ROB M. IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT SAVED WHAT WOULD HAVE OTHERWISE BEEN A 1 STAR, SAD, POOR AND DIGUSTING SURVEY!!! Although the salesman Brice was wonderful, MACK the Manager totally ruined the experience of the purchase of my son s first car. I was with him and voiced concerns about the two front tires and was told they were fine - I disagreed and knew they (MACK the Manager and the little tire man that came outside) were lying. I was unable to accompany my son when he signed the papers and picked the car up, to my surprise they did not fix the tires. I called and spoke with MACK the Manager and he stated I should be satisfied because they went down $6K so that my son would be able to purchase the car and that he could buy 4 new tires with that much (REALLY?) I then advised MACK the Manager that my son s life was worth more than $6K and I didn t want him risking it by driving around on bad tires - my son paid $20K for this dam car, MACK the MANAGER didn t know I did my homework - the car value was $17K to $20k anyway! So really he knew it was overpriced, this was the reason why we turned the dam car down a week earlier IN THE FIRST PLACE! After putting air in one tire four days in a row and two trips to the service department Rob M. came to our rescue and replace the tire and I will be forever grateful. I plan on purchasing a vehicle for myself next year, maybe MACK the Manager will be gone by then...Ijs
