Title When driving in 757 goes wrong

I was on my way to Richmond, VA when something jumped up and hit the undercarriage of my car. I checked my brakes but there was a weird sound. I look under my car and there is metal hanging from it. I was scared my engine was going to fall out. I made it to Richmond and every dealership was closed.

I went to the Pearson Honda dealership at 8am on a Saturday knowing it was going to be crowded. I drove my car in and I met Jay Gonzalez. He saw my fear and calmed me down. I knew there would be a wait so I was prepared.

The waiting area was nice and clean, great music and free WiFi. Less than a hour later Jay says what the problem was, they had the part and told me the price. I was in and out within 1.5 on a Saturday.

The warmth of Jay and the pleasant staff was amazing. If I ever need a Honda dealership in RVA I m coming back to Pearson Honda.
