Lexus Enform will not let me cancel the renewal. What gives completly unsatisfactory for Lexus to allow this entity to not cancel a renewal. What a pain, no address, no email to discuss, just a phone number and they can't do anything if we don't know what city a sibling resides in.
Putnam Lexus is terrific, everything was professional and efficient onour purchase of a new Lexus. I will reccomend Putnam Lexus in the future. BUT I signed up for a year of Lexus enform, which we used only a few times the first year. I called to cancel the Lexus enform, but couldn't answer the security question I was locked out of the account and unable to cancel. I then looked over the web for another way to cancel Lexus enform, with no success! Sure hope Putnam Lexus can correct the one and only problem with buying a great vehicle.

Had a good experience purchasing our Lexus here. Service department is great...that is while you are covered by warranty and any service plans. Once you need routine maintenance or repairs definitely go to a local shop. They charge repair rates for a basic oil change...so expect to pay a ridiculous amount.

We spent lots of time comparing different car features and what is available even looked into getting the car delivered from another state. Will definitely go back to Kal if we even want to buy another Lexus.

Bought a beautiful pre-owned 2007 RX350 here with an excellent experience. Everyone involved has been very helpful and efficient - manager Ahmed, Clarissa from internet sales, Brian and Pete from Services/Parts, and Jobelle from Finance.
They asked a fair price given the nice condition of the car, cared a lot our feedbacks during test drive, and kindly offered several replacements/repairs that many other dealerships won't offer...
In addition, they hold an extremely effective style dealing with problems: Save time, while no hassle/pressure at all.

The service department is great they're always jumping into action the moment you get there to help, I also needed some help with with my phone and had a couple questions about the navigation and they called in a product specialist, he listen to all my questions and patiently went over everything, never making me feel uncomfortable about asking maybe some simplistic questions, just a great Experience no matter who your interacting with!

The worst place I've ever witnessed Finance manager was reading a novel while he was attempting to do my numbers an embarrassment of a dealmaker. They were condescending because I don't look like I make the money that I do because I dress casual and have longer hair. I felt completely discriminated against and I recommend going to any other car dealer on the planet besides Putnam Worst disgrace of a business ever. I walked out mid-deal. I had 10k cash ready to put into one of their overpriced vehicles but left gladly keeping my business for someone worthy. I'm guessing you have to be a White Rich Looking Man to be taken seriously here. Disgrace to humanity.

Avoid Victure hands down slime ball. "If you don't drive up from San Jose now (4 o'clock pm) on a Tuesday no traffic at all going back home south" Huge lie. Then tells me he has a "manager special and I can only get it today" I asked for pictures and web site links to send to my wife he said "sorry I can't do that today only if you want the car". I then have him my two cents as he proceeded to ignore me on the phone and talk to his coworkers BS-ing.
Them old school tricks are for kids son go get an education because that kind of sales are out of date. Funny thing is the next day my wife and I drove 2x as far and bought a brand new NX300H in Modesto. LOL hope your manager reads this one you dummy.

Such a good experience at Putnam Lexus this month. I was bound and determined to fix my car situation and the sales team assigned to me worked really hard to help me find the perfect solution at the best price. Kal showed me four different cars, crunched numbers on each one, and was creative in coming up with a solution for what I wanted. His manager, Abdel, worked hard as well to find me the right car for the best price. They spent 5 hours with me explaining each option, the various costs, and the difference between financing and leasing. That's far more than my parents ever taught me! It felt so good to understand how this type of business works. Mark, who completed the financial side of the deal was also extremely helpful and set my worries at ease. To say I am happy with the result is an understatement. This has been the best car decision I have made and I am excited to be driving in style. Thank you so much gents! Do yourself a favor and buy your next Lexus here.

My wife and I went to Putnam Lexus in Redwood City last weekend April 2 we were just going to look at what they had and what they had to offer. We were shown around by a very nice staff member Andy he was very knowledgeable about the cars he had shown us, but we could not find one we liked, till he came up with a special price on a 2016 Lexus NX 200 T SUV we told Andy what payment we wanted. About
30 min later after talking to his manager Andy came back with
the payment we wanted on a 3 year lease. About two hours later we were on our way home with our new Lexus. Thank You Andy.

Worst experience with David Lenner, Internet Sales Manager and Client Portfolio Manager. Very rude and unprofessional. I was in contact with him through emails, negotiating a price for lexus nx300. Offered a number and got reply from him with "LOL! keep dreaming!" I was just curious what made him so condescending and insulting? I will never walk into this dealership, absolutely no respect for potential customers.

WARNING: Six months ago I brought my car for an oil change. During the visit the technician found that the left and right sway bar links were worn out and needed replacement. Thus I had the work done at another dealership without telling Putnam Lexus since I travel long distances with the car. On three subsequent visits they kept writing that the car needed sway bar links replacement during each recent inspection. In other words they didn't bother rechecking the sway bar links. Finally I have had enough. So I told them that I had had them replaced three months earlier. To me: that was pure dishonesty. I hope the technician/s and service personal show more honesty in the future.

I purchased my car at Putnam Lexus, but after getting a horrible service from the service man, Richard Nguyen. I'm going out of my way to avoid doing any business with Putnam Lexus. Richard was condescending which I could put up with as long as I received right technical advice. But, he played cat-and-mouse with my questions, evading my questions he, for whatever reason, didn't want to answer and giving advice that wasn't convincing. And, his advice turned out to be wrong in the end, making me call Lexus emergency service again costing unnecessary towing fee for Lexus and making me lose half day's work. Condescending attitude and wrong advice, they are not a good combination when dealing with a customer.

I reported the incident to Lexus headquarters and Putnam Lexus. Lexus headquarters responded with an apology but Putnam Lexus didn't respond. That's when I decided to take my Lexus service to another dealer. Now, I drive extra 30 miles to take my car to another dealer for repair/maintenance service; Putnam Lexus is the closest dealership from my home. It's an inconvenience, but it's worthwhile since it gives me a peace of mind that I am doing the right thing.

At the time, I had a pending Lexus feedback invitation for another service I had received at Putnam Lexus. That service was from a different service adviser and was uneventful. I used that feedback opportunity to give a feedback on this unpleasant service. In the feedback, I think I made it clear that my experience was for a different service. I hope that the service adviser did not get any undue treatment because the feedback was tagged on him.

Lexus' David Jenner makes the experience of car shopping extremely pleasant. He's knowledgeable and very patient responding to an endless number of questions I always seem to have. This is my fourth Lexus, 3rd from Putnam in Redwood City. My first Lexus was purchased in the DC area where I was living before moving to CA. When my car needed much more than what I had brought it in for (it is up around 78K miles now!), the service advisor that I worked with was very clear in discussing options with me, and worked with me on price and specials as well. Left a very happy customer!

I shopped at all three of the major Lexus dealers before buying my car. This place had the sleaziest sales staff. They flat out lied about the history of a vehicle on the showroom floor. Later another Lexus dealer showed me the equivalent of a car fax for that same vehicle and it was bought at auction and had major front-end work done on it.
From my personal experience here, avoid this place like the plague.

I brought my RX 350 in for a service at Putnam Lexus, this was my first time using Putnam Lexus. I found the service consultant assigned to me, Ben Nino to be extremely knowledgeable, friendly and was super clear in explaining details of the service report. I found the rest of the staff to be friendly and the service area was very clean and welcoming.

I've a Lexus dealership nearer to me in San Francisco but Putnam Lexus will be my #1 stop for everything Lexus related due to my great experience.
