After waiting 2 hours for an oil change to be told...

After waiting 2 hours for an oil change to be told it would be another 2.5 hours, I left the dealer disgusted and wrote a negative review here about my experience. I was called that evening by the service manager who apologized and asked for another chance to do it right with a complementary oil change. Second time was exemplary service for routine maintenance with appointment: car went in within minutes and promptly returned with reasonable time. The manager is clearly committed to earn service customers so I deleted my original post and replaced with this. Give them a chance yourself. 5 stars for doing the right thing to earn a customer's trust and commitment.
