New to USA, we bought a used LEXUS GX 470 from them. It was the first week of June 2017.
The vehicle had a slight crack in the dash, which we accepted as it was an old 2005 vehicle.
However, barely 2 months later we found out that Lexus did a free replacement, and the window expired May 31st
Lexus of Fremont had this vehicle for over 3 months with them, during this period, yet they never bothered to fix it.
When we purchased this in first week of June 2017 they could have just pushed it to lexus to get it done(at no cost to them), but I guess out of laziness and unwilling to spend time on a cheap purchase they decided not to bother.
Leaves a bad taste in your mouth. This is not even about price or bargaining. This is about going a little bit ahead and doing a little bit more for your customer. Just because it was a cheap used car, the dealership felt we were not worth their time.
EDIT: Accept your apology. All we ask for is that in future, when you have a used vehicle in your inventry, please make sure all recalls are done. Buyers may be unaware of recalls and may miss out on the window as we did in 2017
Nice showroom and great customer service just to sum it up! Price range is fair and sales team is not over aggressive. If you are just browsing the no one will come and bother you except just simple greetings! But once you book an appointment it s total dedicated attention to customer needs. Our sales consultant Shane was super easy to converse with! We were between lease vs finance. Shane helped with numbers on both sides. All in all, it was great & easy car buying experience! Definitely recommended!

Wanted a very specific model, color and option package that was apparently hard to find. Shane Sorge found one (!) and we had a perfect transaction. He was very friendly and helpful. The could not find the interior and external color combination my wife wanted in the State of California but they found one and had it shipped to them from out of state.
Shane took extra time to make sure my wife understood everything about the new features and even told her to call him to set up the garage door opener when she got home. Great service.
***do NOT sign anything until you know what you signing! They robbed me about 1500$. negotiated 4000$ off on a suv, loan paper/contract shows only 3800$ off, they told you Nitro for tires and Ding Coverage (you don't need it) = 1200$ is included with the price of the car, they LIE to you! They be charging you 1200$ on your loan contract! Ask them to print out the contract on paper or look at their computer to make sure everything is correct before signing anything! You been warned. I do not recommend this shady dealer!
Made appointment at 1120am for 45k service and estimate time was 2 hours 30mins. I decided not to take a loaner because didn't seem to long and tons of place to eat and hangout near by. Car was finish at 330pm and I paid through online system but I wasn't notify the process of picking up the car. 4pm finally told them that I paid online I'm ready to pickup. I spoke with my shuttle that they have roughly 20 walk ins. Do appointments matter anymore? Staff is not very helpful. 430pm asked again to pickup my car finally got it back. Will not be doing anymore service at this location.

I only go to Magnussen Lexus of Fremont and continue my visits due to the friendly staff and the awesome hospitality & professionalism of Michael Start (Service Manager). Highly recommend him! The only thing that could make the experience even better is if I could test drive the LC500 next time :)
Went in for a routine scheduled service after setting up an appointment 2 days prior. Was greeted shortly upon arrival by a service rep. The car was serviced, washed and returned at the promised time in 2 hours. The facility had a quiet area for me to work while waiting.

Everyone was friendly and created a relationship that was build on trust. They truly listened to our needs, not pushy, and very interested in building a long term relationship. My recent sales experience was a pleasant surprise. I had received an email from Lexus offering to buy my 2017 300H and replace it with a 2020 300H with no cash out of pocket and a lower monthly payment. Seemed to good to be true but I met with Gabe Hernandez and found not only was the offer valid but that they would extend it by a day to accommodate my travel schedule.So I now have a 2020 Lexus with all the improvements Kudos to Gabe for making the process easy, efficient and pleasant.

Worsted service. I need to cancel my warranty and maintenance service because my car got total lost. At first, I must call so many times to make appointment but no one helped. Until I came for third time to meet them so one of finance managers helped me to fill out the form and sent it. After 6 weeks, I received letter from contracts administration informing that my refund is processed. I called them again to ask about the check, but they said my refund was issued to lien holder. They said I requested to send it to lien holder, but I did not. So I tried to call them again but no one pick up my call. So you should be ready to contact them again and again if you have other services without purchasing.

We bought our car from Magnesium Lexus s yesterday. Gabe was an excellent sales man. He was very patient with us throughout the process from test driving the cars to completing the purchase. I got the SUV I wanted, the color I wanted. I received excellent customer service. Gabe went above and beyond to ensure I would be able to drive my car home yesterday. Although I had scheduled for the service and they were aware of my need for a loaner car, I was kept waiting for 2 hours (9:00 - 11:00).
I was at Lexus due to a recall, My car has not been fixed and the problem is still there. The engine shut down by itself and I worry if it may cause a traffic accident or it may affect my safety!!! I have called them multiple times but I couldnt get hold of the service advisor.
The service you receive from Lexus in Fremont is not acceptable. I had another poor experience at this location.
I have one suggestion. The last two times that my husband picked up my car, he had to wait at least ten minutes for the car to be brought up. The car should be available to the customer immediately.
I purchased a front right brake caliper for a Lexus IS F from Lexus of Freemont via their partner LexusPartsNow.com a.k.a. Auto Parts Prime a.k.a AUTOBEST International Corporation.
When I received my package I found that the part that I received is not the part that I ordered. I ordered part #47730-0W030, which is a front RIGHT brake caliper, however I received #47750-0W030 which is a front LEFT brake caliper.
Looking at the box, I can clearly see the issue is due to someone at Lexus/Toyota mislabeling the box. On the box is a correct label '47750-0W030', however, newer labels have been placed over top incorrectly labeling the part as '47730-0W030'.
You would think this would be a simple case of returning the item; however, after two weeks of emails and expensive phone calls late at night (I'm in Australia), I've been informed that Lexus of Fremont accept no responsibility for shipping the incorrect part and I cannot return it. It cost me $140 USD in shipping. You would think some level of procedural quality assurance would be included in that cost? Obviously not.
I now have a $630 USD paperweight that is a low wear item, for a rare car that might take me years to sell privately. I also still need to source a front right caliper while my car sits on axle stands. Thanks guys!
Mr. Veerman was the service consultant who assisted me when I have my RX 350 serviced last August 12. While waiting at the service center, I noticed that the facility is very tidy and everybody is attentive to customers. I have my car back on time as promised by Mr. Veerman, car is spotless and no oil in steering wheel or shoe marks in the floor mat. Also all the plastic clips in the engine bay are intact. I will always have Lexus of Freemont service my car. Due to punctuality and excellent customer service, period.

The easiest car buying experience EVER! It was time for a new car for my mom, and we already knew which car and color we wanted, the Lexus 2014 ES350. We had test driven the car at the Stevens Creek Lexus, and ended up buying the car with Chris Lin at Magnussen's in Fremont. Chris and I did most of our negotiations via text message -- started the discussions on Monday, and wrapped up the next day. He was able to offer a great price, and was very eager to earn our business, unlike the sales person at Stevens Creek. We came in on Saturday the same week, and were in and out of the dealership within 1.5 hours. The technology presentation took about an hour, and paperwork approximately 15 minutes at most. The fastest and easiest buying experience I have had with a car.

Slow service department! Made an appointment, and it still took them over 4 hours for an oil change and to make a spare key. They didn't even do a good job on the car wash - I had to clean the side mirrors myself afterwards.

I have been a long time Lexus customer, which I'm on my 3rd lexus vehicle. I usually go to my local lexus dealer near San Francisco, but I was so amazed and happy by the great customer service provided by sales representative Fred Omar at Fremont Magnussen Lexus that I made the drive from San Francisco to Fremont to buy my 3rd lexus from him. He greeted me right away as I walked into their business. He took great efforts to answer all my questions and concerns. He listen to me about my wish list and he spent alot of time with me searching their inventory to find the right car. He did not pressure me at all to purchase something I didnt want. He let me think about it over night and did follow ups with me by phone answering more questions. He stayed late to allow me to pick up my car as well (way beyond his scheduled time to go home). He did additional follow ups and services after my purchase to make sure I was completely satisfied. I honestly experienced the best customer service by Fred Omar at Fremont Magnussen Lexus. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking at any lexus vehicle. I really hope the store manager of Lexus of Fremont Magnussen reads this post because Fred Omar truly is an example of excellent customer service.
Very rude service department.. they wont listen to what our concern is about our car. All they will say is they are "EXPERT"..At some point they act like they are doing us a huge favour. But they should keep in mind every service they give is prepaid called "WARRANTY".....
