I only went on Sunday but it was a lovely day. If I m being honest I go more so for the community and atmosphere. Everyone is so happy to be there and enjoying themselves no matter who they are. The food trucks are great with diverse selection and vendors are always fun. And of course there is amazing music by talents from all over the world all over the park. Love the Folk Fest!
Tremendous. Outstanding effort by hundreds of people who I'm sure have plenty to do on either end and throughout the three days of the event. It warms the heart and restores faith in humanity and community to see a coming together of such proportion. Bravo! Oh, and the music was pretty damned good, too!
Last weekend was our first time at the festival. It was so great. Shout out to all those volunteers who were smiling and kind and sorting all our garbage! Great food trucks. Fabulous entertainment. Friendly people. Super family event!

Incredible music is just the beginning, around the fringes of this festival are incredible art, jewellery, clothing, and food vendors who bring the site to life.
Accessible, and inclusive, this event takes great pains to make everyone feel welcome.
Fantastic event that people travel to from all over the world. Very inclusive and relaxed vibe and an amazing selection of local food trucks. Combination of park, ocean, mountains and forest backdrops make this festival location one of the best in the world.
Wonderful festival right on Jericho Beach Park. Stunning setting and a great place to go for fun tunes.
Extremely overpriced for what you get this year; it was a disappointment. We felt like we just literally threw money into the garbage. The organizers should be ashamed of themselves for charging such obscene pricing for such underwhelming concert set up. We will make a point for not attending this event in the future; as the organization tends to be better at free or much more inexpensive events.
Quite Underwhelming. Too expensive for a bunch of empty stages and a racist country closing band. Any free Vancouver event easily beats this!
Great Festival! Had the experience of a lifetime here. Artists from diverse backgrounds, delicious food options, and other fun activities like yoga and massage really make it an amazing event to be at. Prices are reasonable.
