One of the finest dealership I have ever dealt with. Courteous, Friendly, honest and above all cooperative. I purchased a new 2003 Honda Accord that has been the best car I have ever owned. Good Service, excellent mileage and all around great car. When I purchased this car the dealership was on Midlothian Turnpike and Boulder Springs Drive. They have relocated to Hull St in a beautiful facility. Recently I had a small problem with the Air Bag light, it would not go off. called the Service Manager and discussed the problem and he stated that it could be the wiring in the seat belt. I took it in and while it was there it was due for Inspection, told them to do it all. When we went to pick it up the following day, it was not inspected. I mentioned it and right away the Service Manager was on it. During the discussion this other gentleman come up and we got to talking and I must say he was one of the finest gentleman that I have met in a long time, we discussed many subjects and after about an hour we went to lunch. On our return the car had been inspected, washed and ready to go. We were presented the bill and it was marked NO Charge. We couldn't believe it, they stated that the car was not ready when they told us it would be and that the service on them. Outstanding and by the way the gentleman we were talking with was Keith Hightower, General Manager. We will return and we recommend them VERY highly. Try them you will too!!! By the way I dropped a $2.00 Bill between the seats and forgot about it....guess what...it was in the cup holder when we picked up the car.
