Polite salesman, Adam, my wife just wanted to test drive a car that was in the used inventory, he handed us the keys and we were on our way in 5 mins. My wife didn't like the car and he understood and simply offered his card in case we needed anything in the future. This is the type experience that I enjoy from dealerships.
