I have been in the market for a used vehicle and my first contact was with Shawn. We corresponded online. When I went for a test drive Josh took me out and was nice and professional and knowledgeable. Due to my schedule although I saw things I liked and Shawn and Josh kept me abreast of vehicles that suited my choices I could not make it to the dealership to see them and missed out on great vehicles. Yesterday I did a test drive with Frank and he was phenomenal too. I did not purchase a vehicle but I would consider Pearson in the future and will refer others.
