My husband and I are in the market for a new vehicle to fit our family needs. Neil Chandra was the gentleman who helped us in looking at your vehicle inventory to see which vehicle meets our needs. His professionalism is top notch, along with his knowledge of the makes and styles of the vehicles in your inventory. Future purchases we will be looking for Mr. Chandra to help us out again.

I ve owned 4 Lexus from 4 different dealerships. I started my car buying process again this week. I was searching for a particular color and saw that Lexus of Fremont had it in stock. This was happening while they were transitioning ownership changes and still dealing with the COVID-19 changes. I had been trying to work out a deal since Monday June 15th. I called numerous times and kept getting disconnected because of their new phone line system. I was finally was able to get through to their Sales Manager Mike. I made an appt for the following day. Once I got there Mike had salesman Tim assist me with the buying process. They were quite busy for a Wednesday and short staffed. And due to COVID-19 they did what they could to keep us all safe. Other than having to wait a few hours to finalize my paper work (which was expected given how busy they were) everything ran smoothly. Service was great! Would definitely recommend this dealership over the other four I ve purchased from. I wish I lived closer so I can get my car serviced here instead of the dealership closer to me. Kevin was very patience with our multiple trips to the dealership . It took a while for us to determine which type of vehicle we needed. After several test drives we decided on a New 2019 RX 350 F sport.
My wife is very happy. She doesn't even let me drive it. LOL.

We were looking for a used car for my son. Our Magnussen contact was Neil Chandra. Of all the dealers I have encountered, Neil and Magnussen were the best. Overall, this was an excellent experience. Neil took the time to listen to what my son wanted and worked with us to narrow it down - Being a first car, my son's needs kept changing as he drove more cars.

We have dealt with other dealers, some of whom were downright sleezy! At Magnussen, the class behind a Lexus dealership and its staff clearly shows. Even though we found our car at a different dealership (Magnussen's inventory did not have what we finally decided on), I will definitely recommend Neil and Mangussen very highly.

Our next new car purchase will be at Magnussen and I will ask for Neil.

Had a great experience here for recall work. Drop off was quick and efficient. They gave me a realistic ETA and finished on the early end. Pick up was a breeze and the car was washed and vacuumed to boot. Overall excellent experience with advisor Christina F!

The reason for this one star rating was because of their sales associate named, Steve Kodial. When we met on the sales floor and on the way to see the vehicle, he did not speak to me at all as I inspected the engine bay. He asked if I'd like to test drive the vehicle which I said yes. The test drive lasted for 15 minutes which consisted of the freeway and business district streets. At the end of the test drive, I informed him that I would not make a deal of this vehicle due to the history report that the car was in an accident from the previous owner. He irately told me his purpose as a salesman and felt angry his time was wasted. I expected more dynamism and professionalism to its employees but for a sales associate to walk away arrogantly without explaining positive features of the car was very unprofessional.

I walked in to browse cars and test drive them. We were connected with Fred Omar, he helped us pick out a RX350, we went for a test drive and couple of hours later, left with a brand new car. Fred was absolutely amazing, he didn't rush us into buying at all. We compared many cars/features before making the decision. He was very patient and helpful. I highly recommend Fred. I even went back the next day to learn more about the features and functionality. He assigned someone to give us a walk through and in the end made sure we felt comfortable with the car. Thank you Fred for all your help!!! We truly appreciate it.

So I wanted a new Lexus so bad, so my husband took me to the dealership too look at cars. And all I have to say is that Neil Chandra helped us with all of our questions that we had about the cars. He is very friendly and knows his stuff. I would recommend anyone that goes there to ask for him by name he is super. He does not play any games ad is straight to the point. It really felt like he was not working and he was a friend to us and giving us all the support we needed.

Magnussen is a very comfortable environment to wait for your car to be serviced. Coffee, popcorn and a separate area to watch the World Cup and then to the relaxing massage chair. What's not to love.

I was lucky enough to meet and do business with Gabe Hernandez and Kenisha Smith at Magnussen Lexus. I m normally a cautious buyer and do tons of research about most everything I buy, so of course when buying a big ticket item like a car, I am extra cautious. Doing business with Gabe was a great experience and I never felt pressured or rushed like so many other car salesmen make you feel. Gabe really cared about what was best for me and my comfort level. After getting a great deal, I also worked with Kenisha Smith, who taught me everything about my new car. Kenisha was very personable and professional. She knew absolutely everything about the car and helped personalize all the settings to my liking. Both Gabe and Kenisha made a great team and I would recommend them to anyone in the county looking for a Lexus.

This was the best car dealership experience I ve had. Great service, clear communication, and they went above and beyond to ensure I left a happy customer.

The service was on time, they had everything I needed. They even found a leak in a water pump that I didn t know I had and replaced it as part of my routine service visit. Scott, my rep for the service call, was very professional, kept me updated during the day, and got me in and out really quickly. The dealership also felt safe and well managed during the COVID pandemic, with everyone wearing masks, plexiglas screens for separation during transactions, and an obvious effort to practice social distancing. If you have to make a service call, this is the way to do it. Way to go Lexus of Fremont!

In last week to get a quick alignment for my Lexus. In-n-Out with the speedy service. Thanks again Magnussen Lexus, the Lobby has all to offer which takes the pain out of waiting so long. Well Decorated place especially for The Lexus December to Remember Sales Event. A Lounge for kids and adults plus TVs everywhere, the place is HUGE.

I received great service from every person that I interacted with at this facility. Gabe H. Was a great sales person from my online inquiry all the way to the purchase of my vehicle. Although the process was long, Gabe was patient and helpful through out. I would like to thank Arnel and Daniel for their great customer service.

I bought a certified preowned car here last month. I really enjoy the service and atmosphere at this dealership. This is my 2nd purchase here in 2 years. My sales rep, Bruce Andreu, made it a real pleasant shopping experience. He attended to all of my calls & texts promptly and with respect. There was no pressure to buy the car at all. He showed me and my various family members the car multiple times, even arranging a different sales rep to show me the car when he was off.

This is a update to same car problem. Three days after I received my car back battery is dead again. It has taken two more days for my service rep Phat Lam to call back. He was suppose to call me Monday to pick up car. Again I called and he said they will call me . No call!

I bought an insurance at this car dealership but I refunded it. But two months later, I didn t receive the money and I still have to pay the bank statement that contains the insurance money every month. I emailed the loan manager but Is this the service provided by this car dealer? This service makes me very disappointed! !

excellent service by Mr. Monty and Gabe. I liked one car and tried to negotiate little bit but couldn't figured out that day. I told myself that I will not buy Lexus. but next day talked to Mr. Monty and he promised to help me out. everybody is very nice and great attitude towards customers. Very clean, straight forward approach. I love my RX 450h and enjoy driving it everyday.

Our experience was great. The sales staff were very accomodating in letting us see, inspect and drive the vehicle. They made sure we had access to the entire detailed CarFax report, and in this case since they had serviced the vehicle for most of its life, were more than willing to share the repair and service history.

We've experienced a wide range of standards when it comes to the inspections and repairs dealers perform before they put vehicles on their lot and found Magnussent to be top shelf in this regard. Not only had they documented their inspection points and repairs, but we tried to find something overlooked and haven't found anything--even after owning the vehicle for awhile now.

At no time did we feel pressured, just served really well and that has extended to after the sale. Because we've been experiencing several days of rain, we were invited to bring back the vehicle for a free car wash and a technical consultation on the vehicle. They've also checked in 2-3 times to see if there is anything else they can do.

I was in the market for a new car and have been looking at different dealerships online. The car I wanted was available at Magnussen Lexus of Fremont. I submitted an interest form online and Mostafa Khweled, Internet Manager & Fleet Sales called me right away. I went to see Mostafa and test drove the car the same day. Mostafa was very professional and took good care of me. The price negotiation took a long time but I was able to get it a price I m happy with. I bought a CPO 2010 Lexus HS 250h and it had some nicks on the rims and Mostafa took care of it. The finance guy John was very professional too. John got me into a good financing program. Overall I would recommend this car dealership to anyone. The people there are great and the facility is amazing compare to other Lexus dealerships.

One of the worst Lexus dealers I have been to! Tried to get a quote for a small fix over the phone, but made me come onsite so that they can take a look. When I got there they didn't even look at it and quoted $400 for tightening a screw. The customer service rep looked very unmotivated and unprofessional! Dont know how they operate such a big dealership with people like these.
Next day I fixed it on my own in 10 mins. Like what the heck? Are they high or something?

I don't want sales people double talking to me and when I asked for an Auto Report to see exactly what damage was done to the 2012 Infiniti and they told me the could not get the Report (Mike the Manager) I was done. Latasha was Great though.
