As an international student who prefer lease/finance , mazda is the only one gives you lease with 0 down payment. the interest was insanely low, I ended up with new CX-5 and Alice helped me a lot, if you don't wanna pay cash as an international student, Mazda may be the best choice.

Alice called back to me, my car was taken over by the lease. At that time, I wanted to have a car that didn't want to directly pick up the lease from the private. I went to the car dealership on Wednesday and found out that the car had a big problem! ! ! The person who changed hands did not tell me at the time that Alice was not returning to the phone or I never knew that there was a problem with this car! No one wants to buy the accident car after the lease! ! No car is not convenient at the time was too stupid to check his icbc record, I hope you will take a look at the car's insurance record if you take over the lease! ! Don't be fooled! ! Then Alice took me back to a new car! This time also helped me a lot, Alice is also very nice! I really like her, I don't bother to help me answer questions, this time really thanks to her, thank you for your gratitude! Tomorrow is another day!

I needed a car to replace a total loss and was very tight on time. Avery was very kind and patient in helping me complete all the paperwork on time, and we ended up staying way past the closing hours of the dealership. Good selection of used car inventory to choose from. William, Sammy and Sandy were all pleasant to deal with. Had a slight hiccup with a cargo net accessory that was unable to be installed because it was defective. Otherwise, everything else was positive aside from that delay.

I just bought a 2015 Mazda 3 and was very happy with my experience! Justin Kim had a very low pressure approach and answered all of my questions.. I felt no pressure to buy and appreciated the time he took with me. There was only one remote that had been returned by the previous owner and Justin followed through with his delivery of a second remote.

I leased my CX-5 GT with Alice Lee, it was absolutely a wonderful experience. If you are looking for customer service, then you are looking at Alice for a perfect example. She shows patient to the first time leaser like me, explained to me why lease is better than finance or cash. Also gives me all the model price comparison for my tight budget situation. She is totally okay with every dumb questions I could possibly come up with professional attitude. On my day of picking up the car, she sacrificed her own time to show me the car every details and feature of it. I live in Surrey, which is far far away from Richmond, but I am willing to drive extra miles to see this beautiful lady (where there's a Mazda dealer 3 minutes away from my house). A truly great place to buy a car! We had to come from the interior and they were very accommodating of this. Everything was set up for us before hand, so we were able to buy our car and drive home the same day. We didn't have to wait for anything. They were very on the ball, friendly, 'above and beyond', and everything ran very smooth. We were able to get a price we were happy with, we didn't have to deal with pushy salesman attitudes, and they also gave us very good prices on the 'extras'. I have been driving Mazda for six years and been using Richmond Mazda for car leasing and services since then. No big issues in the past until I just learned my lessons yesterday. When we were convinced to re-lease the newer 2018 CX5 model while our 2016 model year CX-5 still has one more year to the end of lease, one of the main reasons is we were told and promised that apple play for 2018 model CX-5 would be a free upgrade when it s available. For the second time leasing a car from the dealer, without any doubts, we signed the contract. Now the service is due while apple play is available for upgrade, we were told the upgrade will cost close to $500 after tax. Well, it is time to bite the bullet since of course, we took it for granted, who would think to put a free software upgrade in writing? Besides that, we did receive other negotiated items on the contract. Lesson learned that when you drive a car out of dealers parking lot, except recalls, nothing will be free if it is not on the contract. Hopefully my loss would be your gain: put all promised upgrade items in the writing, even they are system or software upgrade offered as free.
