Seems to be a trend with this dealership from the reviews. Went through USAA car buying. Called and confirmed car was there. 1.5 hours later arrived and car was gone. A cash sales takes longer than that. Sales people did not seem interested at all in selling me a vehicle. Showed me one other GLE and told us to make sure we checked back for more inventory.

We drove to Birmingham and were treated as I was told by others to expect from Mercedes with a tremendously larger selection. Bought a perfect CPO GLE from a great sales staff that continues to bend over backward for me. I plan on driving 90 minutes from Huntsville to do my services in Birmingham. Sorry my cowboy boots did not impress you enough to give me the time of day.

To add to the poor communication and service of this dealership, they continuously email and call about every few weeks about my interest in buying from them. Have now spoken with 3 different people from the dealership and responded to a salesman via email that I have already bought a vehicle. Calls continue. That prompted this rating.

I dont expect a reply or explanation to this as the "owner" seems to only respond to pats on the back.
