I bought a 2011 Honda Pilot from them in December ...
I bought a 2011 Honda Pilot from them in December of 2017. I got it for a decent price. They were very motivated to sell me the vehicle and made it easy for me. Fast forward to the beginning February 2018. The Pilot started having issues with the electronics in the center consol and the handsfree link didn't work. I called the dealership and scheduled an appointment and took the vehicle in. The service department told me the that it was a computer issue and it cost $491 to replace it. I spoke with the sales person who sold me the vehicle and explained the situation. He allegedly spoke to the service manager and explained that I had just purchased the vehicle in December and asked if they could work something out on the cost of fixing the Pilot which I would have most likely done because it is a used vehicle and don't expect it to be free. The manager told him he couldn't do a thing for me. While I am aware that I purchased a used vehicle, I kind of have a suspicion that the dealership knew about the issues with the vehicle before I purchased it. Basically, this place is like every other dealership out there, just trying to make quick buck off us hard working people. Do not believe the hype. They don't care about you or your family. They only care about making money. I would avoid this place for purchasing a used vehicle.
