We made an appointment for an oil change on February 8th at noon and when we arrived, we were turned away saying they do not take appointments. Why is there an online application for appointments if they do not want or take appointments? If we had been alerted or called earlier about that, we would have been ok going in right at open to wait. We got no apology, no accommodations and no explanation from the service advisor- just a "we don't take appointments on saturdays, it'll take 2 hours. If you want to leave you will lose your spot." He was curt and showing obvious no concern for us as customers whose expectations were not being met. We left and decided to call their service manager to see what was going on with their system and to get more information on oil changes and got sent right to voicemail and never received a call back. This was the WORST and most UNCARING dealership we have ever been to. We have been permanently put off and will go to a dealership that actually shows concern for their customers.

I went there looking for a muffler strap for my 97' Saturn SC2. I went to Belzers Chevrolet in Lakeville and was politely informed that they did not have the desired part and was directed to Lupient. I drive for over a half hour to get to the store and went straight to the parts counter. I approached the counter and began talking to an employee. First-off he asked for my car information which I supplied, but demanded that he needed the last 8 digits of the VIN. I did not know off the top of my head the number and was informed that since I did not know it he could do nothing for me. I politely asked him to try with the other information I had provided him. He grumpily tried and learned (Wow! It did work). He informed me the part was discontinued and he could not help me. I told him that the parts person from Belzers checked their system and that you had some in stock. I asked him to go see if he could find some in stock and he very reluctantly agreed and went in back. When he came back (low and behold!) you did have some in stock. He rang up the part to the total of $53.10 to which I paid in cash $54.00. He went to the register and after an excessive amount time he came back with. 09 cents. I kindly informed him of the mix up and that he had given me the wrong change and that it was supposed to be. 90 cents. He insisted that he had given me the correct change even though it was quite obvious he had not. Though It could have been a simple mistake he refused to admit his wrongdoing and insisted I was wrong. It took until another employee realized his coworker was wrong and quickly got me the correct change and told me to have a good day. By far the most difficult experience I have ever had dealing with. After reading some of the other reviews this is obviously the norm. And after much information has been passed to the "team" nothing has changed.

Remember the Jiffy Lube scandal? This place is bringing it back. Was in last week for an oil change and courtesy inspection. When I asked for inspection results the lady at the counter went to the service area, then came back and told me the printer was down. Said they would mail me a copy when fixed. Called yesterday to ask if they could put the results in the mail? "Big Mike" from service dept said that GM's software was having issues and didn't record the results. But he did add that everything looked great. Surprised by this I measured the front brake pads myself and found that they were worn to the metal on the inside pad. And the rotor had worn groves. Thank you Lupient for lying to me twice and sending me away w front brakes that clearly need replaced. Buyer beware of this place.

I bought my vehicle from this dealership in June 2018. Since then, the service department has made every penny worth going to this dealership. Every time they have been friendly, incredibly courteous, and helped to resolve any concerns that I had with my vehicle. This time around, Dale from the service department went above and beyond when I came in for my oil change feeling a little under the weather. Not only did he get me tissues but he directed me to the most comfortable area and ensured I had something warm to drink. To be so considerate and to go above and beyond, should not go unnoticed! Thank you Dale! It s the people that make the face of the company, thank you for your work and for making a difference.

I brought my car in for routine maintenance as my car just hit 25k miles. I was told before my car was even looked at that it would just require an oil change, which concerned me as a customer of Lupient Chevrolet and as someone who brings their car to the dealership to have maintenance performed. I looked at the inspection report provided after the maintenance was performed. The passenger front tire wasn't inspected at all, my tire pressure sensors needed to be recalibrated from previous maintenance and that wasn't performed, the brakes weren't inspected, and there is a note saying that chassis components may require lubrication soon but I wasn't notified during checkout. I should feel confident in the service performed and the expertise of the advisor, and I'm not feeling that.

Stay away from these guys. Bought a Chevy Traverse from them a few weeks ago. Sales team didn t listen to our needs, told us it could be added on later. Adding an after market hitch will not allow you to tow to the full weight. We ve had Bluetooth issues with the MyLink system since we bought the car and have been given the run around about it ever since. Having to drive over 40 miles one way for them to look at it. I will be telling everyone I know to stay away from Lupient Dealerships. I ve had better luck with Luther in the twin cities! At least they are honest.

I saw a listing on Car Gurus for the exact car I wanted - a 2012 Chevy Cruze. We set up an appointment with Jay. He was very friendly and helpful. I really liked that I didn't see the typical "pushy salesman." After a test drive and talking numbers, he even offered to stay late that day so we could think on it and come back. The paperwork went quickly and before I knew it I had my car! I would recommend this dealership and Jay to anyone. Efficient, friendly, and classy! My only complaint is that my car did not have a full tank of gas.

I found a great deal while searching online on a 2017 sonic and I called the dealer and connected with Dana in sales. Dana reviewed the vehicle for me as it did have some miles being a demo car and I didn't want to travel for something that wouldn't meet my expectations. I arranged financing with the David in the finance dept and he was able to beat my bank by almost 1% which was unexpected. I schedule a flight into Minneapolis from Chicago and Dana offered to pick me up from the airport. The car was exactly as described and I had a great experience. Dana did a fantastic job and I'd definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy. Great job guys and thank you!

It is unfortunate that I have to give a low rating for Lupient as their cars are pretty good for the price. Everyone except for David, the sales person, was very friendly and helpful. This isn t my first time buying a car from a dealership, but it will most likely be my last. Working with David has been a total nightmare. He called daily on my work and cell phone regarding payment for our car, even after we already wrote them a check for the full payment. The only delay we had was money transferring from one bank to another, therefore we waited to pick up our car. That s not something we had control of but David continued to harass us, even after we all came to an agreement with the sales manager. I understand how sales commission work as I ve had similar jobs in the past, but to go to that extreme and that high of desperation was very unprofessional. It was even a surprise to the sales manager and store manager when we told them what was happening. But that s not even the worse part. Aside from the daily harassment, the day we picked up the car, David completely ignored me (which I had nothing nice to say to him anyways), but he also snapped at my husband for asking a question about the keys , as David had lied to us about it when we test drove and signed paperwork. We were about to not even purchase the car anymore, but because Dominic from finance and the store manager reached out to us and were both extremely helpful we ended up buying the car.

Do not go here if you have less than perfect credit. My experience was a nightmare. The only reason I m giving two stars is because the sales rep I worked with was nice enough to give me a ride home otherwise I would given you guys a 1. I completed a shop click drive application (included a credit application) before I arrived at the dealership to save time. I arrived at 12:15pm. I test drove the used car I was getting, had my down payment of 20%, paystubs, proof of residence, proof of checking, you get the idea. The sales rep wanted me to submit an additional credit application because the one I completed didn t show up in the system. The confirmation email I received after submitting my application listed David Moe as the contact person and there seems to be no David Moe at the dealership. Somehow my shop click drive application was found after I had to be very firm about not wanting to complete another credit application. I provided all the necessary documents and was given the assurance everything was ready to rock and roll and I would be in my vehicle shortly. I went ahead and added insurance to the car as directed by the sales rep.

Around 3:45 the sales rep let s me know he appreciates my patience and sorry it s taking so long. I was very understanding that a car buying process can take some time and let him know it s ok I can wait.

He proceeds to tell me he is off at 5:30 but will make sure another sales person assists me but that everything should be complete within the next hour. The banks were being very slow to respond. Close to 5pm he returns and says the banks are hesitant to finance because of the miles on the car and my credit history but that the finance manager will be working on my deal through the evening and give me a call first thing tomorrow morning. At this point I m almost in tears because I know my credit isn t the greatest and I m compromising my job because I need a vehicle to do my work. I was given the confidence I would be leaving with the car the same day and didn t arrange a way to get home because I took a lyft to the dealership. Kyler was kind enough to offer me a ride home.

This morning I did not receive a call. I waited until 10am and decided to call myself. Luis said he would give me a call within 30 mins and did not.
I called back at 11am and cancelled the sale. This was the worst experience I ve ever had with a dealership. It s better to be honest with people then to keep their hopes high with no follow up. I will never recommend this place.

Wow 54 Dollars was was not too bad with a quick wash which they did not do as promised again for the second time in a row, I came in with my wife because they did not even reset the mileage life monitor the last time she had the oil changed. We worked with Chuck and were very pleased with the service he provided. He wasn't pushy to sell and wanted to make sure we were looking at a vehicle that would fit our needs. He explained all the features of the vehicle we looked at and upon purchase, took the time to set everything up before we drove off the lot. Lupient's competitive pricing is why we drove 2 hrs to look and Chuck's knowledge and customer service sealed the deal.

The salesperson, Taylor, was very helpful in finding the auto we wanted, describing features, and taking us on repeated test drives. He was eager to help, but not overbearing. We eventually decided on a different auto for various reasons, both price and model.

One problem was that he called me and asked what it would take for this to be a "no-brainer" deal, and I rather cheekishly asked for a large amount of money off the price--because we had a comparable, newer car available for about the same price. I thought he would call me back, but he did not.

Nevertheless, I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new or used car; we came close to buying one there.

I wasn't sure what to do when my car wouldn't start and I was pretty confident it wasn't a battery issue. I called Chad because I've worked with him on other car issues and I know I can rely on him and trust him. I left a message, and then spoke to another service person in the meantime who helped me with information for free towing that I qualified for if I wasn't able to turn the car over.

Chad called within minutes and lent his advice if a jump didn't work. The jump worked, but I called and talked to Chad and he encouraged me to stop in and they'd take a look, he had a few ideas as to what the problem might be. I had time so I came in with the car. I was greeted warmly by your staff and Chad assisted me in a very prompt matter, getting my car in right then. They were able to solve the issue, and I was in an out in 40 minutes - and with a nice little car wash to top it off.

I really appreciate the service I receive every time I'm in there and the friendly nature of everyone; it makes a huge difference. Thanks for turning a rough morning in to a not so bad day. :)

Lupient Chevrolet in Bloomington MN is where I service my 2010 Chevrolet Impala occasionally. While getting brakes my Sale Professional A. C. Gutierrez, a very cordial and nice person said to me "Winston could you come with me I'll like to show you something underneath your impala." So he took me into the service area and show me a problem with the left front steering wheel that was deteriorated so badly and was unsafe if I continue driving it. As a Preacher I discern that he's genuine. I also knew that the impala had several other issues. So I said " l may need a new car! " It was then Mr A.C. Gutierrez called Mr. Zac Lovera another warm nice Sales Professional to see what could be done. To make a long story short, I left with a brand new 2020 Chevrolet Trax (steel color) totally satisfied. They paid off what was owed on the Impala. Didn't charge for the brakes service. Lupient Chevrolet of Bloomington in Minnesota made my Day! I'm now a happy camper, driving in comfort and style. Guess what! My coworkers notice and inquired. I told them it's the fine people of Lupient Chevrolet and Capital-One did for me.

Normally buying a car can be stressful especially with the stereotypical carsales man type but I did not have that feeling at all while I was there. We have gotten two 2018 Chevys from Lupient within the last 2 months. We have had a very pleasant experience by being provided all of the information we were looking for and the accommodation. The low-stress/low-pressure atmosphere makes the buying experience so smooth and I commend David F. and Mark for that. They were able to work on the car on short notice, thoroughly explained the diagnosis and repair, and had it back on the road quickly. Let me tell you this short story about the best service representative you could encounter, especially when you re worried about possible outcomes. His name is Todd Wilson. I took my car in for repairs that I d been told were needed on my car, so I brought my car in to have my issues addressed. After going through this list of things that I brought to their attention they dealt with all of what I was saying on such a professional manner that I was truly blown away. And Todd is who really deadly with me for the most part. But every person I encountered was very attentive and courteous. Thank you Guys so much. Service was truly impeccable!

Just got my new 2021 Chevy Trailblazer! I m so happy with my purchase. I researched online after deciding on the new RS trim and this dealership had the most inventory. I m so glad we came here. Lupe helped us and he made it the smoothest and quickest car shopping experience I ve ever had. He was very busy and handled multiple customers effortlessly. He even helped me pick the perfect color!

I also appreciated that desks and chairs were disinfected before we sat down to do final paperwork, as car shopping during a pandemic is a bit frightening. We will be coming back here for our next vehicle purchase for sure!

Not the cheapest service - it is a dealership - but good customer service. I had a problem which was difficult to diagnose. They gave me a quote to fix one of the sensor computers. When they replaced it, it didn't fix the problem, and they determined the sensor itself was the root cause. Despite having to replace this additional component, and it being more expensive than the first component, they didn't increase the quote. 5 stars.

Even after the sale was final he was quick to respond to text messages and emails regarding any concerns that I had and did a great all-around job. I felt like he went above and beyond.
