Fleet owned company cars drivers- do NOT come here! I dove miles away from my home to get a dealership service. Instead the incompetence of the staff cost me DAYS of my time. I went in need of an oil change and removal of winter tires and put on summer tires. I asked for tire inspection to see if new summer tires were needed. Dropped off my car and never heard back. 5 hours later I called for an update - it was all done and they claimed a call and a message had been sent (no.. it had not). Come during rush hour (45 minute drive) to pick up my car. Old tires were placed back on my car - found out that they were not safe to drive on.... WHY would you do that when I said I wanted new tires???? They told me to make another appt for new tires!!?!! Then I check and they did not even preform my oil change!!! Laziness and incompetence is the only explanation. I would have gotten better customer service at Tires Plus in half the time. I ve filed a complaint with my Fleet company and let my coworkers know this is not a company car friendly establishment.

Edited to add: Finally got my car back after two days- then the next morning my ABS, Traction Control and Brake Stability lights are on. This HAS to be an issue they caused when putting on my new tires. I'm going elsewhere to get this fixed as i do NOT trust this company. Note.. i am going on 3 days of work loss for an oil change and new tires.. ridiculous...

I don t know where to start!? I received acceptional service from Lupient Chevrolet in a Bloomington. I made an online inquiry, was immediately responded to and set up with a meeting and scheduled test drive. My sales rep Will did an exceptional job sharing his knowledge of the tahoe, answering all of my initial financing questions; I really felt like he was in our corner! He was a perfect liaison to his manager CJ and Cal from finance. The team stuck with me as I pulled the paperwork together, and always respected my time and offers. I couldn t be happier with the Tahoe, and appreciate the work Lupient did to make it happen.

One of the service guys was rude while I was in the parts area and he gestured to me to move my car. I told him I didn t appreciate it and the disrespect continued. The next day when I came back for my appt I didn t appreciate the service staff trying to belittle what I said the problem was when they could have just done the checking and fix, because there was an issue, and had there not been then perhaps provided an alternative answer. I have and will continue to try and not come to your dealership but unfortunately sometimes I have to as the car is still under warranty.

I was in an accident this morning after the snowfall and I didn't think much damage was done to my car. I talked with Jim from the body shop and he worked so hard to get me a loaner car delivered to my place and then a tow truck to get my car. Turns out the car rental place wasn't able to meet my needs so I called Jim back and he told me if I could get my car to the shop by 7, he would have me in a rental car. On the way my car started breaking down and my car couldn't go faster then 30mph while on the highway without my steering wheel shaking so bad. I called the dealership again and I requested a tow truck. Though I had to wait an hour, it could've been worse. The driver was very fast upon arrival and got me back to the station before 7 to get my rental. Jim also had my car brought in the service station overnight instead of being left outside. I'm extremely pleased with my rental. Will be hearing soon about my car repairs but I wanted to thank everyone involved with my issue and helping me get to my job early tomorrow morning safely. I've been to this dealership before and this is why I keep going back!

Worst experience ever. No follow-up or return of phone calls. Really did not know what they were doing and ended up telling us at 5pm of second day of runaround that we had to get our vehicle out. The fact that we were from out of town and mid-vacation made no difference. They obviously did not know what they were doing. DO NOT GO THERE!

No games or gimmicks super straight forward pricing, and no surprises when signing. Would purchase from Raphael again!

I'm am very happy and satisfyed with my new tires that I purchased at this dealership. Guy named AC at the service department helped me choose the best tires I needed for my vehicle. He also had looked at different prices and brand options which was very nice. After my car was done, I loved the way that they had vacuumed my car and a very great car wash. It was sparkling clean and shiny. After a month of driving with these new tires, I am more pleased and thankful for his best advice on tires. They hold up good on these Minnesota winter roads. I would always come back to this dealership and I would also recommend it to all my friends and strangers lol. Keep up the hard work guys at the shop and service department. Very nice and friendly people that work in that area.

I'm extremely disappointed in the service I received. The tech was slow and I called SEVENTEEN times to get a hold of someone. The service manager was not helpful in guiding me through what route I should persue. I ended up calling a different dealership and they guided me. Towing to another dealership would have been an additional amount and it was already an extremely expensive fix. I again called at least 5 times to finally get a final amount. When I picked up my car I was shocked that it was not even washed or vacuumed. I've brought my vehicle to this location several times and never had this kind of awful service before. Very disappointed.

Our sales consultant was Brian Sanchez he was very nice, smart, and knew a lot about the vehicles and exceeded our expectations of the dealership since we had a horrible experience at a previous dealership (Jeff Belzers, lakeville). We were expecting to buy a certain vehicle and ended up not fitting our price range so he recommended a different vehicle that was better than the one we wanted and less expensive and we left the dealership with a brand new vehicle and a monthly payment of way less then we expected! We can thank Reid Anderson the finance manager for getting us such a good payment on the vehicle.

This is the worse dealer I ve ever been to in my entire life! Their customer service is terrible and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone not to go. I simply went there for an oil change and set an appointment at 4pm. I arrived there 30 minuets before my appointment just so I don t spend too much time there since I had late summer school class. I was LITERALLY there until 6pm for just an oil change. I went late to my class and missed half of my lecture, and the worse part is when I ask them if my car was ready, they weren t helpful and just said it ll be ready. The guy was so rude that he didn t even check to let me know where they were in the process or how much more time I have to wait. I also noticed that a white guy that came an hour and half later than me that was also getting oil change left at the same time as me, so I don t know how that s possible?? I don t know if they were putting my car behind and letting all the white people go first but it wasn t like I went there without an appointment. I didn t just go there as walk in. I made an appointment and I had to wait 2 days to go there to get that damm oil change so I don t even know what s the point of setting an appointment?? They ve ruined my whole plan for the day. I would honestly tell you to save your money and time to go somewhere else. They re not worth your time and money! I m never going back!

I had an 8:15am appointment for an oil change on 0...

I had an 8:15am appointment for an oil change on 03/07/2018, I requested a ride to work. The shuttle took longer than usually to go less than 5 mins away (Not the biggest deal). The Consultant (Dalton S) gave me a call around 9 letting me know my car was done. I arrived to pick up my car around noon, (on my lunch break) ran some errors when I went to open my car with the key fob the lock sound went off twice before unlocking my car. (Why is there any alarm noise going off when I am unlocking my car) In addition now my electric starter on the key fob is not working. My key fob was working fine before the oil change.

Why did Chevy mess with my key fob for a simple oil change? I brought back my car to the dealership, a couple different technician looked at the car. I ask them why they would mess with the key fob one of the technician (Jordon) said by rotating the tires that could mess up there programming (But I never ask to get my tires rotated) One of the technician was able to reprogram the key fob so when unlocking there s no noise (the electric starter is still not working). After 20 mins of trying to figure out the electric starter and telling me it s not their fault I was told I would have to schedule another appointment for a specialist to look at it and will have to pay for diagnostic. ARE YOU F****** KIDING ME, MY KEY FOB WAS WORKING FINE BEFORE I CAME IN! The Assistant Service Manager (Peter Quinn) was super disrespectful he needs to take some customer service classes! I will NEVER service my car here again.

I recommend everyone to avoid this place, worst customer service ever!!!

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had! Patrick and Cody where NOT a pushy salesmen. They actually listened to what my husband and I where looking for and the price range we wanted to stay in. They helped us find the vehicle that was just right for our family of four. I was an emotional wreck that day do to my car going out while driving it, Patrick and Cody where very patient and understanding with me! Jor was our financial person. She fought with the banks to make it to where we didn't have to put money down or trade our old car in to be able to get a car loan. She fought with about 5 or 6 different banks before she was happy with the offer. She didn't just go with whatever the first bank offered she actually made them fight for us and we don't have very good credit. Sonja was the woman we signed the paper work with and she was very sweet and funny.

Give it up for Chad and his team! I have been to 3 Chevy dealerships to have my Chevy Suburban repaired. The other two are significantly closer to my work and home than the Bloomington shop.. There'e a reason I travel the distance. Chad Wilson and his team are highly skilled at drop off intake, diagnostics and the repair process. Its amazing the number of vehicles they get through there in a day. Timing is always an issue when it comes to a downed vehicle, so, its important to get you vehicle to a team that maximizes its efficiency Chad and his team have fixed several things for me on my vehicle. Some out of pocket and some covered by warranty. There is one particular instance that really earned my trust. I have an extended warranty on my Suburban from a third party. I was seeing a lot of smoke from the tail pipe so I drove it to Chevy in Bloomington. Chad gave a brief synopsis and estimate to tear down the motor to see what the issue was. They discovered that I had a scorched cylinder wall, requiring a new motor and that my warranty should cover it. Warranty turned it down and said it wasn't a bad enough scorched cylinder wall to explain the amount of oil loss. They asked Chevy to tear it down further to unveil the real cause. This was a misguided request. The scorched wall was definitely causing oil consumption. Thats not to say there was not a secondary issue, however it is pointless to need to find them both when you have one issue already that warrants replacement. Chad litigated with them time and time again. Through out the process he was in direct contact with me to keep me up to speed and supplied me with theright verbiage to use with warranty company in order to win our claim. Guess what? Chad got them to go from zero to a new motor! These guys are truly the best in town! I know from experience.

(I have to go on my soap box for a second here, I see bad ratings from others about having to wait for their cars! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Your vehicle is broken. They are complex and need a skilled mechanic to repair them. Auto mechanics takes time and you're not the only one in town with vehicle issues! If you don't want to sit in line, then go drop it off to Stan in his van! They also run a shuttle!)

Called this service this morning (2/17/2020) and talked with Jean about my 2013 Equinox. Explained that the car was leaking oil and the mechanic who I first took it to said the rear main seal was blown and the problem may be related to a frozen PVC valve. I asked Jean 3 questions:
1) when might the repair be scheduled.
2) an estimate of how much it might cast
3) can they tow it or do I need to arrange for the tow.

Other than providing the phone number of a recommended towing service, I was told it is impossible to provide any more help until a diagnostic was completed by the dealer.

I realize that it is impossible to be precise with information shared over the phone, but still I find this response to be unsatisfactory. I'm calling other places for help.

My experience with Lupient Chevrolet of Bloomington was a bumpy one. It started off great but the more time I spent there, the more it seemed that they were lying just to get a sale and became very pushy. I went in with the intent to find an AWD vehicle and to save money from my current vehicle. The first day I was in they started to become very pushy when the price was not super appealing to me. Online it said the vehicle that I was looking at was priced $1300 above the average for that year and mileage on that vehicle. I went back in the next day and started to negotiate price(because the vehicle I was looking at was incrediblly over-priced) and the sales rep, named Dave Younglove, was very disrespectful.

He deliberately lied to me saying that they were not making any profit selling the car to me at the price they were, which Rob(the finance guy later contradicted horribly), he said that I never said I was there to save money but to get a luxury vehicle(which I never said was my intention for going in), and then proceeded to say I knew nothing about business or the business world. I have been around business and cars for a long time, graduated with a degree in business, and also work in sales. It is by no means that they did not accept what I was offering, but had no interest in trying to work with me and turned to completely disrespecting me and my integrity. They also claim to be one of the lowest priced dealerships, but were grossly overpriced and unwilling to negotiate. This was a horrible experience and I advise anyone who goes here to double check everything before making a deal, as they tried to mislead me many times. Very dissapoited with the experience overall and be careful if you are shopping there.

When I was asking a lot of questions, Edin listened to all of my needs and wants and put that together to find what would suit me the best! I have been using Lupient for the past year, but after my latest visit I will no longer be a customer. The price for my oil change increased significantly from what was stated on my appointment confirmation email and I was not notified until after the service was completed and it was time to pay. I guess the prices were updated "just this week." I understand prices can change, but notification prior to work would be the correct step to good customer service.

My vehicle was not taken through the car wash as I was told it had been, and the oil change mileage sticker was not replaced.

The auto body shop here literally had my car for a week and did not complete any work on it. The body shop manager Daniel told me that it would take 5 to 6 days for the work to be completed. I dropped my car off last Monday. It is now Wednesday of the following week and I have not received any updates on my car. After several calls with the body shop manager Daniel, he tells me that the guy that s supposed to be working on my car has been sick for two days and that they are just starting to work on my car. He then tells me that I won t be getting my car back until sometime the following week. At this point I decide I have had enough and I went to pick up my car. There was absolutely no reason for them to not have completed any work on my car after having it for a week and a half. I would not recommend going to this body shop if you need things done in a timely matter.

Went here to look and test drive a Chevy Volt because where I am from there is a shortage of Volt's. I walked in and met Brian Ewoldt who provided excellent customer service even after telling him that I was not from Minnesota (I'm from South Texas) and just wanted to look at a Volt. He explained everything about the Volt with great knowledge of vehicle. I was not rushed at all and no pressure to buy at all. I even spoke with Manager about Brian and his customer service skills and these guys are professional and customer service orientated! Great Job Lupient Chevrolet!!!! If I was from Minnesota this would be my dealership of choice!!!!!!!

Dana gets five stars from me. When your buying a car, you want someone you can trust, and someone who you feel comfortable with. Dana was that person. He was personable and not pushy. He was also very knowledgeable. Also, I think when you are trying to sell something you need to bond with your customers and he did that. Also, he still keeps in touch and checks up with me on the purchase of my new vehicle. I would definitely come back and recommend Dana to anyone who is buying a new car.

Just writing you to let people know my buying and maintenance experience. So Dana Poppen was and is my sales man. Very straight forward,. no bull kind of person that is also very friendly and helpful. Was not pushy but knew his products well. When I told him I needed time to get my financing in order. He wasn't calling me every 10 min. to see what's up, he just let things work it's self out. And because of his attitude and attention to my needs he sold me my first Chevy ever. But the service didn't stop there, when my AC wasn't working right he set up the maintenance and followed up a week later to make sure I was satisfied with the work and service. Expensive is the name of the game here as you walk in past their corvettes for the 'elite' population that can afford to come here. Still it's better than many small scam centers I have been at. The only issue we had was after getting the vehicle home we noticed that one of the power window switches did not work and we had to bring the car back to the dealership to get it fixed. The car was under warranty so it wasn't a huge deal. We would do business with Lupient again.

I went to rosedale chev and didn t have a great time, they were trying to pressure me into getting something that was not in my price range. Telling me to refinance in a year and then the payment will be where I wanted it. After 4 hours I did not walk out with a car but instead walked out feeling angry as it seemed to be a waste of time. A week later I chose to go to Lupient Chevrolet in Bloomington. Right when I walked in I could tell the atmosphere was different, in a good way. I had a meeting set up with Lupe B.
