Always a great experience when we bring our cars for service here! Parke Stafford goes the extra mile to make sure we are well taken care of, including arranging a nice loaner car so we can run all our errands in Tallahassee. This is super helpful since we drive almost two hours to get to the dealership. He gets our car in and out as quickly as possible so it s ready to go when we need to leave on our drive home.

I worked with Jeremiah Franklin on a used 2016 Ford Explorer with low miles in mint condition. The car was priced very competitively. Jeremiah was well informed about the vehicle and was very helpful with the whole process. There was no high pressure tactics - that clearly was not what Capital Eurocars or Jeremiah was about. I ve had the vehicle for two weeks now and couldn t be happier. In my experience, one of the most telling things is repeat business - I d contact them again if I were looking at another vehicle. I purchased a vehicle from Capital Eurocar in Tallahassee in July of 2017. Was told that the vehicle was inspected thoroughly. The vehicle had an aftermarket lowering kit installed prior to purchase.
In February of 2018 while driving at highway speeds I felt a slight vibration and pulled off the highway to discover air leaking from my front driver side tire. I immediately took the car to the nearest tire shop and when the car was put on the lift I found out that the tire had inner wear to the steel belt and the other 3 tires were completely bald from the center of the contact patch to the inside sidewall of each tire.
Several technicians identified that the lowering springs had thrown the cars geometry off and it should have been aligned.
I contacted capital eurocar and requested to speak to the general manager. my call was routed to his secretary. I was told that their technician had "inspected" the alignment before selling the car to me by taking it for a test drive. I asked how the technician could have possibly determined that the geometry of the car was accurate by a test drive alone. I was abruptly interrupted and told that I could not be assisted with this problem. I asked to speak to the general manager once again and was refused. I believe that at minimum the GM should have taken my call and spoke with me to address my concerns, after all I could have been involved in an accident on the highway through his technicians negligence.
I'd like to highlight the lack of customer service at Capital Eurocar and the absence of integrity and professionalism displayed by it's general manager.

Defending the lack of a fundamental safety inspection by using AS-IS as an argument is a clear indication that providing safe vehicles to your customers isn't the highest priority for your dealership.
you go on to state that you don't know when the car went out of alignment... let me clarify that for you, after spending $1,500 on new tires and alignment, it was pointed out that the control arms weren't long enough to ever get the front wheels in alignment after it had been lowered prior to my purchase of the vehicle. In plain english, the vehicle had been out of alignment prior to purchase which led to a catastrophic failure of the tire 15,000-20,000 miles early based upon remaining tread on the center/outside of the tire.
Also, why would I call and ask for you to make this right if your dealership wasn't at fault? I didn't ask for new tires, I asked for you to offer me a used tire and to correct the alignment.
We have had BMWs for years so we have encountered many sales people and many dealerships. This was by far the best experience we have had in a very long time. Our sales person, Michael Johnson, was efficient and very determined to find exactly what we wanted. He was so helpful and so kind. The entire dealership was wonderful. We were shown all the features of the car and even met all those involved with the car. They worked as a team. The experience couldn t have been better. I highly recommend the dealership and Michael Johnson!

I developed a problem with the transmission in my 2007 E350 which necessitated that the transmission be replaced. I have always dealt with Tony Taylor for service of any type because he is easy to deal with, has my best interests in mind, and makes sure that the problem or servicing of my vehicle was completed in a timely and perfect way. It was no different this time! Tony helped me to navigate through the process, made sure I received the proper pricing for the job, and provided a very nice courtesy car for the duration that Capital Eurocars had my car. I would rate this experience just as I have always rated my experiences with Tony, and with the Service Manager, Joe Gruen. as a 5. I am well pleased and should you need to deal with Capital Eurocars, I am sure you will be treated just as well.

If there was a question he didn't know the answer to, he made every effort to find someone that could answer my questions. I abhor buying cars and homes. The process is always so stressful and nerve wracking. I must admit, this was neither.

So I scheduled an appointment at 9am on a Monday for an oil change and a brake inspection, as the entire SUV shook when I applied the brakes and service representative told me he d call me around lunch time. Welp, near closing time, 5pm Monday, I had to text him to find our what is happening with my car. He responded that they had not even looked at it yet, let alone, changed the oil. Then, they said the pads and calipers are bad on a 40,000 mile X1. I am planning a cross country trip and needed my SUV at maximum performance. Then $1,600 later and on Thursday afternoon I get my SUV back.

Lots of great people here, and I have gotten to know a lot of them over the years. This review is for my recent service, which was handled by Tony Taylor. Making the appointment was quick and easy, and when I arrived everything was handled promptly. When everything was done Tony had all the paperwork ready, and I was on my way. I've dealt with Tony many times, and he is always courteous and professional.
Not very happy about the finance manager service at the end of the purchasing. The finance manager told me that it is late and he need go home let's finish this quick at the end of the purchase with out any introduction. He told me he did not have time to tell me the loan number and just sign the paper when I ask him about loan numbers approved by the bank. I do not think that he will talk to me like this if I am that 80% majority, or that 15% minority groups. If you need leave on time for your kid go to bed that is fine, let customers know about it and finish the paper work next day. DO NOT RUSH PEOPEL SIGN THE PAPER WITHOUT ACKNOWLEDGE BECAUSE WE ARE NOT BUYING SOMETHING FROM WALMART ACROSS THE STREET THAT PEOPEL CAN RETURN THE ITEM FOR THATEVER REASONS.

This place is garbage. We were helping a family on the side of the road on a Saturday and we were communicating with the Volvo parts guy Wally. We told him we were a hour away and was driving there. We call at least 3 time in route giving him progress update. With a nonchalant attitude he smartly said drive faster. We arrived 1 minute before closing and he had left. I wouldn't recommend you trust these sorry s.o.b with your bicycle.
In for a "check engine" light. Tony Taylor processed me in quickly on Friday morning, kept me posted on progress, and explained the problem and fixes. Shuttle was great, both coming and going.

I recently purchased a used Corolla at CapitalEurocars. I initially had my doubts of buying a used toyota from a dealer that sold luxury cars, but turned out I had very positive experience with them. This car was in an excellent condition, the price was reasonable, and the car came with a 19,000 miles warranty (I have been looking for cars in several toyota dealers, i haven't found a car in the similar condition with a free warranty). Mr. Angus is very kind and patient, it as a pleasure to do business with him.
My wife's car had a very weird and difficult electrical issue. They took their time really figured it out and delivered!!! If you sell high end European brands you better deliver after the sale ! They did with 100% satisfaction on our part. Professional polite perfect

Joe Trozzo took excellent care of both me and my GLE400. He made arrangements for my travel to my work and kept me totally informed of the progress on servicing my vehicle. He caught the need to replace my tires due to a separation to the right front tire and the repair status of the right rear causing out of balance problems. The shuttle driver, Willie, did a great job of transporting me to my place of work and back from my home in a courteous and efficient manner.
They are a great servicing center for BMW and Benz. Very quick. Best if you schedule your service. They offer shuttle service to drop off and pick up. Fresh brewed coffee with a real coffee machine that actually tastes really good. Service consultants are very personable and professional. They went above and beyond each time I was there.
Park Stafford is the best. He knew I didn't live in Tallahassee, but he got me in on a Friday, got my car battery and other items repaired or replaced and it was ready by the end of the day. Thank you Park, good job

I had some of the worst experiences with the service department at this dealership!! So horrible that recently I traded my 2016 Mercedes Benz because I Absolutely hated taking it to this dealership. One incident I made a reservation for a service appointment requesting a loaner because I m in the medical field a had to be at work for a procedure with my cardiologist. I was told that I could not get a loaner car because this particular service would only only take 30 -40 mins. Unfortunately for me it took 2hrs and I was extremely late to work not to meantion the drive there took an additional 45mins since I work in Thomasville. I was almost 3 hrs late for work. I was so humiliated,angry,and embarrassed. Never in my life have I ever been this late for work. Of course I should have been written up but my office manager empathized with me regarding the situation. She too expected better from Mercedes!!! To compensate me for the inconvenience I was tolded by the service manager ,Joe next time to talk directly to my representative( Joe Turzzo)! I couldn't believe it!! It was as if no one care about the inconvenience to me. Oh but they rush to get my car service done faster! The next service I had to have I decided to let my fiance take my car and drop it off for. I just had a fear that something would go wrong like last time and I didn't want to be written up at work. I made the reservation with my service rep just as I was advised and requested a loaner car for my fiance. He assure me that he would have one available for him upon his arrival. When my fiance arrived
early that morning to drop off my car there was no loaner car available. He was told that they would shuttle him to enterprise to get a vehicle contracted through Mercedes. They dropped him off at enterprise and left him. When he was finally waited on at enterprise, he was told that didn't have anymore loaner vehicles. He waited 2hrs for the Captiol Euro shuttle bus to pick him back up and set there for hours waiting on them to finish the service. He missed two important business meetings.
When I spoke to my service representative (Joe Turzzo) he apologized and said that he could give me 10% off my service! Are you kidding me!!! This was horrible service and bigger slap in the face offering me 10% to compensate for the inconvenience. I begin to think what if I would have taken my car myself, I would have been written up for being late. The worst part is no one seemed to care! The sad part is I loved Mercedes and recently got approved to buy a new Mercedes. My dream car is the CLS 450. I decided not to get it now because this is the dealership that would have to service it and I was told Albany is even worst by one of my patients!! I loved my mercedes but hate having it serviced at this dealership!!! I traded it because the service experience was truly horrible and I dreaded taking it there!!! I do expect more from Mercedes!!! I have recently spoken to someone who said he is sorry I had those experiences but he had never. That was good know. Unfortunately this was my experience and I will never forget it! I was always told they were short staff when my services would take a while but is this really the customer's problem! Mercedes moto is The Best or Nothing. I received far from the the Best from this dealership's service department!
Dealing with Mike Felton in Tallahassee was a great experience. This was my first time buying a car on my own and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and honest throughout the car buying experience. The dealer got me a better finance rate than I had preapproved and Mike helped make the whole process quick, easy, and simple. The car drives perfect, was well serviced, and feels like a new car. I would absolutely consider buying from him and capital city volkswagon again.
