This is regarding the service department. I took my vehicle half an hour early for its oil change appointment. Person at front desk tells me it may take longer because of less staff. 3 hours later no oil change and there is no estimate when it is supposed to be done. Just excuses as to why the other cars being worked on are more important and I have to keep waiting even though I had a scheduled appointment 3 hours earlier. Incompetence.
