I had an experience buying so bad. So dissatisfied about the unprofessional attitude from this employee of Mercedes Benz. She tried to put the hidden fee in and I suggested explanation but she was so rude and walk away while I was still there to talk to her. After that; she laughed at me and show unrespectful to me - customers bought 2 cars from your company. It was so ridiculous and your company had bad luck to have that employee. I don t know her name but somebody said she is Genna - one talk to me to finished the deal to buy car.
