Leaving a unsatisfactory rating because of lack of dealer communication. Purchased a vehicle three weeks ago that the ball known as the financing deal got dropped on. Drove the truck for three weeks before I had to go out on my own after being told they wouldn't pick up my loan and in 5 minutes had a check from Virginia Credit Union and got 3 points cheaper on the interest than Pearson was offering as "their best deal." Regardless, you all have the check, and I am waiting on a refund from the dealer for the GAP from the original deal that did not go through. You have a certified check from a reputable bank, why can't you issue me my refund. I'm waiting on a call back response but this is the WORST HONDA dealership I have ever dealt with when it comes to tomfoolery. I plan on having friends leave at least a 1 star review everyday until I receive a check in my mailbox for the $700 over payment.
