I just leased a new Cruze from here. Dave Fuhs helped me every step of the way. Not only would I recommend Lupient Chevrolet if you're considering a vehicle, but I most certainly would stop in and see Dave. He was the most honest salesman I have ever worked with. He even stayed late to make ensure I knew how to work every option on the car. Thanks Dave. I would rate 10 stars if I could. And Sonya (sorry girlfriend if I spelled your name wrong) handled the loan papers. You rock!

They literally do the bare minimum and don't tell ...

They literally do the bare minimum and don't tell you if something else is wrong with your car or something could go wrong in the near future. Got 4 new tires in November, they never told me the brake pads were low, which they should have noted when switching the tires. Took it in this week to a local shop and was told that brakes are at less then 10% and the rotors were warped. A car doesn't go from 40-50% break pads down to 10% in 5.5 months unless you are driving cross country, which I didn't. Also took my car to them in march for a steering rack and they quoted me almost double what a local shop did and did the same exact repair. As a single woman I don't recommend going here unless you are extremely knowledge about your car and get tell them down to every last nut and bolt what you want them to look at and get back to you about.

I came in with a low tire on a new car not bought here. I told them the car had come w 50 miles on it so could have gotten the nail in it before i took delivery. They got me right in and told me not to worry; they have some discretion here and will see to it it is covered. I needed a new tire (!) and they got one expressed over so my car was ready for me in about 2 hours. With no charge to me which is excellent w a tire problem. I had a friend w me and she has had her Saturn serviced there and says they are excellent; better then other dealerships she's used. I believe it!

Had my car 6 days in for an appointment for service told I d be called never called me with updates! I had to call leave messages to be called back! Repair for broken release cable for back seat! Then need to return as it wouldn t work first time I tried at home! Then tried to blame me for being too harsh with the pull release it seems first time I tryd it I disconnected it and didn t work like the reason I brought it in! I was told new cable and other parts had been replaced! So it has to be me the operator fault I was told if it disconnects again it isn t covered under warranty unless it breaks? Would never have them do any repairs for me again! The other seat in back released since I bought in 2012 so operator Me 65 year old woman can t be to harsh with that seat! Not Happy!

Pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of this dealership. Chuck was so friendly and helpful! He really listened to what we wanted and needed. He was very knowledgeable and professional! We bought our very first Chevy and couldnt be more excited.

Dropped my car off to get diagnosed, they call me at work saying one thing and that they can t do anything, when I go to pick up my car they are telling me they never saw that at all when they scanned it. My car now runs horrible, rough idle and can barely stay on unless I sit there and rev it till it warms up, my gas pedal response is super erratic now, very hard to drive from a stop and it now stalls when I let it go into neutral coming to a stop or going slow like backing in or even pulling up into my driveway and letting the clutch out. Never had a worse experience anywhere in my life and on top of that they charged me $300 to mess up my car. Pretty sure the mechanics just lie especially that guy AC. These guys also asked me to give them a good review and said something about how AC loves his perfect reviews. Now when I call them and try to get it figured out the guy is saying my car is modified but he s saying I have a factory kit from gm which I don t even have and is saying, well you drove it off the lot? Yeah barely it barely turned on the second I got in the car, I even went back in to Chevy before I got my car to stay on by revving it for like 3 minutes straight and told them hey my car isn t staying on and they didn t even say anything about it just said oh the car will run bad if you clear the check engine light. My check engine light came back on 5 minutes after I left and it doesn t change anything. These people didn t even offer me any kind of fix to my problem when I dropped my car off and now that is more messed up after getting into their hands they don t offer me a solution they just hang up on me.

Great experience buying a pre-owned car. Bought exactly a year ago, and since then no issues with the vehicle.. So, this review is of more of an experience of reliability of the vehicle they sold.. So glad I chose this dealership for my need!! Honest, and upfront on the mechanical aspect of the car that I bought.. Big thanks to Jared Kenny- the sales advisor, who was very helpful from the very moment I came in for a test drive, and till the moment I took home the vehicle. Have since then recommended my friends as well to this place.. Keep rocking!!

Our experience was exceptional. We worked with Chuck Evans and were so impressed by his extraordinary customer service, it was evident immediately that he only had our best interest in mind. His determination to get us in the right car with the best price renewed our faith in mankind! We were truly blown away by C.J. James who helped us get the best possible loan and Reid Anderson who helped finalize our new purchase. It was so nice to experience sincere customer service. Came in with my boyfriend to get his car looked at. Next day we come to pick up the car. Charged us hundreds of dollars to tell us they couldn t do anything. We were fine with the charge/diagnostic fee UNTIL we attempted to turn on the car to find it is completely different, barely turns on, rough idles, feels as if they drained the battery for hours at first but after charging it it still doesn t work like it did before!

they only care about their cheery reviews. asked us multiple times to give them a good review. Called back and they aren t helping us out- giving us no answers no recommendations so unprofessional that theyve hung up on us multiple times. At a loss since there s nothing we can do and that they are willing to do besides charge us more to come back.

Terrible customer service/sales. I test drove a dirty vehicle and was promised it would be detailed before I picked it up after buying it. My car was not ready on the day I was told it would be and the excuse of a snowstorm was used- not sure how a snowstorm is related to my car being ready? After driving it for a day I discovered food, A LOT of food, stuck all over the backseat in the cracks and the seat belt holes so I called to ask about the detailing they had promised to do. The manager laughed and said "oh yeah, I know what you're talking about" and had me bring it back in for an entire day to try again. They definitely DID NOT cleanup the areas that I specifically pointed out and I now have food stuck in my just bought vehicle. I'd rather not give them another try and be out a car for another day at this point. I'm going to leave out another terrible story regarding my plates but again- Terrible, terrible customer service and sales.

Todd's always awesome to work with - every time I call I ask to talk to him. I've dealt with him while he was at the Saturn shop and it's always been great. The price of the Dextrol oil change at the dealership is incredibly competitive so I plan to continue to bring my newer vehicles there.

Lupient did a great job of repairing my wife's car. It needed several items fixed under warranty on the engine and had everything fixed in less than 24 hours. Great communication and service!

Went to them with some engine difficulties and ended up needing an entirely new engine. It was a stressful situation, to be sure, that ended up with my refinancing my auto-loan to pay for it all. While that wasn't great, the work was done quickly and well.

What pushes this over the top is that, later on, I was notified that my situation was greatly mishandled and most of my engine problems should have been handled by warranty. Mark, the manager of the service department, called me and told me that, between GM and Lupient Chevrolet, they would be refunding me the money I spent on the engine.

While this was a bad situation to go through, Lupient completely took ownership of the issue and went out of their way to correct it. I feel fully taken care of and they have a new lifetime customer. You should feel safe that, even if an issue happens and something goes wrong, this dealership will make it right, which feels so rare for a business to do these days.

There sales team seems to be good but notice how all the bad reviews come from the service department?

They disregarded my appointment and literally blew up my headgasket under their watch. Denied any responsibility at all. They were aggressive, hurried, and had the least amount of customer service I have ever seen. Bully tactics at their finest. The assistant manager even refused me on filling out a survey or talking to his manager.

I recently traded in my lease and was able to get an amazing car that I had thought was out of my budget! I came in for some test drives and found an Impala that they worked with me to fit my needs. My sales rep Zac Lovera was so great to work with, and so patient. He didn't give me the feeling of the typical "salesman" experience, and talked me through all of the benefits of the vehicle I picked out. All in all, great experience and I will continue to lease cars through Lupient as long as they keep delivering the excellent customer service that I received from Zac!

I went there to have a Recall on my Ignition fixed and after I got it back I my Ignition key cover is coming off. So I took it back to them to fix it and they said they don't do anything to my Ignition key cover just to my keys and would not fix it. I'll never go back there for anything and will tell everyone I know never take your car there because they will F*** something up and not fix it. Very very bad customer service.

Went with a friend to purchase an AWD vehicle. Salesman Dave Younglove was extremely pushy and disrespectful to us. My friend had come in the previous day to test drive, went home to do some research on the vehicle and came back the next day. While trying to negotiate price, Dave told him that he didn't understand business and once he got into the business world he would understand... (He has a degree in business and has works in sales) found this extremely disrespectful and lost all respect for this dealership. Would not recommend to anyone.

I had an super easy experience with Lupient Collision Center in Bloomington, Thanks to MARK L! My car got wrecked by a deer, whole left side need replacing(looked like it might be totaled). I called and told them I would be there around 5, Mark L. said he would wait past close for me, Once I drove in and dropped of my car. The rental car person was waiting with a rental car for me. I then heard from Mark and my insurance agent the next day. They then started repairs on the car. I thought it was going to be over 2 weeks but I had my car in just over a week and a day (looked Awesone). Mark kept me updated with progress and told me he would take care of everything. I picked up my car, left the rental and didn't spend more than 30 mins in the auto center combined with both visits. My car looks better than ever with new parts and it was washed and interior cleaned. I would highly recommend anyone to use the Lupient service, I have never had a problem and they will treat you right and answer all your questions! Thanks

Purchased a vehicle from David younglove at lupient Chevrolet and it was the most pleasant experience I ve ever had! David made sure to go over every number in detail with me. He was not pushy and didn t make up answers, if he didn t know an answer to a question he made sure to find the answer before giving it to me. He knew the ins and outs of my car and was very kind. We had several salesman walk by and all were very kind. David and lupient worked with me and found the best warranty that I felt comfortable with which is unheard of. My wife and I will continue to buy from lupient and specifically David Younglove! So happy with customer service and even more happy with the personal experience David provided!

One of the repairs was a large job and still we don't feel we over paid. They provide excellent customer service from the moment you make your appointment to the moment you pick-up your finished vehicle. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here for any issues you may have - you know you will receive top quality service.

Came by to test drive Chevy Pickup. The MN auto show was running a special that if you test drove a car, they would give you a $50 gift card. I thought that whoever I was working with, they wouldn't give me the time of day (just because I wasn't planning on buying). But Dana helped me out, activated my gift card and took me on a test drive. He was a pleasure to work with, and when I am looking to buy, he will be the first one I go to.

We knew what we wanted before arriving on the lot so not a lot of messing around there. Sales person presented incorrect interest rates throughout financial discussions, so the numbers were not relevant, also entered incorrect down payment amount on sales worksheet. New vehicle was not ready for customer delivery the following day; scratches on hood, fender and several other places. The service department had the vehicle for a week for repainting. Dropping the vehicle off, service rep wasn t completely familiar with paperwork which made a bad situation worse. Now, 2 months or more after the sale, dealership calls to let me know they have the key to the locking rims. Two months to let me know they had the key. Seems like they waited for the sales rep to return to work after covid-19 staff reduction to let me know they had the locking rim key. Imagine if a wheel had to be removed, reduced hours at the dealer . . . Washer fluid was nearly empty. They didn t bother to check or just didn t care. Upon picking up the locking rim key, I told the sales rep I wouldn t send anyone here, I d be embarrassed if they received this treatment. Only sorry s from the sales rep, no manager contacted me checking on the repair/service or even the entire experience at the dealership.
Not impressed with any department here.

I have been taking my Impala there for the past 3 years that I have had my car. Called today for a oil change and the cost has went up to $69.95 for just an oil change. That is just ridiculous. They have now lost me as a customer. Also every time that I went there for an oil change which I had booked an appointment for I would have to sit in their waiting room for 2 hours. Just tired of paying so much money and wasting my time.

on freeway. Chad Nelson recommended that I leave the truck overnight for them to go thru it. They did find the problem, ** Throttle Control Sensor. Although the truck is only worth 350.00
I did appreciate the help in repairing and correcting the problem.

We had a great experience at Lupient Chevrolet on the lease of a 2015 Equinox. The entire staff was great - but our sales person, Zac, was amazing. He worked very hard to find us a very specific model - and was great about communicating updates. He never came across as a "saleman" - his primary goal was to find us the exact vehicle we wanted. He was very personable and friendly. Awesome guy! The final step in the process was the finance manager. He was also very helpful and friendly. The whole process was great. They will definitely have our business come time for the next new vehicle!

We dropped my car off at the service center and spoke with someone there about the problems we were experiencing (car wouldn't always start, infotainment system periodically malfunctioned/shut off). He explained that from the description, it was very likely related to a service bulletin about a loose negative battery cable and said they'd take a look at the cable in my car. He then stated that only if that did NOT fix the problems we were having, he would have to run a full diagnostic test on the vehicle to determine what the problem really was, for which the charge was roughly $150/hour. We agreed and left the car over night. However, when we went to pick the car up the next day, we were told that they did an hour of diagnostic testing BEFORE checking the cable, and that we would have to pay $150 for an hour of testing. To top it off, the testing yielded no results. The only "fix" made to the car was tightening the battery cable. And when we asked if the testing had at least confirmed that the cable was indeed the problem, we were told that they didn't actually know what the problem was but that the cable MIGHT fix it. Very disappointed that they decided to do the opposite of what I was told and did $150 worth of diagnostics BEFORE fixing the problem I asked them to fix. And now I'm driving a car that may or may not be repaired. I've been coming to this service center for 3+ years, but I will not be coming back.

They took care of everything in a timely professional manner. They even went above and beyond by repairing a transmission leak I didn't even know about. They cleaned the car inside and out too! I had a great experience at Lupient Chev. I started off speaking with Dave Sowers the used car sales manager, he took my information, what kind of vehicle I was looking for and what my price range was. He then had Dana Poppen help me out with a test drive of the car. It was a really relaxed casual way of shopping for a car, enough so that I purchased it that day and picked it up a day later. I had the financing already lined up, but, your finance department had the same rate so I just went through Lupient and it was really fast and easy.

When I called the dealership with my VIN number th...

When I called the dealership with my VIN number they told me my key (which was stuck in the ignition) would be covered under warranty, free to me, and they could do it same day - it would take an hour. I show up at my appointment time and they tell me I have to leave my car for a full day and pay $500+ for the repair before they even look at the car-as soon as I arrive.

They lied to me to get me here and left me with no option but to pay them for the repair because my key was stuck in my ignition and I park on the street at home... - plus pay for a cab home.

Never use this dealership. I never will again.

Bethany and Lupient were great in getting me and my wife into our first new truck! Bethany was easy to talk to, and was really patient in helping us through our decision making process. She's a bit new to the car sales game and her knowledge of some of the options was a little short, but she didn't try to b.s. her way through it. She expertly recruited help from other staff who were very pleasant and patient as well. It was actually a fun experience learning about the finer points of truck options together! At the end of the process we were confident we had the truck we wanted and had been treated well. I'm looking forward to coming back for my first oil change to say hi!

Went in a couple of months to check out a Dodge Nitro, very low miles and advertised as excellent condition. Thank goodness I was smart enough to bring it in to an unaffiliated mechanic. After a thorough check, it was extremely evident that the car had been in a MAJOR flood - there was mud still behind the handles on the doors that was slowly leaking out, the ceiling had been removed and replaced, all of the metals in the car (including inside the cab) were rusted out worse than a car with 200k miles in Minnesota winters. The mechanic tried to stay neutral so as not to speak poorly of another business, but as a mechanic's daughter I was thinking RED ALERT. After tracking the CarFax report, it appeared that it had been in a hurricane in New York, then auctioned off to another state to slip any salvage title issues. Any company that will sell you a vehicle in this condition is absolutely not to be trusted, they should be ashamed.

I wasn't going to buy another Chevy, but I decided to stop into Lupient on my way to the Subaru dealership. Needless to say, I never made it to the Subaru dealer. Little bit of an anecdote here. About a month ago, I was a day out from a 5 hour drive for a wedding when my the water outlet on my car gave away. I was worried I wasn't going to make the wedding but Lupient Chevrolet was able to get my car in, fixed, and returned within the afternoon same afternoon of the incident. I can't thank Sean Davidson, my service advisor, enough for his urgency and concern for my situation to get me back on the road. He also was incredibly knowledgeable giving me information on why/how this issue occurs. Sean and Lupient Chevrolet truly care for you and strive to provide the best solution possible. Also, don't know their names, but shout-out to the mechanics too for making it all happen!

This place was horrible. 18k for an Equinox which after pulling off the lot had to return for an alignment immediately. So much for that full-check they talk about? After we were told about the warranty and sold on that we discovered that they were conditions that were very sneaky and aimed at making the company more money by requiring all of our servicing to be done through them for the warranty to be valid. Warranty was one of the reasons we chose this dealership instead of another and it turned out to be a disadvantage. We understand there is always fine print, but the sales practice was very shady. Then after that, they tried to call us and tell us that we owed $500 for a special brake light package that they put in and didn t take out before they sold it to us. For oil changes be sure to make an appointment because even though they tell you you don t need an appointment if you don t make an appointment you ll be there for hours and hours. Further, there were details on the vehicle which were less than desirable at purchase, including what appeared to be dog hair throughout the back. Sorry, but just not worth what we paid AT ALL and experience was awful.
