Was wanting to trade in my 2019 Tacoma for a Jeep ...

Was wanting to trade in my 2019 Tacoma for a Jeep Wrangler (has been my dream car since I was a child) so I thought I d pop into Marine Chrysler to check it out. It was definitely something I was hesitant on doing since I bought that Tacoma last year. Anyways, as soon as I pulled into the driveway for Marine Chrysler, I was greeted right away by Peter Tran. He was a newer Sales guy, but he did extremely well. All the other sales associates smiled and greeted me as well as soon as we walked inside. Sales Manager Abhijeet was also a pleasure to speak to. He clarified a lot of information I had about the vehicle. Eddie in finance, top notch. He kept me up to date on the progress of everything as well. I ve had bad experiences with Marine Chrysler years ago, but I am sure glad I gave them a second chance.

I have never dealt with a dealership that makes things so difficult, A deal was worked out over the phone as I am not in that area and I said I would be in the next day to pick up the Jeep, then they insisted that I give them my credit card which I refused, I continually asked if we were good and all they cared about was getting my credit card and would not give me an answer so I gave up, all I required was a text saying we re good to go but no....it s really too bad that businesses want to work this way but I saw no reason to hand over my credit card and after reading some of the other reviews I am glad I did not.

Purchased a 2017 Dodge RAM 1500 Limited. . Very happy with the truck so far and had a good experience with Josh, Mike, Colin in sales, the owner Ted and Eddie the finance Manager. Not pushy like some of the other car dealers out there and I feel I got a fair price and therefore would not hesitate to recommend. All in all it was a pleasant experience.

I bought my RAM 2019 out of factory order and the sales Abhijeet Cheema is really helpful, actually he and the manager Paul(hope I did not get the name wrong) did what other deals can't achieve by giving me a 6 seats with Rambox, which other dealers keep saying Rambox is not doable. I guess they are really professional to know how to do a Rambox Ram. Abhijeet even followed up several time after sales and help me get the the bed extender parts ordered. Highly recommend to go with him if you want to buy a new vehicle.

I just started to be in the market for a new vehicle. Decided to drop in when passing by even though this is not a local dealer for me. Talked to Dylan in sales when I came in. He admitted he was new and helped me to the best of his ability. He made me feel comfortable even when I told him I was not ready to buy. No pressure sales. Good job Dylan

They have been more than reasonable in my few years dealing with them. What more can you ask? It is those small percentage that go somewhere and expect something more or better than everyone else.... This place is just straight up, the way I like. Some complain they do call. Some complain they don't call. Some complain they try to sell. Some complain they don't try. Usually the whiners go online. The cry babies who can't deal with reality face to face. That the way the world is now. It gives the whiners the power. But overall, this place is ok!

Marine Chrysler is a joke I will never take my vehicle there again and I will make sure no one else I know will ever go there again either. If you are smart you will avoid this place at all cost! You'd think that being an employee at this place for over a year would get you some benefit or would at least get you treated with any sort of respect... but nope, they still took advantage of me!. I was charged $500 for a new battery I didn't even want or need!! I have a brand new Dodge Ram Truck that has never even had any sort of an electrical problem??? I was also told my tires are irreparable and wont even hold air, this was almost 2 weeks ago, but for some weird reason I'm still driving on them with absolutely no issues whatsoever!. Hmm? Something smells kinda funny here? Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle somewhere else. You will be much better off. I can't understand how such a horrible place could still be in business?...

To start, this is my first time ever posting a bad...

To start, this is my first time ever posting a bad review. Mistakes can happen so i never saw the need until now.

One of my fleet vehicles has been there close to a MONTH with a transmission error (error pops up and it goes into "limp mode"). Its still there!

When we first brought it in, they took a little longer than normal but understandable as there was some recalls to deal with. We went to pick it up, it didn't start. It was the battery, but when I look at the service records, it says they checked the battery and it was perfectly fine. (did they actually check it?) They told me it was the -8 degree weather it sat in for 2 days (it was there for 2 days cause no one called me to say it was ready) I am from Alberta, and work in an electrical field. Yeaaa right.

Went to go get it the next day as they wouldn't put a battery in it while we were there (10 min job), but got half way back to the shop and the SAME ERROR came up as what we brought it in for. So we took it back. THIS HAPPENED TWO MORE TIMES of going to pick it up and have to turn around and bring it back to their shop. No apologies, no offering of a loaner vehicle, we never even got 1 update during the 3 and some weeks its been there. I had to call them for updates and they never would call me when it was ready for pick up.

After going back again today to only drive a couple Km's away to see the same error pop up AGAIN. I of course was livid from the horrible service and complete waste of hours of my companies time i wanted to talk to the manager. HE MADE ME WAIT OVER 45 MINUTES to speak to him. After I asked him why it was so long, he said he was on an important phone call. When I asked him if his time is more important than mine, he basically said "yes, it affected the whole company." Isn't there an Assistant Manager? Supervisor? Thats over 2 hours of 2 people from my companies time in 1 day (not to mention the other 3 times I had to take staff to pick up the vehicle that wasn't fixed) to have nothing done or fixed or helped with. Not having a fleet vehicle working costs you money! Yes, I yelled, yes, I swore. I was very polite the first 3 times this happened.

This is THE worst dealership I have ever dealt with in terms if customer service, knowledge, and responsiveness. They defintely don't care about the customer. The Haley Dodge dealership in Surrey treated us like family and will be going back to them for sure. We only tried Marine as it was closer to our fleet bay. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I am hoping to one day get a working van back and will update when i finally do.

UPDATE: We got our van back last week and wanted to drive it for a while before updating this post. After our last encounter, I was starting to get daily updates on what the issues were and how long it was going to take which was refreshing. Vehicle was fixed and seems to be running great. I still have to keep the review at 1 star, as I feel like the customer service I got was only after I yelled at them and posted this review. I dont think it would have happened on their own. I do appreciate the Service Manager Dan, putting in his own time to update me. It was very nice of him.

I brought my Dodge Ram 1500 for the maintenance schedule of 36000 KM .

When I arrived here mr. Intarjit try to push me way more service than was required by the owner's manual and I asked him where in the owner's manual is requiring the service and he couldn't explain because I got the owner's manual for my vehicle.m and all the extra service he was trying to push weren't there.

I'm not going to do what you show me in a paper that you print it.

I asked him, so you mean that the engineer who developed this vehicle knows less than you? Come on give me a break.

Then he came up with the Peace of Mind inspection that cost $40 he said if you don't get this piece of my inspection we're not going to expect all the parts of your vehicle.

This is not right I took my vehicle to other Chrysler dealership before for the first time oil change and they checked the rest of the vehicle for free and they found no problem no no charge.

But he insists that if we don't get the Peace of Mind inspection they would not inspect any other part of the vehicle.

My surprise when I came to pay they were trying to charge me $6. He that is the supplies cost. Again trying to squeeze customer at all cost.

Bottom line; be aware of this dealership practice and try to avoid at all cost!

How its possible.....always hard to have something...i have the damn gold warranty....and i have to pay for a rental car.....ho and i have to had something...because a guy from there just ask me to delete my post!...hahahaha.he said iam not cover for that because now this is not enough to have the gold plan! No now i need to have the gold plan PLUS!hahaja.so i said to him why at the begining the 2 first min, you said to me no renting car. And you didnt ask me what was my plan and didnt know the problem?and more he said i can call a taxi for you!hahahahah. Even i didnt have nothing like inssurance......comon...you can rent me a damn car for a couple hour.. He said at the end. Well if its like that i dont talk to you anymore!hohohahaha so thats it. And i never said you have to pay the rat damage...the problem is the rental car!

I am really disappointed with the service at marin...

I am really disappointed with the service at marine Chrysler... a month ago I signed a purchase agreement on a pro master cargo van which was supposed to be delivered to Vancouver for my business within 3-4 weeks . The sales team told me numerous times that they would call me back but I didn t receive anything regarding the eta of my vehicle and a month has gone, so I have stopped trusting them. After a month and after my trip, I go in to ask what s going on, they said they don t have the one I originally signed on, so they found another one which was more expensive and with a wasted month On uhals. And just a few day before I was supposed to get the NEW truck, they have sold it to someone else who was probably willing to pay more, and they tell me they can look for another one similar, even after I signed a purchase agreement... all in all, I don t want to waste any more time with this company. I asked for my deposit back. All in all, I am disappointed with the people there and I will take my business someplace else.

A few years ago this dealer's parts & service department USED to be good, although I never would have bought a vehicle from them, especially the arrogant b with an itch of a sales manager! ANYWAYS. A few years back, there used to be an awesome guy working in parts and he knew EVERYTHING and ANYTHING there is about Chryslers, old and new. There was also a rockabilly(?) girl working with the mechanics, never had a chance to speak to her but she took no crap from the mechanics and they RESPECTED her. I came in recently and the parts staff now is either sniffing exhaust fumes or they don't get paid enough to care. Sad. I really hope the former staff that I spoke of have moved on to better places because if this place continues the way it is.... well, enough said. I won't be giving this business another dime of my business and I will be telling others to stay far far away.

To the owner.... remember that someone who gets good service will tell one person, someone who gets bad service will tell ten.

Went in to Marine Chrysler Dodge Jeep today and within an hour had a new Dodge Ram!!!

The service was excellent. Jim Yang was the sales rep who helped me out. Very professional and had in depth knowledge about the truck that I was buying. Negotiations went very smoothly and there were no pressure tactics like you find at other dealers.

I highly recommend Marine Chrysler Dodge Jeep if you are looking to purchase your next car. I will definitely be recommending them to my family and friends.

if i can rate no star, i will. The wrost dealer i have ever seen. Made us sign a agreement and pay 1000 so we can find out about the credit is ok to fiance a car. After we decided not to buy it, they refused to refund the money even they didn't have to relocate a car or anything, threatened to sue us if we don't take the car. (we haven't even done the credit check) manager jeff : "i don't care if you have to report this to CVS, you have to buy this, i don't care if you have to pay someone to be your co-signer if the credit check fails or borrow money from friends, you have to buy this car."
So guys, don't even walk into this dealer shop !!!

I live about 5 hours from the lot but Simon helped get the sale done remotely. It was a quick and easy process and I am very happy with the car!

The lack of maturity and professionalism in the owner's responses to the negative reviews should tell you all you need to know about this place. The owner makes condescending snide remarks like "sorry the banks won't approve you, must be frustrating" or "sorry the vehicle you wanted was sold for a higher amount to someone else, we dont hold vehicles that are one of a kind" or "sorry we couldn't get you more money for your 200,000km vehicle, it's just not in demand" or "it's hard to please everyone". The owner should take some accountability and respond with some class instead of trying to put the blame back on the person who felt wronged enough to leave a bad review.

Before you even think about buying a vehicle here, just ask yourself how the owner would respond to you if you had any issues. Buy from a reputable dealer, not from someone who replies like a 10 year old.

I went there to get some recalls fixed that where given for my car. I also bought a rear arm and wanted to attach it by my self to save money for my upcoming trip trough Canada. After the recalls were done, I left the place in the evening and tried to attach my new wiper arm for more then 45 minutes and endet up without success and very frustrated. Then I realized that it physically doesn't fit deep enough on the metal part on the car. So I decided to go back the next day to either return this part or let them do it. Scott and Alex handelt my complaint very well and we found a very good deal. So I ended up all satisfied with there service. Beside that I felt, that all the employees and the manager I had contact with where very friendly and welcoming eventough my low budget.

I went in yesterday to see an used car, they didnt even bother in cleaning the car, and the car was leaking water from the roof, overpriced for the condition of the car, so we did not agree on a sale price. Today the Manager called me and ask me at what time I was going to be back, I told him that I already bought a car, the manager thank me for wasting his time and then hang up, really? How unprofessional and rude person!
Shame on you guys! I dont recommend this place to anyone!

I bought a brand new 2014 ram 1500 - nothing bad to really mention about the original purchase. BUT after buying the truck the Richmond dealership keeps asking me to sell my truck ..so one day i go down to see what they would give me for my truck. The sales manager took my keys and said take a new truck for a drive. I told them i drive a 2014 Ram with 25xxx kms on it, and im looking for a new 2016, i dont need a test drive, i only want to talk numbers. He wouldn't and started to refuse to talk about any numbers and started to give me the run around and was hesitant to give me back my truck keys until i took something for a test drive. Once he saw i was very pissed off for wasting my time he finally gave me back my own truck keys. They still call me, and still refuse to talk numbers. All they want to do is get you to agree on a price for a new truck and then deduct any profit they lose on the new truck and get it back by low balling you on your trade in. typical slimy car sales stuff. I will NOT return to this dealership for my next truck, nor will i sell my current truck to them because of this experience.

The Sales Manager Max became very pushy when I wasn't willing to commit to the sale even though I told him before coming that I wasn't ready to buy and I was just looking. Of course he was very friendly before I came telling me I could just look at what they had and there wouldn't be any pressure to buy. This couldn't have been further from the truth. He became visibly frustrated with me when I said I wanted to think about it. He was even rude to the salesman that I was dealing with named Peter who was very professional and courteous. He interrupted Peter and said "get up" so he could take over negotiations. I repeated 3 times that it was a big decision and I wanted to sleep on it. Each time he became increasingly more aggressive. It was almost unbelievable. I even expressed that he was pressuring me and it was exactly why I was apprehensive about coming in the first place. He just snickered at me and continued to insist that I commit to the sale. Finally Peter interjected and saved me from Max. I feel like Peter should be the Sales Manager not Max. He really doesn't understand what good customer service is. Because of Max I'm going to look elsewhere for a vehicle.

Wow! What excellent service we got from Marine Chrysler. We were looking for a new vehicle, Dodge Journey, Mandeep was there within seconds. We went in to discuss further, Abhijeet joined in our conversation. There were no high pressure pushy sales. They only focussed on our wants/needs. They made suggestions, including, for almost the same price you can get all you want/need and more in a Jeep Cherokee. Well needless to say, we are now happy Jeep owner's. The sale went seamless and effortless. Nothing but high praises to all of the staff at Marine Chrysler. Thank you to, Mandeep for showing in detail how to operate all the functions and your patience, Abhijeet for your all assistance and Eddie for your hard work and in a timely manner.

We have bought 4 vehicles in the last 5 years and the sales team gave us the utmost respect ,courteous, professional, help us get the best deal possible, made the hole prosses pleasant and followed up with after sales calls. Barry at the parts department goes the extra mile helping customers. I ordered some parts for my Ram that did not come with it and he took the extra time to help my get the correct parts. These 2 departments I would give the highest ratings possible. The service department is entirely different. I went in on Nov 10 to make an appointment to have a sales code added for a part I recently installed in order for it to work. I spoke to a Service Advisor explained what I wanted done and they talked to a technician and said it would take about 1 hr to do. I got a quote made the appointment and took my Ram in on Saturday at the appointed time. The Service Advisor told me I would have to wait 3 hrs and pay extra for shop supplies I received a phone call about an hour and a half later saying they could not do it because the computer on my truck was locked but if I come back in the middle of the week they might be able to do it. Why would you tell a customer you can do something one minute then the next minute you cant. Totally unacceptable. I give this department a negative rating. I would recommend that they hire Advisors that actually know something about vehicles not just look at a computer screen. I went to another dealer talked to a Service Advisor had a technician come out to my truck to look at it and made an appointment to have it done. I will buy another vehicle in the near future from Marine Dodge but will never take our vehicles to the Service department again

Change of heart... went from a bad experience to EXCELLENT customer service experience and even received a heartfelt apology from the service manager. I previously went for a peace of mind service / oil change and had to wait 2 hours or so, while my car was in the shop. I recently tried to book an appointment and asked to get transportation from the dealership to my place so I don t have to wait like the last time. Unfortunately they only offered a $15 one way taxi voucher, which I wasn t too happy about because that amount won t cover the taxi fare and it was only 1 way.
I wrote a review expressing my feelings. I got an email from the service manager, apologizing for my recent experience and offered me a 2 way taxi voucher without even asking the distance from the dealership to my place (no hesitation at all).

He was able to understand my frustration and explained the procedure. He truly went above and beyond, booked me in for an appointment right away and made sure that the time of my appointment worked with my schedule.

He responded to my emails at a timely manner even though i was late at replying and he was patient though this entire process.

Will definitely go back to service my car.. again and again.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had.

We went in looking for a new truck. They were not willing to work within our budget. We went with the truck they said was the closest they could do to our budget anyways, even though we had seen plenty of options on the Ram truck website. Once we got home, we saw that the truck we when with was listed of $7500 less that the "best price" they could do for us. We went back in to speak to a manager and get our deposit back. All managers were "busy". Their finance guy, Vineet, said we would have a cheque in a day or two. The next day we called to speak to a manager again. Again they were all "busy". We were told that it might actually be a few days before we got our refund. We specifically said this was unacceptable and that we wanted a manager to call us back ASAP. No call. Ever. We never managed to speak to a manager, they were completely avoiding us. The last time we called to speak to a manager, over a week after they had told us we would have our money back, instead of putting us through to a manger, the receptionist told us our cheque was ready. No call to let us know. We had to call. Not once would a manger listen to us to hear our complaint. They are so fast to take you money and talk to you when you first walk in, but as soon as there is a problem, everyone is busy, and things have to go through accounting and someone "will get back to you". I don't complain about much but this was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever received.

I went in today to ask for a paper cover for my car mate because of a spil but this so call kind salesman gave me a use paper to reuse because I was not there to make them sales but to ask for a favour ... I personal feeling says that people who only sees their benefits they are never successful.

Dealer does not honour list removal requests. I've now asked to be taken off their contact list twice, including once (the first time) in person, and I continue to receive calls and junk mail from them.

I brought in my car about a year ago for an oil change and a checkup. The car never drove again; they took the oil out, and then wanted to charge me $600 for a new oil pan because the oil plug was stripped. They blamed the previous technician for stripping it. That plus a bunch of other upcoming repairs led to me junking the car.

The only business I ever gave them was a $100 diagnosis on the car. At the time of paying it, they asked for extensive personal information, including my address, which I declined to give. I also specifically asked to be kept off their mailing list, because my experience with them wasn't a good one and I didn't intend to bring any car back there.

Nevertheless, in the past year, I have received multiple calls and mail reminders for service, despite the fact that I no longer own a Dodge vehicle, and in direct contradiction of my request to be kept off their list. Presumably, they took my address information off the form I filled out when I dropped the car off.

Not only did they completely ignore my in-person request to be kept off their list, but they've also now failed to follow through a request I made when they called me by phone.

Annoyed, and I would not trust them to follow through on their word.

My husband and I highly recommend coming to Marine Chrysler if you are looking to purchase a vehicle. Since we are on Vancouver Island, we had to deal with our salesman Brett over the phone. He was great at giving us all the information we needed, calling us when he promised and ultimately helping us pick our Pro Master. When we came to pick up our Pro Master, Payam was great. He showed us all the bells and whistles on our vehicle and made sure we felt confident before we headed back to Vancouver Island. The whole experience was hassle free! Thanks again for all your help!

There was a lot of commitment to the sale, 4 hours or so of his time, but he didn't seem to know a lot about Wranglers or going off road, or even the sales process. He kept trying to get us back to his desk when I wanted to look at Jeeps... Not talk about money. The things I said 3-4 times he keep ignoring and talking about things that were irrelevant to me. The kicker was when he wanted me to agree to $699/mo payments for 96 months, for a $49k Jeep. That's $67k for a $49k vehicle. Totally price gouging and trying to rape us. He wouldn't even tell me anything about maintenance or warranty until I agreed to pay his crazy high prices. As for the trade in, he didn't even want it. Just wanted me to agree to $699/mo. Then $650/mo... Then $600/mo. So what is it really?! Very shady, very poor attention to detail, did not listen to my concerns or respond to my questions. Will never be back.

I wish you could give this disrespectful , unreliable dealer negative stars. Their service department is probably the worst in the lower mainland. If you want your time and money wasted then go to them. I highly recommend going somewhere else. I was helping a friend get their vehicle to their shop who ever was on the phone was terribly rude, uninformed and not helpful at all, isnt service of any sort supposed to help your situation? Thats why its called service, my friend was really upset.

Honestly, we saw the bad reviews on google but still give them our Jeep, we should have listen the bad reviews ... the experience was awful !
We had to call everyday to know where they are at qnd when we will be able to pick up our car ect...somebody internally didn't show up to work and they kind of forgot to take care of our car ... they kept it for a week and we had to call them everyday to put pressure on them.
The Technician did a great job ( I think) but honestly the management and all the admin was awful without mentioning that the receptionist was absolutely not nice; not smiling at all.... I would never give again my car to them... too bad, one more time this is a bad experience dealing with dealership !!! Good luck if you are dropping off your car over there !

Not great.missed the daytime running light being out and I had to go back to actually demonstrate the light was infact out...then upon getting back to storage to put my summer tires away I seen that one of the wheel cap hex screws was missing.back to dealer and discovered it was still in the techs tray.... inconvenience d to say the least but at least it was located.also had to kick left rear wheel cap on because it was loosely on and would have flown off as soon as I got to speed.its these little things that destroy a customer's confidence in a place.not great.

At every other dealership and servicing i get my vehicle vacuumed and sometimes washed.
They should call it a bronze package at least. Staff are nice enough but I wouldn't suggest getting any additional services with your new vehicle here.

I went to this location for the first time for peace of mind inspection, tire rotation and oil change, but they don't have a technician to look for my vehicle for about couple of hours. There were only one person working in this location, he said that "Who's technician will work at early 7am?". Then why you're location is accepting services at early 7am? This location is sucks! Don't come here, even that one employee was working in front of the customer saying that they don't have enough people to work today because its monday, and they short of staff. Terrible experienced.

I own a Dodge Caravan and have brought it into Marine Chrysler's service shop on a few occasions. Their staff is always very friendly, and very engaging. One of their mechanics, Hanson Mak, was fantastic at keeping in touch, setting expectations, and made sure I understood all my options when going through the repairs my vehicle needed. The service manager, Kent, was also incredibly helpful. I haven't had the opportunity to interact with their sales staff, but if they're anything like their service team, then their top priority is clearly keeping their customers happy.

Worst service ever !!!!!!!!! Was charged for a recall!!!!!! They forgot to reset my oil change gauge on my previous visit which caused my exhaust filter to fill up without being able to regenerate on my ram 1500 diesel. Brought this to their attention and they said there was no proof even though for a diesel every 10,000km you are recommended to get an oil change and I had one 6000km ago what a joke!!!!! Never returning!!!!!! $700 later

I had amazing service. I absolutely loved my sale guy Sukhvir. He just said "wanna go for a ride" he got the plate and away we went. Man that kid had excitement for my Jeep Rubicon. He was just so cute! He also bought me a candybar Truly happy and excited for me and my purchase. The finance guy literally had everything ready for me to sign when I picked it up and boom insurance guy was cool beans too. I even saw the insurance guy a couple days later on the street and he recognized me and remembered my name. No bull..and you didnt try unload other models on me like some other places.You Guys Rocked!!!!Killed it!

My wife has driven her Fiat 500 for four years. The past 2 months it had been riding rough and the check engine light went on frequently. After 4 visits to the Terminal Fiat shop, they recommended going to Evo(the service manager)at Marine Drive Chrysler
At my first visit Evo said that this problem had occurred on one other car and he believed an engine replacement would be required pending Chrysler Canada approval
I left the car with them for 20 days and picked it up yesterday. They had replaced the engine/gearbox/ and a number of other things. Cost would be in excess of $8000. My bill itemized the replacements and each totaled ZERO cost
The car is running like new!
Evo's awareness of the problem and detailed explanation could not have been better. I would recommend Marine Drive Chrysler as a place to shop and to get things repaired
A mechanic friend of mine said the VW would have noted the problem and then asked me to pay to fix it.
My wife loves her Fiat 500!!

Went in today to get floor mats for my brand new Ram 1500. Barry the parts guru took the time to answer all my questions about winter tires, rims and of course my original purchase of the winter floor mats. Will definitely be using this Dodge location for all my service and part needs even though it is further away than some other locations I ve seen reviews on. I dealt with Barry in the parts department and Sheau at the service desk while sorting through some issues with my Mom's used Fiat 500. They were both exceedingly pleasant and accommodating people to deal with. I also spent a little time in the showroom waiting for the warranty software update to be completed (not very long because Sue was on point) and I had a very pleasant discussion with the sales manager about the Alfa 8C in the showroom. All in all a quality experience. Thanks guys.

STAY AWAY !! Jeez I wish I had read some of these reviews BEFORE I wasted hours of my time over 3 visits. *Every visit explaining my jam packed schedule and they completely ignored and disrespected my time.

I have in all my years never encountered such a toxic, unprofessional, sneaky, stereotypical to car sales company culture, that permeates all levels of the sales team (The sales person helping me was also new, and whispered under her breath dissatisfaction with the process- knowing these guys she'll probably lose her job, which would be a step in the right direction for her).

I ATTEMPTED to lease a new vehicle in exchange for my current lease Jeep-Jeep (no weird negative equity balances- damage or anything else; as I have done this with every major dealer over the last 15 yrs-Land Rover, Acura, Ford and Audi without issue).... Not once in the hours I spent with them did they even give me a breakdown of price/incentives/loyalty discounts and price for my vehicle, all they kept telling me is I need to increase my budget and pay more a month HAH ! All they wanted was that Oh so Holy $1000 NON- REFUNDABLE deposit before we could proceed WTH?!

**Want to know what happens in a car sales company with seemingly no oversight run by prehistoric dinosaurs, trying to squeeze every dollar from clients using artificially inflated pricing and unethically creative sales tactics? - Come here lol **

I could go on and on.. but the reality is this whole process was mentally exhausting and I have decided to move on (different dealer) and this is all the time I want to give these clowns.

Additionally, be prepared for some obscure response from the owner or manager spouting some BS about no record of me being there, or some issue with my budget or the scheduling etc etc...
