So I ordered some stuff 3 weeks before the father's day. and they just ruined my father's day. Most of the time they are out of the most popular items and and on their website you cant tell if they have particular item in stock or not. you just place your order and then after you will be informed that they were out of half of the items. I might not deal with company anymore.

Update: After calling I was able to get a prepaid label to send the lighter back a second time. After about a week and a half I had a new lighter.

Send emails but again no return. a dull cutter, a dinted punch, and a broken lighter is better than nothing at all. Omar products are too expensive to get screwed like this. Xikar would be disgusted if they knew what they sold to.

They bought Xikar in January 2018. I returned a cutter for repair. Asked where cutter was and when I could expect it returned. No direct answers, just excuses. Well it's Christmas, well it's not at warehouse, blah blah blah. Goodbye Xikar and any other products owned by Quality Importers. Very poor customer service.
