Bought a 2020 GLE , paid extra for a prepaid services plan. Traded vehicle in for a GM after poor customer service. Was later told by Mercedes dealer and national corporate Mercedes, that the pre paid service plan is non refundable ( unless in state of California. ) How can one justify not refunding a prepaid service that has not been provided. I have been a loyal Mercedes customer for decade. Will never trust them again. They over sold me service without full disclosure. This is dishonest and straight out steeling. And to do so in such hardship during this pandemic covid. Be aware of dealer, and indifference to customer concerns at local and corporate level.
