Fleet owned company cars drivers- do NOT come here! I dove miles away from my home to get a dealership service. Instead the incompetence of the staff cost me DAYS of my time. I went in need of an oil change and removal of winter tires and put on summer tires. I asked for tire inspection to see if new summer tires were needed. Dropped off my car and never heard back. 5 hours later I called for an update - it was all done and they claimed a call and a message had been sent (no.. it had not). Come during rush hour (45 minute drive) to pick up my car. Old tires were placed back on my car - found out that they were not safe to drive on.... WHY would you do that when I said I wanted new tires???? They told me to make another appt for new tires!!?!! Then I check and they did not even preform my oil change!!! Laziness and incompetence is the only explanation. I would have gotten better customer service at Tires Plus in half the time. I ve filed a complaint with my Fleet company and let my coworkers know this is not a company car friendly establishment.

Edited to add: Finally got my car back after two days- then the next morning my ABS, Traction Control and Brake Stability lights are on. This HAS to be an issue they caused when putting on my new tires. I'm going elsewhere to get this fixed as i do NOT trust this company. Note.. i am going on 3 days of work loss for an oil change and new tires.. ridiculous...
