The customer service has recently declined at this place. They used to be very efficient and courteous. The management has changed and they are not attentive to their customers. I had two bad incidents: one was where I had an appointment to get my oil changed, I waited almost 40 minutes and no one asked if I had been helped so I left. I came back a few months later to get my car serviced for a different issue and it took them over a week even to get my car in for a diagnostic! No one called me about the status of my car, I had to constantly call and leave messages. They also changed policy where if you do not own a vehicle that is at least a 2010 you are not "elegible " for a loaner vehicle. My new service technician Julie, was old, rude and incompentent . She has a stank attitude and she is not attentitive to her customers. I called the management about her on 2 occassions and they did nothing. Mercedes is supposed to represent class, these employees have no respect and if I am spending expensive costs to get my car serviced, as a customer I expect better treatment. Do yourself a favor....DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT go here! They are more concerned about selling cars, rather than retaining good customers. You are better off taking your car down the street to Christian Brothers.
