We had excellent service at Mercedes Benz of Huntsville with our old Mercedes, so when it finally was time to get a new one, there was only one place to go. They went out of their way to make the experience as easy as possible. They even provided a new car as a loaner so we could try it for a few days so we could make sure exactly what we wanted.
