Marine Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, Ltd. Review

Maybe not excellent performance, but still very strong! I came in on a weekend, and was only in the early stages of finding a new vehicle, when I was shown my now-first Jeep Wrangler. I absolutely love love the car and feel the team helped me make an excellent decision that day. Dave was a very friendly and kind salesman, and I felt comfortable with him. (Brian?) Can't remember- but he loved the winter package Jeep I purchased and I felt his enthusiasm was genuine (reciprocated!!) and he had a warm, neither overbearing or pushy sales approach. We did have a misunderstanding during the sale, and that caused a bit of stress, but I appreciated the demeanour of the gentlemen in the room during what verged on a tense situation. Ultimately, I appreciated the willingness of the team to work towards a solution and I left feeling completely elated and already memorializing the experience at your dealership.

The dealership itself appeared a bit disorganized from my interactions ie. being unable to find correct keys for test drives; locking my car in service when someone had assured me that it would be migrated upstairs; waiting a long time for confusions to be sorted, but honestly, everyone was great/kind, and apologetic. I look forward to taking my vehicle in to be serviced in the years to come.

These guys are as dishonest as they come! do not take your vehicle here for repairs! They are also rude and unhelpful.

I took my dodge RAM 2500 into these guys because I was having an electrical problem with an overcharging battery. They looked at it and diagnosed it as a bad ECM and told me I would have to replace it at a cost of $3500.00 + tax + labour. I was shocked by that and since I had done some research before hand and had a list of possible other items that might cause the over charge I went through the list with the guy at the counter. He denied all of the other items and said they tested for them all and it was definitely the ecm. He said I would have to order this part from them. I went home and looked online and found a refurbished ecm for around $1100.00. I ordered it and when it came I installed it. It was not the ecm. Turns out it was the connection at the battery terminals. I took the terminals apart and cleaned them. Fixed! This is all it was and they never bothered to check it even though I remember asking him twice if they did check this.

Don't go to these guys they will rip you off hard. A fix that probably should have been a free suggestion they wanted $4000.00 for. Ridiculous. Now I am stuck with a $1100.00 paper weight and wasted about 20 hours messing around with this thing including a drive to the US to pick it up.

Had a terrific experience with the service staff at Marine Chrysler, who all went above and beyond in my case. The problem with my starter on my 2008 Chrysler Town and Country touring was fixed. The parts guy stayed late and got a replacement starter and the mechanic did an excellent job. The service manager handled the problem with professionalism and great care. The family was starting our month long vacation and the dealership went ABOVE AND BEYOND completing the repair just before 20:00 at no additional cost. Five stars is not enough! This is a 10 star dealership as we have purchased or leased three vehicles from them, and have always come away satisfied. All of my major work and warranty is done here, even though there are closer dealerships. The staff is well trained and professional(Service especially). In my many experiences with Marine Chrysler the customers are always put first!

I ve been researching Stelvio s for as long as I can remember. When I first met Max he provided further information that I needed to narrow down my options and in a manner that was courteous and professional. Rhett the sales assistant was also very helpful and accommodating. Eddie did a great job with the add-ons I needed and was very detailed with breaking it all down for me. I also really appreciated Colin helping us out along the way. Thank you everyone. What a great experience overall.

Last week on July 20 I had a sudden serious problem with the rear driveshaft on my 2013 Jeep Wrangler. I am a senior and rely exclusively on my car to get around safely- especially during this pandemic. I have had my Jeep serviced at Marine Drive Chrysler since I purchased it there in 2014. I phoned the service department at 7:30 am and spoke to Otto, the manager, who asked me to have my Jeep towed to the service department immediately for repair.
They ordered new parts and I had my Jeep back within 24 hours.
Thanks again to Otto and the Marine Drive Chrysler service department for once again safely keeping me on the road!! I ll be back!!

DON"T BUY WITH THEM!!!! Service is ) from the rep to the direction. We bought a car it broke down same night in the middle of highway under the storm. It was a nightmare to get them to fix it and they eventually say it was a favour they were doing to us as it was an "as is'" kind of purchase. Since then the car did not stop give us issues, got stuck again on the highway with 2 young kids......can't get rid of it after all the money we've put in to try to fix it, there is always an issue coming up, they told us we are "the unlucky one" pretending the car as always being service with them, which we discovered was a lie as the car was originally from alberta.

This place is awful, didnt get any help from the lady attending me. Instead she would keep cutting me off and suggesting horrible vehicles I had little to no interest in. I warn you to never go in here, the service and selection is bad.

I went to Service and Parts department today. Barry was super helpful. Great guy! Thank you.

I went in to Marine Chrysler over the weekend, and was very fortunate to have been introduced to an excellent sales man-Payam Riahi. I was very interested in a looking at the Jeep Cherokee, and had done some reading on the Jeep's review, cost etc. prior to my visit. Payam enthusiastically showed me, and my wife, the floor model, and asked questions on what I was looking for in a Jeep. He listened and understood my needs. After a quick discussion, he showed me one of the Jeep that I had my eye on. The other was no longer available as it was sold off very recently. I went for a test drive, and the rest was history. To sum-up my experience at the Marine Chrsyler---Payam was respectful, listens, and followed-through on the transaction. A jewel.

The service disappointed me though. I left my Jeep there to change the tires. They just threw the old tires with dirty inside my brand new vehicle, they didn t even bother to bag them before storing them in the trunk.

Only speaking to service experienced as purchased vehicle in 2015 from a different dealership. Have been a service customer for the last few years at Marine Chysler and for what it is worth, I have been pleasantly surprised with the service experience over time. Prices are as quoted and there is friendly but professional approach to customer service at this time.

This experience is night and day to about 3 years ago where an oil change could take 4 days and the respect shown their customers was abysmal.

Try them again now and you may be pleasantly surprised as well.

An absoultely awful experience, if i could give 0 Stars i would. Despite having an appointment they let me wait for ever and did not at all keep me updated despite promising to do so. Awful service and communication. After charging me 200 Dollars just for the diagonsis of an airbag light, they told me the part i need would cost 750 dollars and is on backorder and would take months to order. One quick look online reveals that the part costs around 100 dollars and is available in abundance. This is just outragous and i am considering an official complaint, because this seems like taking advantage of people and i would be surprised if i am the first one they treat like that.

i visited there when i had problem with the HID light my dodge charger. those guys made me wait for 2 hours and they came up with the answer that we are still finding the issue as we are running the scan, i ended up paying them $140 for their scan and still they were unable to tell me the problem. i went home searched for the HID light problem in dodge charger and i find out there is a fuse which sometimes burn, i changed the fuse which cost me $2 and 10 mins of my time. And these guys here charged me $140 for doing nothing. they are fraud , stay away from them.

These guys are awesome, I was there for a used Dodge Journey and came home with a brand new Dodge Journey. Mr Payam Riahi knowledgeable and friendly sales Consultant helped us finding the best one and to choose the cool options. I would recommend Marine Chrysler specially Mr Payam as i received the best service and product from these guys.

I normally service my vehicle through Carter and pay $230+ tax for my synthetic oil service. I happen to be in the area this week so I called and scheduled a appointment to service my vehicle. I called and got a quote of $200 before doing so. Dropped the vehicle off in the morning came back to pick up my vehicle before the end of the day and was charged $324.99 after tax. I made a bit of a fuss and one of the advisors applied a $25 special rebate towards the parts which brings it down to $300. Pretty annoying to fork out an extra $100 when you re expected only to pay a certain amount. A courtesy call from the adviser telling how much the grand total would be would of prevented me from posting this.

Been there multiple times for service, each and every time it s been a terrible customer service experience. Rude misleading staff and the service manager is very condescending and dismissive. Stay away.

November 2016: Worst, most difficult dealership to deal with. Never have I come in contact with a more rude sales manager, Hussain. They have employees giving 5 star Google ratings. Would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

-Update January 2016: I've emailed the owner, service manager, called to speak with the manager more than 5 times with no response by anyone mentioned. I've been waiting to get the issues I've had dealt with for almost 2 years.

Parts department gives honest and excellent service. They just saved me $300 for a remote key. They fixed it instead of me buying a new one. Thank you Jones Wang.

Very dissatisfied with service staff.
Low Coolant light issue 2 trip after still not fixed.
They don't bother communicating with you even though I made many calls and left messages they don't call back.
I complaint to the manager and told him that simple phone call and update goes long way. So I can schedule my day but still no.
I wanted to give them another chance so I called them for a price on some maintenance work. Same story they will call me back but never happened. So I moved on to a different dealer.
Seems like customer service is not important for them..

DO NOT GO HERE! Awful sales rep and service centre. My vehicle is under warranty and they will NOT fix it. The receptionist in the service centre put the phone down mid conversation and started ordering lunch off a coworker. The head manager told me all those companies that say the customer is always right are out of business ! Be aware they are just after your money and are NOT out to help the customer. After all I went through I went to pick up my car from the service centre and they handed me a diagnostics bill (I already knew what was wrong with the vehicle). These guys are absolute crooks.

Terrible customer service and difficulties with this dealership! I would caution anyone considering buying a vehicle or getting a vehicle serviced at Marine Chrysler. Be prepaired to encounter issues, hopefully they will get resolved in the end.
