Although I had scheduled for the service and they were aware of my need for a loaner car, I was kept waiting for 2 hours (9:00 - 11:00).
I was at Lexus due to a recall, My car has not been fixed and the problem is still there. The engine shut down by itself and I worry if it may cause a traffic accident or it may affect my safety!!! I have called them multiple times but I couldnt get hold of the service advisor.
The service you receive from Lexus in Fremont is not acceptable. I had another poor experience at this location.
