The easiest car buying experience EVER! It was time for a new car for my mom, and we already knew which car and color we wanted, the Lexus 2014 ES350. We had test driven the car at the Stevens Creek Lexus, and ended up buying the car with Chris Lin at Magnussen's in Fremont. Chris and I did most of our negotiations via text message -- started the discussions on Monday, and wrapped up the next day. He was able to offer a great price, and was very eager to earn our business, unlike the sales person at Stevens Creek. We came in on Saturday the same week, and were in and out of the dealership within 1.5 hours. The technology presentation took about an hour, and paperwork approximately 15 minutes at most. The fastest and easiest buying experience I have had with a car.

I highly recommend working with Chris Lin for those who rather handle any negotiations/sales remotely (via phone, text, e-mail). Thanks again Chris, and i'll refer anyone looking for a Lexus to you in the future.
