Came into the dealership shortly after work for a routine procedure today. After being told being I would receive a courtesy service because a tech did not reset my service date, I instead was casually dismissed once in the service dept. As a young minority, I felt as though I was not taken seriously from the start and once it was known that I was not spending thousands of dollars , I could not have been cared less for. In steel toes or a business suit, any customer should be addressed and handled with some common courtesy. Mercedes-Benz of Huntsville is just another typical "SOUTHERN" establishment. I will not be back.
