I bought my car here back in 2008. The sales experience was bad but I still went back for service because the service rep on Saturdays treated me OK. But the way I was treated yesterday for a recall, I don't think they deserve any star. They called me to take my car in for a recall. They said they will get it done in 1.5 hours. I took the afternoon off, waited for over 2 hour, never touched my car and then told me they didn't have time to even start it. They never offered a taxi chit or a ride to the skytrain either. This is by far the worst shop I have ever been to. I have never been treated with such disrespect particularly from their service rep. Guess what, you just lost a loyal customer of 9 years.
