up and hit the undercarriage of my car. I checked my brakes but there was a weird sound. I look under my car and there is metal hanging from it. I was scared my engine was going to fall out. I made it to Richmond and every dealership was closed.
I went to the Pearson Honda dealership at 8am on a Saturday knowing it was going to be crowded. I drove my car in and I met Jay Gonzalez. He saw my fear and calmed me down. I knew there would be a wait so I was prepared.
The waiting area was nice and clean, great music and free WiFi. Less than a hour later Jay says what the problem was, they had the part and told me the price. I was in and out within 1.5 on a Saturday.
The warmth of Jay and the pleasant staff was amazing. If I ever need a Honda dealership in RVA I m coming back to Pearson Honda.
I took my car to the service area 30 minutes before my appointment and they still didn t finish servicing my vehicle before closing time even though they told me they could get it done.
Extremely satisfied. I had bought 3 Nissans until I bought a 2012 CR-V and now am the owner of a 2015 CR-V. Service has always been great. Frank Goodman and Joe Jackson have been great to deal with.
This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Pearson Honda and Greg Golke as our salesman. The experience and service has been excellent. We could not ask for anyone better. He will continue to be our "go-to guy."
I enjoyed the experience I had purchasing my car from this location, but for the past days I have been having trouble with my car. I have contacted the service and parts department numerous times. They don't answer there phones and when I do talk to someone about my car issues they claim they are going to call back, but I never receive a call back. It takes about almost 4 hours for them to respond, but I have to initiate the call first. This is really bad service or they need to hire more people.
Went in for an oil change. Service personnel were very nice, oil change was done within an hour, quick check out and they always offer a free car wash!
Very polite and professional! Very nice waiting room and refreshments. Always the place I go everytime I need something done to my car!!! The employees are very respectful and always friendly.
Just bought a new car from here !! Clean showroom and very friendly receptionist. My salesman Greg Gohlke was super helpful and patient. Everything was simple and explained to me clearly. I love my brand new civic. It's totally simple and perfect and easy to drive. I was very nervous about buying new and going to larger dealerships but everything here was simple and not overwhelming at all.
Pearson Honda sales and service are second to none! Shawn Snider was able to give me an amazing deal on my newest car. I would recommend Pearson and Shawn to anyone who wants a top notch sales experience. I am a second time customer and plan to be a customer of Pearson for many years to come. Both Shawn and Pearson have both gone above and beyond to earn my business and it does not go unnoticed!
I had a wonderful experience buying my first car here at Pearson Honda. I was extremely pleased with the help the salesman Troy Bell gave me, and made the whole buying experience very stress free. Troy was very patient as well as informing about all the details that went with buying a brand new car! I absolutely love my brand new Honda Civic and will recommend everyone to go with Pearson Honda.
Great Experience. Troy Bell (sales) was patient, thorough, and not at all pushy. Went in to test drive a CRV Tuesday, bought a CRV on Wednesday! Once the purchase was made Troy sat in the vehicle with us and explained all the computer functions, connected my device to bluetooth, etc. Thank you Troy!
I traded in a 4runner and downsized to a brand new 2018 Honda accord Sport with the 2.0 Turbo engine and 10 speed transmission. I contacted Charles Carr at Pearson Honda with my request to find a red 2.0 sport, and within 5 minutes of our phone call, he calls me back to let me know they had located one and could have it at the dealer in 2 days. It came in 2 days as promised, and the whole process could not have been easier. Charles made me feel welcomed and provided all details of my trade in and new car purchase in black and white, with no surprises. I highly recommend Charles and the team at Pearson--they were straight shooters and offered a stress-free purchasing process.
Superb experience in purchasing my new Civic. Courteous, fair, knowledgeable, and friendly. Salesman Frank Goodman walked the extra mile to insure I was satisfied. Very happy working with Pearson Honda.
One of the finest dealership I have ever dealt with. Courteous, Friendly, honest and above all cooperative. I purchased a new 2003 Honda Accord that has been the best car I have ever owned. Good Service, excellent mileage and all around great car. When I purchased this car the dealership was on Midlothian Turnpike and Boulder Springs Drive. They have relocated to Hull St in a beautiful facility. Recently I had a small problem with the Air Bag light, it would not go off. called the Service Manager and discussed the problem and he stated that it could be the wiring in the seat belt. I took it in and while it was there it was due for Inspection, told them to do it all. When we went to pick it up the following day, it was not inspected. I mentioned it and right away the Service Manager was on it. During the discussion this other gentleman come up and we got to talking and I must say he was one of the finest gentleman that I have met in a long time, we discussed many subjects and after about an hour we went to lunch. On our return the car had been inspected, washed and ready to go. We were presented the bill and it was marked NO Charge. We couldn't believe it, they stated that the car was not ready when they told us it would be and that the service on them. Outstanding and by the way the gentleman we were talking with was Keith Hightower, General Manager. We will return and we recommend them VERY highly. Try them you will too!!! By the way I dropped a $2.00 Bill between the seats and forgot about it....guess what...it was in the cup holder when we picked up the car.
I went to the Honda dealership with a mindset that I had already decided on another vehicle. Greg Gohlke did an excellent job changing my mind. Greg had an excellent knowledge of the Accord fleet. After a test drive with Greg I was convinced a Honda was the car I needed. After the purchase Greg patiently reviewed all the Honda features with my wife and me. Overall it was a very satisfying experience dealing with Greg and the dealership. I feel I have a contact at the dealership I can come to with any issues in the future. The new Accord is a beautiful vehicle.
Great experience from start to finish. Jess knew what I wanted and the price I could afford. She sought out the perfect vehicle and I could not be more pleased! Thank you Jess for being so knowledgeable and courteous! You were a pleasure to work with!
I came in the a couple of days ago to way my options. Not ready to buy just yet, but Charles Gaskins definitely helped me find what I m looking for. Definitely buying a Honda when the time comes!
Our sales person was Daphne Glover.... she was amazing! There was no pressure, she was very informed, and gave us an awesome price. She gave us a five star experience. If you are in the market for a Honda, Daphne is definitely the person you want to see.
Now, the reason why my rating is four stars is due to my nice, generous spirit. When the vehicle was presented to us, it was still dirty inside. We received a coupon to come have it detailed so they could "make it up to us". We did that and their detail shop kept it for two hours and still did an amazingly inadequate and poor job of detailing. They missed dirt on the tailgate, dust on the dashboard, a spiderweb on the windshield wipers, and dirt on the arm rest. All of that being said, the bottom line is buy the vehicle from Daphne and take it somewhere else for detail and service.
Repeat customer of the Pearson dealerships and most recently bought a Honda Pilot. We worked with Greg Gohlke over the course of 3 visits to gain knowlege, narrow down, and take delivery. With each visit he was patient and very helpful in sharing knowledge and helping us compare our options. Would highly recommend working with him! Leah from the finance department was also easy to work with during the delivery process!
We are loving our new car and are thankful for a great experience!
I had to get my airbags replaced due to a recall. I have a one year old, I had to bring her with me so the morning already seemed off. I needed to pull into the service bay, but because my kid was screaming I wasn t paying attention and parked. I had gotten her out of her car seat, into her stroller when I realized I needed to pull in. I turned around to put her back into the car, overwhelmed and tired when I heard a gentleman ask if I needed help. Mike didn t think twice to ask if he could drive my car in for me, let me tell you it was a huge weight of my shoulders as trivial as it sounds. I couldn t remember where I put my keys so he gladly held my screaming toddler while I got myself together. It helped a really worn down mama that morning, the world needs more people like him. Overall a great experience with this dealership, we will be back for sure.
This is the first time that I have been disappointed with my service. I was told that I wouldn t need new breaks for a couple of months. I actually needed brakes at that time. The brakes were squealing and rubbing when I braked.
I come to this location all the time for my auto needs but this tine was terrible. I waited 40 min to have my car released to me though I received a call that side of it was done. When I arrived I paid for my repairs and was told they would run it through the wash and bring it around. Well 15 min pass and I asked the gentleman who checked me out had they forgotten about me. I then noticed my car pulled all the way to the front outside of there drop off zone. I told him I could see my car and it's location but he said if it was up there then it wasn't ready yet. I then waited another 15 min and my car had not been moved. I sat down after walking around a bit beside a gentleman who seemed to be experiencing the same frustration. He asked me do I usually receive good service here. I told him I did but today things were all out of sorts.I also told him that they usually provide great customer service and you usually in and out but today was different. I sat another 5 min before the associate who checked me out saw me still waiting and asked to see my paperwork. He said that the paperwork had me marked as ready to go.he then asked to take the paperwork and walk outside and down to my car.he came back in and said that the keys had been in my car the whole time and that it was ready for me. I was beyond irritated since my car had never moved the entire time I was there. There seem to be some type of miscommunication which led to me being late to my next appointment. I really enjoy coming there but I will not tolerate another experience like that. I hope they work on the communication before my next visit or else that might be my last.
The staff was, as always, supremely courteous and friendly. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, ask for Scott Reyes, great guy with extensive knowledge of market trends and vehicle pros and cons. It is unlikely I ll return to their service department; despite having and giving the diagnostic service code to the technician, they insisted on re-running (and charging me $66 for) the diagnostic test. Service took 3 hours despite having an appointment, and when they thought I was going to buy a vehicle, states it would take an additional hour and a half. When they found out I wasn t buying that day, it turned into 5 minutes.
Labor Day was GREAT ! Stopped in at Pearson Honda to look at trucks. I have been looking for some time but just couldn t decide. The salesman I worked with was very knowledgabe. He let me test drive the 2019 Honda Ridgeline. WOW!!!!!! It s was better than a Cadillac. No road noise, couldn t feel any bumps, extremely plush. I was sooooo impressed. I have test driven a lot of trucks lately an nothing compares to the Honda Ridgeline. My salesman was Don Young. He explained all the bells and whistles in the truck to me. I have to admit.....I couldn t walk away. Don s knowledge and the quality of the Ridgline cannot not be found any where else. I am proud to say I am a owner of a brand new 2019 Honda Ridgeline. Thank you Don Young for your professionlism and knowledge.
Shawn Snider was wonderful to work with. I was an out of town sale but he kept me informed through the entire process. I told him what I was looking for, he offered me a price, I added a feature or two and we made the deal. No hype, no pressure, no BS. Just honest facts. When I arrived to pick up my car he had everything in order just as promised. We reviewed the paperwork went over the features of the vehicle and I was on my way home. When I am ready for my next vehicle I will return to do business with Shawn.
Had an amazing experience with Josh Blizard at Pearson honda yesterday! He went above and beyond to do everything possible to make us happy! When we left there we were thrilled with our purchase and my husband smiled all the way home!
If I had one word to describe Pearson Honda, it would be integrity. They handled a paperwork glitch promptly and thereby earned my trust. Nate Jones, my service representative, was a joy to work with. His courtesy, patience, knowledge, and resourcefulness was remarkable. I highly recommend Pearson Honda.
I just purchased a 2018 Honda Accord this past Monday. I LOVE the car and Shawn Snider was very friendly and extremely helpful. He went over every detail of the car with me and made sure I was comfortable before leaving.
I have nothing but good things to say about the service department - especially Jeff Linke--a service advisor who has been a straight shooter never trying to upsell unnecessary work. I have all of my Acuras and Hondas dealer maintained and this is by far the most Professional Service Department I have dealt with.
Buy from here if you want to completely ruin your car buying experience. Bought my car on Monday. Ordered some accessories which was suppose to get there, installed and the car delivered on Wednesday. They didn't bothered to call and let me know that it's not going to be ready on Wednesday. I called Victor on my way there, just to find out it's not going to be ready until today (Thursday). Today I am calling, Victor is not working today and the service department calls keep going into voicemail. So no one cares about customers once the car is sold. Not very sure if I will get my new car today.
We have purchased 7 cars in total from Pearson Honda. We couldn t be more pleased with our overall purchase experience. We make the hour long drive to purchase our new Hondas there even though we moved and have another dealership closer.
Butch Bowler has sold us our last four cars. He is so helpful and easy to work with. He is such a kind and gentle person with no high pressure sale tactics. He has always provided us with a better deal than all of his competitors, and he treats us more like family than a customers. What more could you ask for!
Great experience along with great people. Definitely would advise anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to check this place out. Shout out to Greg for getting me into my dream car!
I recently completed my 3rd car purchase at Pearson. Once again, I was very impressed by the friendly, patient and informative service I received. This time around, my purchasing experience was led by Charles Carr. Charles was so easy to talk to, listened to my needs for a car for my parents, and pointed out a perfect solution. He waited with me while financing was being processed and found ways to make my wait and experience non-stressful and full of laughter. Thanks Charles and Pearson for a great find and turning a somewhat stressful task into a great success!
3 hours for an oil change with an appointment. Didn't top fluids. Didn't say anything about the TPMS light being on. Finally got my CRV and it still showed 30% on the dashboard. Awful service today.
I was considering trading in my Honda Civic for an SUV. My car was going to be paid off in one month and it was due for the yearly inspection on top of the renewal of my registration. My husband and I had been talking about this for the past few months, it was time to act on it. I was pleased with my previous service with Pearson Honda when I bought my Civic in 2013, I decided to go back. First, I did some research about the trade in value as I always do before making a new purchase and looked at several types on SUV s online. Proceeded to send a message online to Pearson, immediately I had a response from Jessica Wirt. Went through some questions followed up by details and items that were of interest to me. Jessica followed up and listened to everything I said. I then followed up by stating that my husband and I would be there within the hour. She said she wrote down all the details and would give the details to a sales consultant. We pulled up at the dealership and met Charles Gaskins. I asked for Jessica and proceeded with some small talk. Charles then showed us the Honda Passport. To my surprise, I was very interested and Charles was ready to help. We met Jessica with a smile and pleasant greeting. To my surprise, she did write everything down. Charles had a great foundation to work with and then we were in the Passport for a test drive. Charles was excellent to work with. Great personality and not pushy at all (hence the stereotype that we all dread). Charles was very informative and knew his stuff. We were then at the part of what needed to be done, negotiations and financing. When I got the figures, I noticed that Pearson was not offering me the trade in value that another dealer had offered. He went back to negotiate and can back with the same offer.....well done. Next, we met with Robert in finance, he was prepared and ready for me to sign everything to finalize the deal. Again, Robert was a pleasure to work with and his attention to detail was right on point. I walked away very happy with my new purchase. I thank everyone that we dealt with at Pearson and I would not hesitate to recommend this team of great individuals.
When I got to the dealership, I had a chance to look at all of their used car options without the salesmen being pushy or asking a lot of questions while looking at the vehicle choices that they have. After I found the SUV I wanted, which was a certified pre owned 2015 Honda CR-V EX, I immediately looked for a salesman. Greg introduced himself to me and he gave me a full lecture about the vehicles performance and other cool features. This was my first time being on their lot and Greg made me feel more than welcome than I did Brian Logan at West Broad Honda (which I had a very bad experience within the same day). Pearson Honda had me in and out and I was already approved through my credit union which made things run even smoother. I will always recommend people to this dealer if they're looking for a Honda or any used vehicle.
Just a state inspection. Still, the level of service at this Pearson Honda is commendable. Immediate contact upon entering, clear work time, great guest area. They have decaf!!!
I had been looking for a new van for a while trying to decide what I really wanted. I compared and corisponded with Brenden Young on line . I went in on August 13,2018 and was introduced to Troy Bell ! He was absolutely amazing and treated me with respect and was not pushy at all. He really took the time and listened to my needs and what I wanted. He was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help! I would highly recommend them to help you. I m enjoying my NEW Honda Odyssey! Thank you guys so much and look forward to seeing you again!
I would like to write a review for Nate Jones at Pearson Honda. I came to Pearson Honda on the evening of Monday, November 12, 2018 looking for a pre-owned vehicle. Nate was very friendly and helped me get into a 2013 Honda CRV-EX 4WD with 83,000. I thought Nate gave me a fair price and gave me a 12,000 mile 1 year warranty, which isn't typically done for vehicles over 80,000 miles. Nate also gave me a fair trade in value on my 2002 Jaguar XJ8 and I drove my Honda CRV home that evening.
