If you have a problem with your Mercedes, this is the place to come. In fact, not everybody works on Sprinters, but this is one of the Mercedes dealers that does. They did a great job with my warranty recall. I received a letter from Mercedes saying that the airbag was defective and I should not drive the vehicle but they did not have an appointment to fix the issue for over a year! What a joke! Who is going to let their RV sit for over a year just because of some potentially fatal defect? But when I called Dothan although they did not have replacement part they called around and somehow magically found one in a couple of days and gave me a call. Bless their hearts. I know it was hard all over the US to get this part, and I don't know how I did it but I am certainly impressed. Great service.

This place is nothing but a scam. They sold us a used vehicle and told us they did a 120 point inspection prior to us buying it. Three weeks later we notice a spot under it so we took,it back. We are told nobody is in the shop on Saturday to come back Monday so we did. The service dept says they didn't find anything but topped off the power steering fluid and to bring it back Thursday, they called Thursday and said they got behind so to bring it back the following Monday. We take it back today and they find the problem but of course it's a used vehicle so it's not covered but they will fix it for $1190.00. So I call another shop and they price it for 913.00 and tell us that what they are saying is wrong makes no since because they AC is still working. Which I believe they have no clue what's wrong because they told a family member that bought from them a few months earlier that his a.c. was messing up because he ran it on the cold setting instead of half way, and that Mercedes cannot have the a.c. on the cold setting. So beware, their 120 point inspection is a joke as well as the service dept.Oh and to top it off when they topped off the power steering fluid I guess they did it to another vehicle since this vehicle has hydraulic power steering.

I gave Mercedes Benz of Dothan a five-star review because of their integrity, customer service, and product knowledge. I just purchased my third Mercedes from this dealer, and I have no doubts that the next vehicle I purchase will also be a Mercedes and I will purchase it from this dealer. The quality of the sales staff has been exceptional, and the service department has always done an outstanding job servicing my vehicles and answering any questions I have about the vehicles. My wife likes this dealership as much as I do.

There was a car we identified as a possible nice option, so I emailed John Padgett the General Sales Manager and asked for an experienced client advisor. He linked us with Adam Tindell and the process flowed as smoothly as I have ever experienced in the car buying arena. I quickly ended up with the vehicle I thought would be right (E350), and I have spent the past three weeks loving that choice. My experience at Mercedes-Benz of Dothan was one that was not expected given the stigma of being a women who pulls up on a car lot without a male present. If you are a women you know the feeling of dread and potential intimidation. As I stepped out and looked at a vehicle of which I was interested I was surprisingly not approached like buzzards to a piece of roadkill.
No. I looked around the lot a bit (looking over my shoulder thinking to myself, "This can't be real.") and then my husband showed up. He had been working over the phone with a salesman named Adam. Because I knew what I had in mind for a vehicle it didn't take long before he obliged by joining me on a test drive. He was kind and relaxed, rather than seemingly amped on up energy drinks with a fabricated excitement to help. Adam was genuine. We engaged in conversation along the test drive and I asked questions as they came to mind. He did not overly talk the sale of the car but simply listened as I asked questions.
Once arriving back at the dealership I decided to give the other car a test drive as well. This vehicle was a manual 6 speed, which I had not driven one in about 14 years. I asked him if he was sure he wanted to ride with me as I was a bit nervous. My question was met with a huge smile and the words, "Let's do it!" This test drive I had numerous questions at which he again answered without a slight hesitation. He continued to make me feel comfortable and not like a "typical women who doesn't know cars." The way he answered my questions allowed me to ask more without feeling judgement.
Upon arriving it was settled. I went with the second vehicle.
I tell this story to brag not just on the dealership and the process which led to me purchasing a vehicle but also Adam as a salesman.
I sincerely thank you for a wonderful experience as the very thought of having to go through the process of purchasing another car was almost debilitating to the point to where I was going to just send my husband to pick out something I might light (within parameters of course). Today I drove my new whip to work and she is everything I could have wanted and more.

From the time we stepped onto the property, Kay and I felt like VIPs. Derek greeted us with a warm, friendly smile. He introduced us to John McClung, and John made our buying experience fun and rewarding. There was never any pressure and John and Derek took the time to explain things fully and outline options for us. We've shopped for cars in many markets, but this experience was far and away the best ever. I would recommend Mercedes-Benz of Dothan without equivication.

This is a wonderful dealership with excellent staff! Mercedes-Benz of Dothan is not only a nice place to purchase a luxury vehicle, but it is also perfect for good quality, used cars. I bought a used Toyota Camry from here and my salesperson was awesome! Every question I had was answered and all of my needs as a customer were met. Since moving to Dothan, my husband and I have driven 4 Mercedes vehicles. We have loved every one of them. The vehicles themselves are certainly 5 star, but the service from the staff of Mercedes Benz of Dothan would easily rate a 10. Adam Tindell has gone above and beyond to make sure that we have had not only a pleasant experience, but that we were matched with our ideal vehicles.
Two thumbs up, 5 stars, and anything else I can give them. They ve certainly earned it!

Being apart of this Mercedes Benz family for years and years now has been one of the best experiences! I still remember pulling off the lot in my first car when I was 16 and having everyone congratulating me and making me feel so special! Almost 7 years later, I wouldn t want to buy from anyone other than my Mercedes family. I have had the best time getting know these amazing people that absolutely love what they do. They are the best staff all around and the best people you could ask for at a dealership. You always come first to them, with finding the perfect car for you or helping you with any type service you need. I d give them a 5 star everyday!

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of purchasing our latest vehicle at the Mercedes-Benz dealership of Dothan. We had decided on a Mazda 6 and came across one for sale at their dealership. The condition and price made the drive from Tallahassee, Florida to Dothan, Alabama worth the trip.

Although their dealership sells high-end luxury vehicles and we were considering a pre-owned vehicle, the level of service we received was outstanding. Their showroom was beautiful and spotless, and the friendliness and professionalism of Brandi Williams, Tyler Ford, and Brigitta Coker during the entire process exceeded our expectations. Often in the past, we ve found the process of bargaining to purchase a vehicle stressful and uncomfortable, but not so in the case. We left with what we feel was a good deal and a car we re very happy with. The experience was so good that it compelled me to compose my first review ever of a car dealership. On top of everything else, their receptionist even suggested a Dothan s China Wok as a source for great Chinese food and she was spot on.

If you re in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle, I would happily recommend Mercedes-Benz of Dothan. We look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Took my CPO E-400 for annual service 25 Nov 20. Took all day to complete a scheduled appointment (0845-1517). Two days later I get a 'Lane Assist Inoperative' message. Earliest service appointment was two weeks out. Took vehicle in for scheduled appointment to fix lane assist on 15 Dec. Arrived 0830 and vehicle was not ready until 1625. Service tech said could not find anything wrong and all they did was set Lane Assist from 'Adaptive' to 'Standard', eight hours to do a 30 second repair/fix/selection. Two days later, the 'Lane Assist Inoperative' message appeared again. I have a service appointment for 21 Jan 21 to attempt to fix the message . . . again. I really like the one-way hour drive to get to this service location and vacation time I expend to get my vehicle serviced . . . NOT! Will follow-up with another review based on how successful this next scheduled appointment goes. Bottom Line -- It appears I'm getting the 'you bought the car somewhere else warranty service'. Why have scheduled appointments if they are meaningless. Fix the car right the first time.

Just had an INCREDIBLE experience at MB of Dothan. I have a Winnebago View on a Dodge Sprinter 3500 chassis with the Mercedes engine. I "blew" the turbo hose about 8 miles out of town. Called Dodge dealer explained situation, he couldn't look at for at least a couple of days and it might be middle of next week because they are backed up. So I AM OUT OF TOWN on business as a sales rep and no turbo. I "limped" the RV into MB of Dothan and explained to TONY the situation, he gets up walks to the back comes out with CHAD who crawls underneath the front confirms loose hose and missing clamp. They don't have the part but THEY HAVE A SOLUTION. Chad removes the clamp from the service Sprinter they use for local trips. In 30+ minutes I am back on the road!! THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! If they will do that for a total stranger off the street I can't imagine the level of service their actual customers receive from the staff. THANK YOU!

We have purchased 8 cars from Mercedes Benz of Dothan, two in the last few months. One for us and our daughter bought one as well. They even helped her get the car in her own name so that she could start building her credit score. It's a great program that helps young folks just out of collage establish some credit of their own. We have always had great service and help in any way. Thank you Rick Vaughn, Rick Hart, and Tony in service! Wouldn't buy a car any where else.

the treatment I received was and continued to be beyond belief. As stated in my last review I brought my GLA250 in for B service. I recently was getting error messages from my GPS I tool pictures of 3 messages, showed them to service writer. When I picked my vehicle up I was informed by the service manager that I would have to come in when the messages were active on the screen he explained if "a part was replaced and the factory found it was not defective the dealership would be charged back and in turn I could be charged back". I discussed for 10 minutes other possible options because I felt it would be impossible for me to bring the car in with the message on the screen. He was adamant. After poor reviews on this site and the Mercedes survey staff. The Dothan certified service people discovered a possible update that might fix the problem. I was still upset about how I was treated. When I told the service writer that I was still upset. She responded that I misunderstood what the service manager said.

I think you misunderstood what he was saying. He did not want to replace a part and it not fix your problem. It wasn't the expense that he was worried about, it was fixing it correctly. Let us know how we can help.

What would have fixed it all would have been for the service manager to call and say we may have handled this poorly.

I am now at Mercedes in Jacksonville, they asked me to send them the pictures I had by email and they would see what they could do and the pictures would be attached to the warranty repair order as documentation.

What a noticeable difference in customer service. Dave the service manager and Ray the service writer made no promises but they did not put the responsibility on me as customer

My father bought a 2009 Chevrolet Silverado, drove it for a week and the transmission went out. Took it back to Mercedes and they laughed and refused to fix it, instead they sent me to Solomon Chevrolet and they plugged the transmission into their computer and said the transmission was completely dead. I cannot believe Mercedes would sell a 2009 truck with a bad transmission then laugh in my fathers face. Havent even made the first payment yet and only had the truck a week, now im paying $4000 to replace the transmission. BE AWARE!! Merecedes Benz of Dothan are not reputable dealers who sell good cars. I picked this lot of every one in Dothan thinking I would get a quality vehicle. That was a mistake and I want everyone to know the level of integrity they have, which is none. To literally laugh in a 70 year old mans face who still works to this day and is a retired veteran. I cannot believe the nerve of these salesman. Make sure you have ANY used vehicle throughly TESTED by another mechanic to ensure everything is working so that this doesnt happen to another person.

I am a retired Veteran with over 23 years of service I bought a used 2008 Mercedes AMG S63 with 27,000 miles on it. After 1 month of normal driving the tires came apart because the tires where dry rotted. When brought to the attention of the sales manager they did not want to replace the tires. The headrest was broken, sales manager would not repair. I pointed out that the wheels were scratch before I bought the vehicle and the manager said he would take of it but after I bought the vehicle he did nothing to repair the wheels. Now the engine is making weird noises. I have bought over 25 vehicle this was my worst buying experience ever.

Story time. So I found a 2016 GL-550 that my wife ...

Story time. So I found a 2016 GL-550 that my wife fell in love with at this dealership. We were looking to trade one of my Hellcats for an SUV since we have a new baby on the way. Called first thing on a Saturday morning to schedule an appointment, to come and see the vehicle (dealership is an hour+ away from my house). Showed up at 11:30 am and was told the vehicle was at the body shop getting a new windshield and would not be available until 2:00 pm. Inquired as to if they had a vehicle of similar specs and was told by the sales manager no.. (Nick I believe). So we stayed around Dothan for the duration and called at 1:30 pm to confirm the vehicle would be available and were told yes. We showed up to the dealership at 1:45 pm and waited for it to show up and finally around 2:20 pm the vehicle arrived. Our salesman Adam started to show us the vehicle and another salesman with clients immediately got in the vehicle and left to apparently go show it to some guy (as I was told). Once it arrived back at the dealership, we test drove it and wanted to immediately make a deal. We waited for over an hour and were ultimately told sorry we are selling it to the other customers. I asked to speak with the sales manager (Nick) and was told sorry these things happen and they got here before you. These other clients showed up at 1:30 pm and because we were sent off at 11:30am and told to come back at 2:00pm, they somehow got there before us. There are a lot of other details of this experience I have excluded, as to try and cut down the length. In all of my years buying vehicles of all types and price ranges all around the world, this was by far the worst and most embarrassing experience I've ever had. I would certainly not recommend!

Excellent service. Friendly courteous knowledgeable. AMG c43 cab. Was a pleasure to do business. Autumn was kind and made the purchasing process seamless. Mr. Bruce was through and very informative. I drove over 2 hours for excellent service and well worth it.

Three years later back to purchase my new vehicle. Adam worked hard to find me the exact car I wanted. Treat your customers with respect and honesty and they will keep coming back. I ll get my next Benz here but will enjoy this for now.

They go above and beyond what I would call their job description to make sure the customer is comfortable while waiting and keep you informed of the progress of the service from start to finish. They explain, in detail, any service the vehicle needs and have a loaner vehicle ready if needed.
