After my original dealership spent 3 hours on a diagnostic appointment with an end resolve of "We can't find the problem, just drive it until it breaks down and have it towed to us" (Destination Chrysler) I brought my 2013 Dodge Dart SXT Turbo to these guys. Within an hour and a half, they had diagnosed the problem and ordered the required parts. I received excellent customer service and while I waited observed the service staff stay calm and collected on what I would consider a very busy day, delivering the same great customer service to each client that came through their doors. I'm no longer dealing with my original dealership and will be bringing my car to these guys for all scheduled maintenance from here on out.

Received a call from their sales person, and I advised him he had reached a wrong number. He was extremely defensive and started being really pushy with their services "Do you have a car? Need an oil change?" and I advised him I was not looking for a different company then he started pushing "tire deals" on me. Unprofessional AND extremely annoying, especially after I said NO.

I took my Dodge Dakota there and they treated me provisionally, found the problem quickly and fixed it that day. The price they quoted me before they started is the same price they charged as well. From start to finish I was treated right, had no hassles, and had a much better experience than I have had at any other service department over the last 15 years.

Lies! We was promised free extended warranty by Ma...

Lies! We was promised free extended warranty by Marco who is one of the managers there. As the car had high miles for being only a year old and we wasn t that keen on buying it. And this was witnessed by salesman Abhijee (apologies for the spelling)
However when the paper work was signed we noticed they added the charge for the extended warranty for $3500! When we complained all they offered to do was remove the extended warranty and increase our interest rate by nearly 4%. And said the manager Marco didn t have the authority to make this promise. We have no choice but to escalate this to Chrysler Canada head office.
Also when we picked up our $33k Jeep it still had dirty napkins and lip barm inside. Which indicates that the Jeep wasn t even properly cleaned.
I really regret using this location and am extremely disappointed the I used them.
I ll never use or recommend them again. We keep trying to resolve this through them, but they won t return our calls or make a effort to up hold this promise.

After waiting 2 hours for an oil change to be told it would be another 2.5 hours, I left the dealer disgusted and wrote a negative review here about my experience. I was called that evening by the service manager who apologized and asked for another chance to do it right with a complementary oil change. Second time was exemplary service for routine maintenance with appointment: car went in within minutes and promptly returned with reasonable time. The manager is clearly committed to earn service customers so I deleted my original post and replaced with this. Give them a chance yourself. 5 stars for doing the right thing to earn a customer's trust and commitment.

If I wanted a lemon I would of just gone down to superstore.
Recently purchased vehicle and within hrs of driving the engine light went on . And having issues driving with shaking and faulty stuff happening while driving We were told that it got 180 pt check . But brought it to my mechanic and not even an oil change was done . Was told that the insurance would cover key fob, that s bs because the second fob they gave us in the first place had no battery in it , we had to purchase another battery only to find out it doesn t even work . Went back to dealership and they said that they have to check if insurance would cover it.
End results:
key fob still not replaced . Not heard back from them about it .
We had our mechanic fix the issues that were missed by dealership mechanic.
We are super unhappy with our experience with this dealership .
The only positive I would say is our experience with Simon (Quebec accent) he was great with answering and helping us . He even followed up the next day about the vehicle. I told him the problems that were happening . But since my family and I were leaving town we needed our car fro our trip. I could not trust the dealership mechanic to fix the car prior to us leaving . It s not his fault with what s happening . That s the dealerships responsibility to ensure that the cars that leave their lots are in good working order .

This used to be my dealership to buy parts from for my cars. They can't seem to keep staff, and the ones they do have don't seem to have a clue about their products. Not to mention that their prices seem to be the highest in the lower mainland. If you are going to charge a premium for parts, at least have the knowledge and customer service to make up for the price gouging. My advice, run away fast and go to any other Chrysler dealer in the lower mainland.
The only thing good about Marine Chrysler is the laughs to be had by reading the google reviews for this dealership.

The service department is hit and miss. Have had some terrible experiences but I live close by and is handy. They give a $15 taxi voucher which is nice. Current staff is good. Knowledgeable and courteous and friendly. Car in for detailing, oil, hemi tune up, fuel injection service, 2 recalls $1400. Bit pricey but seems to be going rate. Very happy with this visit. Chuck was very helpful and straight to point.

Really disappointed (an understatement) in the service. Steering fluid is not part of their top off service. Fluid on the top cover of the engine and unwashed. They said their dealership is different they don't do that. Writing this while waiting for them to finished up paperwork. It's not fun sitting and waiting again for an hour while they had my vehicle for 6 days!

horrible customer service. they are excellent in luring you to buy a car and once u decided to buy, they literally change face and totally go downhill from there. the owner is very good at PRETENDING to be helpful but he does not care about anything other than your money. Be really really careful and watch out!!!!! I do not normally go online to leave reviews but this company has aggravated me so much that I am spreading the word around NOT to buy from this company.

This dealership is sucks. I bought a brand new Dodge Caravan 2014 last early 2014 but after a month my minivan got an oil leak. I thought it was just a break fluid but found out later it was from the engine. I came back to my salesman and ask him to change it with new unit because it's brand new car but instead he said I need to go to talk to the service manager. i tried to contact the service but he's out if reach. so i went back to the the sales manager to ask for a favour to help me with my car. I told him that I can't accept my car because of this engine oil leak, but never done anything but instead I was pushed to go back to the service manager. Out of my frustration I called Chrysler Canada to file my complain. I was hoping that they could help but it's another mess. They just told me to go back to the dealer and told me that they could not help me. This had been on and on for about 2 months. I want to return the car because I spent money this but this what I got. Told them that I will file a case against them and sales manager even told that they're not scared if that. I was so very frustrated with their treatment on me. They said they can only offer me warranty service. So I took that option but I told them that it's not acceptable. I went to the service centre, I asked if they can offer me courtesy car. They said that they can't. I was so frustrated. I told I need the car to go to work.i already lost control if myself. I yelled there with the person that I was dealing with. After that they offer me courtesy car at last. Even I'm so frustrated, I took their option, I've left my car for them to fix. After 2 weeks I came back and picked up my minivan with the hope that everything would be OK though to me it's not acceptable. To my mind if the car failed with oil in a month. What would it be after the warranty coverage is done? That's why I'm pushing to have it replaced. So I got my car back, after a week driving I still the oil leak. And when I look on my hood, i saw a rug that was left on the engine. What the... I took a photo of that and i showed to the lead service tech but he didn't even said sorry our something. There's something wrong with this people. i got back to the sales manager and asked them to to replace the car but instead they sent me to service again. I called Chrysler again to see if there's something could be done from their end but still mo action. To my frustration I came back to service centre again. I left my car again. I left my car for 2 more weeks or so. This time they gave me courtesy car without me asking. I picked up the car after that weeks. They said everything will be good now. I asked now then on what happened. They did not disclose it. I was so frustrated. I told them that they are the worst car dealer that u have deal with. I have no confidence with them anymore. They are like leach, just care for money and doesn't care for their customers. I am sharing this just to give you warning . Sorry just doing my part to warn people. To end the story, I just traded my car with some other car and it's way way Better today. And I promise my self not to buy this car anymore and not to deal with this dealership anymore.

Booked an appointment for Check Engine Light (CEL) week prior and informed the department that this is a delivery van, which we would need back ASAP as every day it's not on the road we are losing money. Told to drop off the vehicle at 7am to ensure it is the first car being looked at that day.

Dropped off car at 7:00am Wednesday.
No updates until I call Wednesday evening. Told they haven't had a chance to look at it yet (10 hours) and will get back to me next morning.

Thursday - call them at Noon. Car has not been looked at yet. When asking service rep what was the point of dropping it off at 7am day prior I am told "I don't know."
Ask to talk to someone who "Knows what is going on." Told they will call me back after lunch
5:00pm. No call back so I call myself. Again no updates on the car (havent even ran the CEL codes). Told I will get a call back in 15 minutes as he "Checks with the techs"

Friday 10:00am. Haven't received a single call back yet. Call again. Rep unsure what is wrong with the CEL, but theyre now working on a transmission cable recall (didnt authorize) and have ordered parts for it, have to keep car until at least Monday, they think this might fix the CEL. I tell rep to leave my car alone, as I will be picking it up and taking it to a different shop.
Friday noon - employees come back without the vehicle as it is still apart and being worked on.
Call again. Told vehicle has seized brakes (why are brakes being worked on now?) And turns out engines needs new Cylinder Heads and again need parts and a quote.

Requested again vehicle be reassembled and returned, work will be done at a different, more accountable shop.

Person at front desk tells me it may take longer because of less staff. 3 hours later no oil change and there is no estimate when it is supposed to be done. Just excuses as to why the other cars being worked on are more important and I have to keep waiting even though I had a scheduled appointment 3 hours earlier. Incompetence.

I have been dealing with this dealership for almost 10 years. I leased a Dodge Ram 3500 and the vehicle is very very good. However, the sales department was shockingly bad. The sales guy sat in the sales managers office with my insurance papers and keys to my trade in and held me hostage for hours. Even after I demanded that they return the keys and insurance papers so that I could leave they wouldn't return them. I eventually had to raise my voice and create a commotion for them to return my keys and papers.....two hours later I finally left.
The sales manager called me repeatedly at home and I told him...."I will Lease this truck at X price (1000 bucks less for annoying me) and I get X price EXACTLY for my trade....NO BS fees on top of this.....any fees you pay for it. Fax me the total contract filled out to my home....I will not set foot in the dealership again."
I bought the truck.....you would think it would end of it. Not a chance!
36 months later...love the truck but when I go to buy out my own truck from Chrysler this dealership now needs to inspect my own truck for some reason and they want me to pay them a documentation fee of 750 plus an inspection of fee of 1250......to buy my own truck?
I phoned around and I drive to Vernon from Vancouver and the Chrysler dealership up there did it for 100 bucks and 250 to inspect the truck....but Chrysler mades it so that you cant even buy out your own car if you don't pay these morons.
Now comes the recalls....one recall that I fixed on my own and payed for because they didn't send me notice....that money is gone....now the airbag one has been 4 months WAITING.....waiting for an airbag....

Stay away from the service dept. hi levels of ineptitude. Went in for a simple reprint of work that was covered under warranty A few years back. Very basic thing. Was given attitude & insulted by Being told we didn t do that here & after finally getting it threw the thick-skull; turns out it WAS done & right there in-front of him. All he had to do was read the whole page before commenting & Can t say anything bad about the sales side of things- haven t had the privilege to working with them. If you re dealing with the service dept always get yourself a lotto max a coffee. Sit back & relax & hope you win

Bought a 2018 Dodge RAM 1500 4X4 Big Horn. Very happy with the truck so far and had a good experience with Collin, Mike Josh and Abhijeet in sales.I think I had the whole sales staff involved. Also thanks to Eddie the Finance mgr. I feel I got a fair price on the truck and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. I noticed how Collin and Abhijeet took the junior sales people under their wings in coaching them. All in all it was a pleasant experience.

After just working at Marine Chrysler from April 1-18 2015, less than 3 weeks, I now know why they have such bad reviews. Riki Warkentin the owners daughter of Ted Warkentin did not even introduce her self to me the entire time I was there. Two of the rudest people I have ever met. I then helped them sell two vehicles, delivered one yesterday, then they got rid of me for no valid reason other than there lack of ability to manage and train employees in a kind and effective manner, very poor at managing, and training people in a kind and prompt manner. Sales manager blames the employee when they lose a deal; very disrespectful sales managers. Riki then forces me off the lot with out even being able to get my lunch and belongings. Still waiting for my pay cheque after three weeks. They put a very bad taste in my mouth!!!! I would never buy from this dealer ship after the way the treated me, and certainly would warn anyone from affiliating with these people. Buyer and employee beware!!!!

I wanted to take some time today to thank Otto and his staff at Chrysler Marine. Yesterday I had to take my wife's Fiat 500 in as the truck lid strut simply came off from its weld. I had seen a body shop guy who said it could not be fixed and he would need to order a new trunk lid, paint it and install it for about $1200. No way, so I went to the head office of the Fiat dealer as my local Fiat shop had called ahead for me. No warranty spells bad news BUT not so. I met with Otto and a service man and they came up with a plan to fix it. Yes, fix something rather than just order a new part and install it. So it was fixed the same day and all for $50.00. Now that is a service story I am pleased to report. Good job Otto and your staff. Best dealer service I have ever enjoyed!

The worst experience I ever had (trying to) buying a vehicle. Sales woman was extremely rude and condescending. Vehicle was unsafe to drive and needed repairs but she refused to include any repairs if I wanted them to be flexible on the price. Refused to even take my offer to the sales manager without having my credit card in hand. Refused as my credit card has nothing to do with buying a car and they refused to deal with me. Sent my friend the next day to buy the car from a different sales person and got it for $2000 less than my original offer that they wouldn t take the day before. Most unprofessional place I ve ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs.

Good ppl and service, I bought a hood latch for my Jeep at a different chrysler location and they were charging me $115 an hour for service labour costs, Marine Chrysler gave it to me for half the cost. Wow amazing experience. Thanks Marine Chrysler. At the same time I don't want to down play the other location service labour is expensive however the other location had offered me lifetime warranty on any hard piece installed on to my Jeep. That's a great offer.

Recently purchased a vehicle from here. The vehicle is great although when I purchased it the vehicle inspection was clearly not done. Old engine oil, and the tires that were on the vehicle were completely bald and cords were sticking out and ready to blow. I personally work at a tire shop and this is not road safe and no vehicle should be sold with tires like this. I contacted the service manager and he said the issues would be solved several weeks ago and I ve waited months as the vehicle was bought in November. Nothing has happened and the issue is not solved, wouldn t recommend overall. I was told I was to be reimbursed for purchasing a new set and I bought the tires but haven t been reimbursed by the dealership.

Leased a brand new chrysler pacifica and it broke down after about 8 months, it's now been in the shop about 4 months and no feedback, no return call back, no customer service at all.

It's hard to express my disappointment and it's very troubling that manufacturers have no interest in trying to keep their customers, its time for a change, I'm now going to try and cancel my lease and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

We had a great experience here. In reading the other reviews I see that they are from awhile ago. I know they have made some serious changes here as most of the people we dealt with were new (and awesome).

We had a young, super sweet salesman, named Steven and he was great. We also had the new GM Jonah really help us out and he was really genuine and seemed kind and real (I know right, a salesman, but it's true). We also had a truck specialist named Colin make sure we were getting what we needed for our new adventure. He said he happily drives 3 hours a day just to work there as it's such a great place to work...and I believed him. There was also Eddie in the money department - super nice guy, very respectful of our time etc. We even met the owner Ted who seemed like a nice man who was just trying to run an honest business. And then...and then there was Mandy (I think that's short for Mandeep) he was so nice and so helpful. He was so excited to help us get our truck all set up, even though they had been closed for half an hour already. He even said, if you have any questions, don't read the manual, just call me 24/7 and I'll help you.

Thanks gang. I know that car sales has a rough-not-always-so-great reputation but you really came through for us.

And btw, this was our 3rd dealership after 2 failed attempts at 2 other dealerships the weeks leading up to this.

Overall it was a good experience buying from him, and I did get a good offer based on the Kelly Blue book price (after converting to CAD) He also pointed me to the Jeep right off the bat that I did end up buying. He can read his customers pretty well for what they're looking for, and I'm super happy with the one I got.

Walked in today, was ready to find out how Jeep Compass looks like, end up bought a compass; I am pretty happy with the deal and service they provided, although I am not able to drive home right the way due to safety reason (vehicle need to be inspected before realease), appreciate store manager concer about safety more than sales.
My sales rep is Jim, he is very professional and knowledge with what he is selling, recommend.
I will continue my service check with them.

My parents and I were looking for a reliable compact suv. Nothing too big but still has a little more space than a regular sedan. Amanda helped us find the perfect vehicle that suited all our needs. I bought my car here back in 2008. The sales experience was bad but I still went back for service because the service rep on Saturdays treated me OK. But the way I was treated yesterday for a recall, I don't think they deserve any star. They called me to take my car in for a recall. They said they will get it done in 1.5 hours. I took the afternoon off, waited for over 2 hour, never touched my car and then told me they didn't have time to even start it. They never offered a taxi chit or a ride to the skytrain either. This is by far the worst shop I have ever been to. I have never been treated with such disrespect particularly from their service rep. Guess what, you just lost a loyal customer of 9 years.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER. After getting a deal on a vehicle I was very excited about, I put a deposit down and the next day the AD for the vehicle was taken down. At this point I'm furious, we had a deal and I put a deposit down, yet they were snakes and went behind my back and sold the vehicle. To say the least, I am disappointed and was lied too. There are plenty of other dealers that are honest and willing to provide great service, THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM.

This is a large full service dealership in South Vancouver. Easily accessible by public transit or driving. There is no courtesy shuttle for customers to get back to where you need, or to the Skytrain Station after dropping off your vehicle.

Auto Sales Service: The salesperson that I had was friendly and did a great job to follow up with my search for a used vehicle. Unfortunately their prices are higher than market value and no deal could be made. Salespeople will ignore your personal budget and try to entice you to purchase a higher priced vehicle with low monthly payments or lease rates (this is a typical sales tactic to gain more sales/commissions).

Auto Service: I have brought 2 of my vehicles here for service a number of times, only when needed as the labour rates are significantly higher than that of locally owned independent mechanic shops. I was not pleased with the assumptions (before technician checking) that the service manager made (and he didn't listen to where I had told him a sound was coming from). Even after it was checked out he kept on insisting his assumptions were true without backing them up with facts. In addition it is always unacceptable when staff are using profanities in their regular speech.

A few weeks back I was calling around thinking I would get a wheel alignment when I received a e-mail from Marine Chrysler suggesting it's maybe time to get a wheel alignment. They had wheel alignments on special for $100... Most other places quoted $150 and up, Others seemed rather vague as to what actually they do. Who better to get this service from than the makers dealership. They would have the correct measurements and eye for needed services. Set up an appointment with a service adviser, Mark was curious as to why I thought I needed this alignment. I explained to him that the grooves in the road tended to pull me side to side and cornering seemed somewhat sharp, maybe overly sharp. Mark recommended I could have a check done for $35ish and if alignment was required they would put the $35 towards the cost of the alignment...
The day of the appointment I found I was running ahead of schedule and called Mark the service adviser asking if it was good to drop in earlier than appointed,,, No problem.
When I arrived I was offered a coffee straight away, Needed, but I had just visited a coffee shop down the road, Thank You all the same. Mark had me written up and the keys on the hook within 15 minutes. I wasn't sure how long it was gonna take but Mark advised no more than a couple hours, probably less as his alignment fella had just finished a job and was about to be free.
I decided to stick around and check things out abit.
I was advised that next time I'm in the market for new tires they had a deal that couldn't be beat. That they would match any estimate I could find at any other shop in town. Having 3 seasons on those summer tires I will keep that in mind... and will put it to the test at a later date.
Reading the wall tho I did spy a deal on detailing that looked very competitive. I will be shopping around soon for a deal on that, or keeping an eye on my e-mails from Marine Chrysler...

It's been a few weeks now since the alignment was done and what a difference. No more grabbing of the grooves ... I had some major wandering going on, on Knight street but now it tracks nice. Cornering is way more predictable. In the alignment check I was out what to me seemed like a minor amount. Mark assured me I would feel the difference once it was corrected. Absolutely right... The little rumble that I thought was gonna be a wheel bearing was gone also. Musta been the tires riding on an edge.

All n All a good service by Marine Chrysler service team...

I dont normally write reviews but I had to for this experience. Such a weird vibe i got from this place. Everyone seemed so unhappy. They openly berated their salesperson within earshot of me and the desks are set up so that I could hear everything that the "managers" were saying in regards to us.

I was there to buy a jeep but just didnt feel comfortable at all and it didnt seem like a place I'd want to hand my money over to. I should have listened to the reviews I read but I took the chance just cause I'm down the street.

I ended up buying a couple days later from another dealer that treated me with a lot more respect.

Worst dealership ever, bought a used car from here on Oct 2017 and broke down within a week and was not even offered a repair ( the engine front cover blew and all the engine oil leaked out which ultimately could ve caused the engine to seize ) apparently they don t even offer a standard 1 month satisfaction warranty the car only had 60,000km I spent $12,000 and was lied to that the vehicle was AWD but later found out it was FWD they do not care at all about the customers all they care is to get the car off the lot and after that your on your own. PS they also put my license plate sticker on the front lol so you know how legit this dealership is almost go a ticket because these guys are incompetent BTW the repair cost over 1000$ ... thanks dodge

Contacted sales for a Jeep they had in inventory (I live out of town). Max was responsive and professional and made the purchase experience easy and straightforward. Service left the ground wire loose on the battery which I noticed on inspecting it, but the sales team found a wrench to torque it (I was there when service was closed). Despite this I was pleased with the purchase experience. Thanks Max!

Its less than 5% tint, looks more like polarized than a TINT, SALES GUY + MANAGER + OWNER all said its like that...

Sales guy didnt know where the volume control on the steering wheel was.

On the interior features says cargo and floor carpets. Manager + sales guy + owner said OH its the bottom layer of the car.

Nearly crashed due to sunlight shining through... tinted my a**.

Really disappointed in the service. We left the car all day from 9am to closing and they still didn t complete what we asked them to do. I then had to go back in the next day and still had issues. I would recommend not going here. We have other vehicles and deal with other dealerships and they are way more professional and accountable for their work.

Just seemed to be lots of nice people standing around doing nothing! I called ahead to come pick up my new car. Told them I was in a rush. Waited 30 minutes to see the business manager for a 40 second signing and give them my check. Waited another hour and a half for the insurance company to arrive! In that time any of the standies could have driven me to any insurance company to get this done! Unacceptable! I lost it! Drove home in rush hour and missed an appointment. No excuse for this! Think outside the box people!

Don t bring your vehicle here to get serviced unless you re looking for horrible customer service. No curtesy cars and never got offered any shuttle service. Brought my new truck in to get 4 warranty issues fixed. Took them 2 days to get it back to me, saying that they could only fix 1 out of 4 of the problems. Also tried to charge me for it even though it was a tailgate clip that should be covered under warranty, when I brought that up, the service girl said that the tech told her it was an aftermarket part (aftermarket tailgate clip seriously...??). On top of all of that, it wasn t even washed either, which in my experience has never happened before. I m not usually one to complain, but if I pay too dollar for a brand new truck, I expect top notch service to go with it too that every other dealership offers.

My wife and I purchased the first Jeep here at Marine Chrysler and we cannot be more happy our choice . The first visit started with same misunderstanding but we made our way very clear and since that moment the service was above expectation. Mandy always generous and knowledgeable about the car and kudos to Colin to have done probably the impossibile to find for us a Jeep Compass like that one we built even if at some point we almost lost every hope ...instead we made it!! All the staff was great including Eddie always polite and very nice with his thankful texts , same as Abhijeet. We will definitely see them in the future for service and future cars !

Service Review: My usual Service at this place is lackluster, I mean the work appears to be done well but, the time it takes is long. This time, however, the Service Advisor, Mark Nickolson told me how long it would take to do the service and that was how long it took. He was pleasant and professional. I will let you know how it goes next time and see if this is the start of a good trend.

The worst Chrysler dealership I've been to.
Had a poor quality service several years ago but still decided to come in for a duplicate key and fob as it is on the way from work.
Next day I get a call from Parts that the fob is in - great news! Then I'm told to call Service (which is right in front of them) to book an appointment for programming. I booked it for 120pm next day.

I pick up the key and fob and talk to Service. They tell me I'm not on the schedule and I have to wait 2 hours to get my programming done. So I reschedule for next day at 1pm.

I show up before 1. About 130 the work is started by a mechanic who seems to be having a tantrum (storms in and starts shoving chairs and throwing something). The man seems finished about 145 but I wait for one of 2 guys at the Service counter to tell me it's done.
Finally at about 220 a 3rd guy comes out and finds a job invoice on the counter which happens to be mine! Yay!

I drive home with the new key. However I later realize that the fob doesn't work. My fault to trust that the job was complete. Should've tested beforehand.

I come back again the next day. Done!!

The Parts and Service staff have absolutely zero coordination nor communication with one another - though they are literally at arms reach.
Customer service seems to apply only to select customers. Several times I walked in and just stood there for a few minutes - no acknowledgement from anyone, not a word, no eye contact. Everyone was either staring at their computer screen or keeping his head low behind it, while a Parts guy stood in the corner seemingly trying to stay out of sight.

If you are privileged to be employed to serve the public, but lack the ability to practice humility, empathy and respect toward customers alike, perhaps you are in the wrong business.

On a positive note, the asian Parts fellow was accommodating.

I am writing regarding about the safety of my 9 years old son, my wife and the community of Vancouver in general.

Two months ago I bought a brand new Grand Cherokee at Marine Chrysler located in 450 SE Marine Drive, since the first day of owning the SUV we been dealing with several problems with the quality of the vehicle, but the biggest problem off all is a safety issue. The vehicle is breaking by itself until stop while I am driving on the city of Vancouver with my wife and 9 years old son on board. The first time that this happened was while we were driving on rush hour on west broadway and suddenly the vehicle broke by itself until stops and a bus almost hit us, putting in danger the life of my son and wife and the safety of all the passengers of the bus.



As well I called several times to Chrysler costumer care, and they just ask me for more time to fix the problem, I asked for a replacement vehicle but they told me that it was imposible because of the Chrysler policy, that it was something that I have to deal with the dealership. Since the last time that I took the vehicle to service on May 13th I have been trying speak with the owner to ask him a way to finish with this problem, but he is never in the office and they are avoiding any responsibility.
