My recent sales experience was a pleasant surprise. I had received an email from Lexus offering to buy my 2017 300H and replace it with a 2020 300H with no cash out of pocket and a lower monthly payment. Seemed to good to be true but I met with Gabe Hernandez and found not only was the offer valid but that they would extend it by a day to accommodate my travel schedule.So I now have a 2020 Lexus with all the improvements Kudos to Gabe for making the process easy, efficient and pleasant.
