The man who washed my car tonight (Nov 9th around 4:40) did an amazing job! Don t know his name but he was a tall, slightly heavier set black man, wish I could give a better description than that lol. He took the time to clean the mats in my car & get some of the makeup etc that had gotten on my steering wheel off. The other people that have washed my car there before were all good but this guy really went the extra mile. I wish I had cash on me so I could ve tipped him! He definitely deserves recognition though. Josh was very helpful too as always, he probably knows the name of the man I m referring to. Thanks! [:

I have owned a Mercedes for 33 years and this is the worst dealership that I have ever dealt with. I own several foreign cars so I have to deal with a lot of international dealerships. If you have a Mercedes that needs repairs, do not take it to this dealership. They let my Mercedes SL sit in their lot for 6 months without undertaking promised repairs. In the end, I had to have the car transported back to my home. They even had the audacity to charge me $700 for a battery, fuel filter and draining the gas tank.

After having the same car for 10 years, I dreaded buying a new car. Tonarius, our salesman, was patient and listened to us. He was able to get a better price for us. He explained all the features of the 2016 MB C300. I would recommend him if you're buying. We were his 100th car sale of 2015! I think that speaks volumes for the type salesman he is!

My wife noticed a fluid stain on the passenger floor mat. Scott had the car promptly diagnosed and repaired. When my wife picked up her car, it had four new floor mats. As usual, it was a very pleasant experience. I really enjoy doing business with these people.

ROB M. IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT SAVED WHAT WOULD HAVE OTHERWISE BEEN A 1 STAR, SAD, POOR AND DIGUSTING SURVEY!!! Although the salesman Brice was wonderful, MACK the Manager totally ruined the experience of the purchase of my son s first car. I was with him and voiced concerns about the two front tires and was told they were fine - I disagreed and knew they (MACK the Manager and the little tire man that came outside) were lying. I was unable to accompany my son when he signed the papers and picked the car up, to my surprise they did not fix the tires. I called and spoke with MACK the Manager and he stated I should be satisfied because they went down $6K so that my son would be able to purchase the car and that he could buy 4 new tires with that much (REALLY?) I then advised MACK the Manager that my son s life was worth more than $6K and I didn t want him risking it by driving around on bad tires - my son paid $20K for this dam car, MACK the MANAGER didn t know I did my homework - the car value was $17K to $20k anyway! So really he knew it was overpriced, this was the reason why we turned the dam car down a week earlier IN THE FIRST PLACE! After putting air in one tire four days in a row and two trips to the service department Rob M. came to our rescue and replace the tire and I will be forever grateful. I plan on purchasing a vehicle for myself next year, maybe MACK the Manager will be gone by then...Ijs

We had an amazing experience as first time out of state car buyers at this dealership. Greg and Max have been absolutely fantastic to work with. From the virtual walk-around, to overseeing the loading of the vehicle onto a transport carrier. Greg has kept us informed throughout. Amir in finance was exceptional to work with, and although a shipping mishap (finance paperwork) delayed the process, he and the team went above and beyond to fix and make it up. The staff could not have been friendlier & I truly felt they cared about me as an individual as much as my business. A+++ dealer

An absolute dream come true! The entire staff was polite, attentive and willing to help. Special shout out to sales manager Max Martin, salesmen Joe Yacka, and the tech guru John Michael Totten. All three went above and beyond to find my dream car and move heaven and earth to get it to me quickly. They took all the time needed to educate me so I felt confident in every decision. And truly a dream come true when I walked into the showroom and my brand new car was there completely detailed, complete with a big red bow! Absolutely recommend this dealership.

The customer service has recently declined at this place. They used to be very efficient and courteous. The management has changed and they are not attentive to their customers. I had two bad incidents: one was where I had an appointment to get my oil changed, I waited almost 40 minutes and no one asked if I had been helped so I left. I came back a few months later to get my car serviced for a different issue and it took them over a week even to get my car in for a diagnostic! No one called me about the status of my car, I had to constantly call and leave messages. They also changed policy where if you do not own a vehicle that is at least a 2010 you are not "elegible " for a loaner vehicle. My new service technician Julie, was old, rude and incompentent . She has a stank attitude and she is not attentitive to her customers. I called the management about her on 2 occassions and they did nothing. Mercedes is supposed to represent class, these employees have no respect and if I am spending expensive costs to get my car serviced, as a customer I expect better treatment. Do yourself a favor....DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT go here! They are more concerned about selling cars, rather than retaining good customers. You are better off taking your car down the street to Christian Brothers.

Every experience with the service department is BEYOND expectations! Ron Cochran is phenomenal! It doesn't matter if I have an appointment or I pop in with a minor emergency. He resolves my concerns timely and stays in contact regularly with updates. His customer service is the best experience I've ever had with a service department. I know I'm not his biggest customer with an S class but he makes me feel as though I am. He plays a large part in my decision to always have a Mercedes.

My wife and I just purchased a new E350C from Mercedes Benz of Huntsville and we couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. That says a lot considering we both hate everything about buying a new car.

Clint Long guided us through the purchase with the most professionalism we have ever experienced in a car salesman. He made certain we had enough information to make a decision with absolutely no pressure. He allowed us to test drive four different vehicles, always explaining the difference between each. Most importantly he listened to what we wanted and expected in a new car.

Our last test drive was in the car we ultimately purchased. It was a vehicle that we didn't expect or intend to buy but thanks to Mr. Long actually listening to what was important to us, he steered us to the perfect vehicle.

This is not our first high-end luxury car, but it is our first Mercedes Benz. I can assure you we are customers for life. If you are in the market for a luxury car, do yourself a favor and let Clint Long of Mercedes Benz of Huntsville take you on a test drive before you make your purchase. You won't regret it.

The customer service and personal attention at Mercedes-Benz of Huntsville is like working amongst friends. Sales Consultant, Dan Proctor was EXTREMELY attentive, personable and knowledgeable! I never felt rushed or pressured for a single moment. In fact, the entire experience felt as if it was all about me and my preferences. Between Dan, the Sales Manager, Max Martin, and Genna Cecil in Finance - I was fully accomodated and able to drive off in the vehicle of my choice 110% pleased! The process was not stressful at all and was actually quite efficient. I am glad that I decided to stop in and had the opportunity to meet and work with this team! P.S. Shout out to John Totten (Product Specialist) also for showing me how to operate all of the fun features in my new vehicle!

My husband and I walked into Mercedes-Benz of Huntsville to get a front license plate bracket for his E350W. Our favorite salesman, Amir Samadani, met us and wanted to know if my husband had another wreck and needed a new car. It has just been 25 days since he totaled his E350, knocking out 30 feet of guardrail and three good sized trees. My husband walked away with a couple of small scratches on his hand and we knew what to replace it with.
When you walk in the door you are greeted by someone usually opening the door and welcoming you Mercedes-Benz. If you are looking for a new or used car ask to speak to Amir. He will listen to you about what you are looking for and point out what they have on the lot that marches what you are looking for. The cost of a Mercedes-Benz is very comparable to many high end vehicles and a lot of times cheaper than the others. I am impressed with the safety of the Mercedes and I will never own any other make.
If you decide to go look for a new car or a car that's new to you, tell him Debbie sent you. I guarantee that he will be honest with you and work very hard to get you what you're asking for!!!!

Sad Customer Service. I inquired about a vehicle which they said was in stock. Made an appointment. They called and confirmed that they still had the vehicle. I drove over an hour to see the vehicle. Once I arrived I was informed that the vehicle had actually been sold several days prior.
I would not recommend this dealership.

After being told being I would receive a courtesy service because a tech did not reset my service date, I instead was casually dismissed once in the service dept. As a young minority, I felt as though I was not taken seriously from the start and once it was known that I was not spending thousands of dollars , I could not have been cared less for. In steel toes or a business suit, any customer should be addressed and handled with some common courtesy. Mercedes-Benz of Huntsville is just another typical "SOUTHERN" establishment. My husband and I went on two different occasions and dealt with Anthony and even kept him after hours. Anthony is by far the best salesman me or my husband have ever dealt with! Bought a 2020 GLE , paid extra for a prepaid services plan. Traded vehicle in for a GM after poor customer service. Was later told by Mercedes dealer and national corporate Mercedes, that the pre paid service plan is non refundable ( unless in state of California. ) How can one justify not refunding a prepaid service that has not been provided. I have been a loyal Mercedes customer for decade. Will never trust them again. They over sold me service without full disclosure. This is dishonest and straight out steeling. And to do so in such hardship during this pandemic covid. Be aware of dealer, and indifference to customer concerns at local and corporate level.

They went out of their way to make the experience as easy as possible. They even provided a new car as a loaner so we could try it for a few days so we could make sure exactly what we wanted.

She tried to put the hidden fee in and I suggested explanation but she was so rude and walk away while I was still there to talk to her. After that; she laughed at me and show unrespectful to me - customers bought 2 cars from your company. It was so ridiculous and your company had bad luck to have that employee. I don t know her name but somebody said she is Genna - one talk to me to finished the deal to buy car.

Service was good but customer support left a lot to be desired. My Service advisor went to lunch and left another advisor in charge. I had an appointment elsewhere in the afternoon and had told the advisor about that. My car was ready (I could see it parked) but the replacement Service advisor disappeared for quite some time and I had to wait until she reappeared to get my car. Dont know for sure how long the car was ready, but it was significant. I made it to my afternoon appointment, but just barely.

The service received was absolutely amazing. This car buying process by far is the best ever hands down. From the moment we stepped onsite all the way to closing the deal. The Business Manager/Sales Consultant Genna Cecil has won us over completely. She is so personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. We had 2 rowdy children, and let me tell....she done such an amazing job keeping them calm. Everyone we came in contact with was extremely friendly and offered many complimentary items while we were there. I will definitely be back for future purchases.

Cindy Pena is very rude. She constantly was talking bad about her coworkers and skipped through the service details. She called her coworkers idiots for answering a phone call she assumed was for her. When I asked her to explain what the routine services included she immediately replied, "It's just needed to make sure your car works". I never got a call or email when the car was ready for pickup. I showed up 30minutes before they closed and she was rushing so she could go home. I would never use her again.

This is the worse dealership in the country. They sold me a car filled with the previous owners trash and delivered it a week later than they said it would arrive. They processed the documents with the wrong name on them, and then lied when they said they'd resend documents with the correct name on them.

Then, years later, they refused to send over a title application despite me having made a dozen or more calls to Scott, Briana, and some sales guy who said he'd talk to the general manager.

My sales woman Christina Straw and the management team bent over backwards for me while I looked thru multiple vehicles over the course of the last 3 weeks until they found something that satisfied my needs. Also the finance manager works hard to get you the best rate he can.

I hate this SUV, the bolster on the seats are too narrow for my back and it hurts me to drive it. No one has been able to get me out of it and into something decent, unless I go Into some of their high mileage older cars.

Seems to be a trend with this dealership from the reviews. Went through USAA car buying. Called and confirmed car was there. 1.5 hours later arrived and car was gone. A cash sales takes longer than that. Sales people did not seem interested at all in selling me a vehicle. Showed me one other GLE and told us to make sure we checked back for more inventory.

We drove to Birmingham and were treated as I was told by others to expect from Mercedes with a tremendously larger selection. Bought a perfect CPO GLE from a great sales staff that continues to bend over backward for me. I plan on driving 90 minutes from Huntsville to do my services in Birmingham. Sorry my cowboy boots did not impress you enough to give me the time of day.

To add to the poor communication and service of this dealership, they continuously email and call about every few weeks about my interest in buying from them. Have now spoken with 3 different people from the dealership and responded to a salesman via email that I have already bought a vehicle. Calls continue. That prompted this rating.

I dont expect a reply or explanation to this as the "owner" seems to only respond to pats on the back.
