Unprofessional
Not timely
Run around game
No call backs or updates
Incapable of any customer service
Zero accountability

Booked an appointment for Check Engine Light (CEL) week prior and informed the department that this is a delivery van, which we would need back ASAP as every day it's not on the road we are losing money. Told to drop off the vehicle at 7am to ensure it is the first car being looked at that day.

Dropped off car at 7:00am Wednesday.
No updates until I call Wednesday evening. Told they haven't had a chance to look at it yet (10 hours) and will get back to me next morning.

Thursday - call them at Noon. Car has not been looked at yet. When asking service rep what was the point of dropping it off at 7am day prior I am told "I don't know."
Ask to talk to someone who "Knows what is going on." Told they will call me back after lunch
5:00pm. No call back so I call myself. Again no updates on the car (havent even ran the CEL codes). Told I will get a call back in 15 minutes as he "Checks with the techs"

Friday 10:00am. Haven't received a single call back yet. Call again. Rep unsure what is wrong with the CEL, but theyre now working on a transmission cable recall (didnt authorize) and have ordered parts for it, have to keep car until at least Monday, they think this might fix the CEL. I tell rep to leave my car alone, as I will be picking it up and taking it to a different shop.
Friday noon - employees come back without the vehicle as it is still apart and being worked on.
Call again. Told vehicle has seized brakes (why are brakes being worked on now?) And turns out engines needs new Cylinder Heads and again need parts and a quote.

Requested again vehicle be reassembled and returned, work will be done at a different, more accountable shop.
