First new car Purchase in my life and Zac Lovera my salesman made it a first class experience from start to finish. I visited several dealerships but when arriving at the Bloomington Lupient I knew whom earned my business within minutes. Thank you again and will recommend you to anyone I know and thank you Zac for creating an experience. This was not just a sale this was a personal experience and know I am in good hands.
My car broke down on a Saturday afternoon, they still got my car fixed and gave us a ride to where we needed to go. Overall, they made it a good experience.
These guys are a major disappointment. We received a notice from Chevrolet about a known issue we had on our vehicle and instructing is to take it to our local Chevy dealership for service. These guys didn t even pretend to look into the issue or attempt to fix our vehicle.
Certainly do not recommend relying on this dealership for any service or warranty work.

Purchased a 2015 Silverado. Staff was amazing. I had a less than positive experience at a different Chevy dealership and I was contacted via phone by one of your staff after having done an online trade in calculator on chevy's website. Justin was my sales person, he did a fantastic job explaining the options, he was never pushy. I appreciate the entire dealerships attitude towards finding the right vehicle and price and not just pushing for a sale. Other dealerships practically refuse to let you leave without buying something, but you guys had no problem with me going home to sleep on it for a few days. That goes a long way. Also, the other dealership never even offered to find my perfect truck and instead just tried to talk me into buying something that was "close enough". You guys truly delivered! Another thing that I really appreciated was up front pricing. The other dealership refused to give me a trade in price and wouldn't run the financing unless I committed to a specific truck (which is hard if you don't know how much it will cost!). You guys were clear on the pricing from the start. Thank you!
I am always hesitant to go shopping for a new vehicle and put it in the same category as going to the dentist or DMV...hahaha
However, my salesperson Alicia was wonderful and provided me with great service.
Finding the vehicle that met my criteria while staying in my budget was easy and even the finance portion of the deal was pleasant.

Will Moore is a straight up guy, who worked really hard at getting me into a good used car. I got a good deal, and Will almost got me a great deal until the GM stepped in and shot it down! Still, I did get a good deal and I would recommend asking for Will if you go to Lupient to buy a new or used car. He'll work with you to get you a fair price on a car.
0/5 sales and finance only want to get a sale or in my case a credit application out of you. They completely disregard any explanation of current financial hindrances to offer a better finance solution before running credit.
I ran for credit on Saturday the 28th and didn't hear anything until I called back on Monday the 30th at about 3:00pm after being told I would receive a follow-up call before noon that same day. After the phone call with the manager, I discussed a down payment to become approved and as of me typing this review a week later, I have yet to hear from the dealership regarding this issue.
I recently brought my car in to get the rubber burning smell and squeaking under the hood diagnosed and fixed. After being told it would cost me $2,000 I decided to take it to another mechanic for a second opinion and boy am I glad I did. Saved me $1,400 as Lupient Chevrolet had misdiagnosed my issues!! Not sure if the mechanic was lazy or if they were just trying to pull one over on me since I am a woman. Either way, I will never be back there again. If I could give this 0/5 stars I would.
My mom and I came to Lupient because she was ready to replace her 15 year old Saturn. We had a great experience shopping several cars with Dana and she realized that the Kia Soul was a good car for her. A smooth operation from start to finish had us out the door with Mom's new to her car efficiently.

Want in to look at a few ideas for a new car and they were able to find something close to what I was interested in. Things got bad when they started running numbers. It took forever to get somebody to look at my car to estimate the trade-in value. Then it took even longer for them to run their numbers on what the trade-in value should be.
The KBB price on my car is $7900 as a trade-in in Good condition, (minor scratches/dents/cracks, worn out tires). They used this number as a base price and then said they would deduct a couple thousand dollars from the offer to put it into Excellent condition.
The numbers they used to calculate the cost to get it to excellent are no different from what it would cost if I blindly took it to the first repair shop I found and told them to return my car to a flawless condition. I looked at a couple of the estimates and realized that from earlier research I could have gotten the parts for a lot less than their estimate. As a dealer, they should easily be able to get better prices than I can as a private consumer. When I pointed this out, they just shrugged their shoulders.
Why would they even use the KBB value in Good condition if they are going to deduct what it takes to get to Excellent condition? If that's what they are going to do, then they should start out with a base price at Excellent condition! Then, when their repair numbers are deducted (even the inflated ones they used), the price comes right back down to the Good condition value! Isn't that why KBB has different conditions to rate a vehicle's value? When I pointed this out, he just ignorantly asked "well how's KBB supposed to know what it's going to cost to get it back into pristine condition?"
At that point, I had had enough of their classic car dealer antics and walked out.

Chuck was so great to work with! He just happened to be the person who was available and got my business that day and I m so glad. I never felt pressured and he always made me feel really comfortable. He explained things well and even worked to help get some small fixes taken care of before I drove away with my new used car. He also ensured I knew how to work everything and was always so kind. It was our second car we ve bought from Lupient and I know we ll be back again one day in the future! I m going to be sure to request Chuck too!

I needed warranty work on my car. They consistently "couldn't replicate the problem" even though I drove with them in the car demonstrating the problem in their own parking lot. When they finally decided to do something, the part "was not available". They said they would give me a call when it came in. That was in December 2009. It is now Feb. 28, 2010, and still no call. I understand that parts can be out of a dealer's control, but I took my car to another dealer (Rosedale Chevrolet best dealer in town!), and they had the part in stock, and had the car fixed in a day. Lupient Chevrolet has the worst customer service, so make sure you stay away.
Guadalupe is a great job explaining and demonstrating the requirements of buying my car. Robert vogt also very good people helped in what he could although he did not speak Spanish. A very good place to buy a car!

I have had to go to this dealer to service my 2017 Spark and both times everyone has been extremely professional and courteous. Todd was the service agent when I went last week and he greeted me and my son promptly and began gathering my vehicle information. He quoted me that the service would take a little over an hour and he was right on the money. Usually when I have dealt with dealer service agents it takes twice as long. The waiting area was very clean, coffee was available and it was really good. I will certainly continue going here for my service needs.
Used car, 2017. Test drive. Pronounced vibration from rear wheels, noises. Brought back to sales, reported issue. Lots of wait time, THEN mentioned previous used car damage AND rear brakes had at least half life left. Oh, good to know, now. They could not explain vibe/noise issue or why previous damage not reported, earlier. They will call on Monday and let us know. One general, non-specific vmail later, nothing. Our families won't be back.
Terrible do not go here for service. Dropped my car off at 8:15 and it was not done by 4:30, it was just an oil change and transmission flush.
Came in. For regular service and noise in rear differential. They found that rear diff needed to be replaced. Todd wilson my advisor took extremely good care of me and so did the staff at the dealer. How ever GM dropped the ball it took 45 days to get the part and installed. I'm extremely upset with GM no response to speak of i called and i formed them of the situation and they replied we will look into it. Well they did not contact me back i had to call again. Todd tried calling also. But anyway Todd and staff were excellent no complaint with them will always come back to lupient and todd. For my service/ repair needs
Mr Lovera was very helpful and respectful with helping me find a suitable vehicle. He was able to answer all my questions and wasn't too pushy like most car sales people.

Bought a used car here and was promised a year of free car washes or oil changes. I chose the oil changes and was told that the coupons would come in the mail. After waiting several weeks for the imaginary coupons, I called them, and the managerhole told me to prove that they offered me anything. The proof was supposed to be the coupons that they promised to send me!
Zac was awesome to work with, he made the process easy. Made sure I was taken care of and was transparent with me.

I had a electrical issue with my 2013 Chevy Cruze. I contacted GM directly, and they set me up with Chad Wilson at Southtown Lupient Chevrolet. Chad fix the problem by replacing the negative battery cable free of charge. While I was there I had my oil change, and they found a small leak on my right side Axle. Chad said it is not really a issue, but they could repair it now while I was still under warranty. I was very pleased with Chad's service and the way he kept me informed on the work they doing and the time frame. Yes would recommend the Southtown's service department to friend and family. One more thing about the oil change I was surprised the price was less then those quick oil change places which I have always used.

Awful experience with this dealership, especially with Rafael. His professionalism, communication, and customer service was awful. Practices typical used car salesman tactics such as pretending to ask the sales manager about pricing, etc. He also seemed very clueless in his knowledge about the vehicle (warranty, recalls, service history). He also had sent over a purchase agreement but then sold the car an hour before my scheduled appointment. When I arrived on time for my appointment, he claimed he had sent an email to me (despite having my contact information) that the car sold. When I checked the timestamp, it read 2 minutes before my scheduled appointment.

Dont ever go this dealer i need to get diagnostic 2013 Chevy suburban LTZ my trunk problem to stuck to open automatic. I signed paper $142 per hourly i request one hour without notice they diagnostic 2 hour then they call me they said we cannot get the problem yet we need more hours to know the problem each hour is $142. I said stop. I paid $300 and non result. I recommend everyone please dont go or think. Chevy dealer in Bloomington. I hve 2013regular garages pera the price and expert these only the brand name Chevy

Terrible. I checked the availability of a used Silverado on Friday morning. Went to look at the truck at 430. Not only was the truck sold, it had been off the lot since Monday. Also I was given the name of a guy to talk to and he was on vacation. To top it off I drove both ways from Coon Rapids in rush hour traffic to look at a sold truck and talk to a guy on vacation. If I could give this place a negitive re-view I gladly would. I made a 1Hr drive while it was snowing to pick up a transmission filter for my truck witch they GAURENTEED ME was a factory replacement from ALLISON TRANSMISSION (stamped by them) for my truck (I needed this filter from Alison in order to keep my warranty valid) witch cost $13.24 if I were to order it online. However I needed it today so I made the venture. When I arrived they had a AC-DELCO transmission filter for me. This filter cost $10 and can be found at basically any local auto parts store. They tried telling me that the ac-delco filter is what they use on all of their vehicles and that they get them straight from the factory. It not only is a cheap filter that you can find any where but they also marked up the price x4 the actual cost. They may have great guys in the shop, behind the counter and on the floor for car sales however there parts guys are a joke. If I could give them a negative review I would. They are very over priced and un-professional.
I worked with Rafael who was a pure delight! He was very knowledgeable and familiar with every vehicle that I test drove. He sat with me once my purchase was complete to go over ever detail of my new ride. Making a large purchase always gives me anxiety, so I appreciated him there to calm my nerves and make it an enjoyable experience for me. I will definitely lease or buy again from them!

While I was waiting for a key to be made THREE seperate employees asked if I had been helped. It also helps that their restrooms are spotless. Fantastic experience. I won't go anywhere else now.
Lupient Chevrolet either (A) knowingly sold me a lemon or (B) have really bad mechanics who say they check used cars but actually don't. Shortly after my purchase, the head gaskets were blown - and it was apparent they had been for some time. I have the pre-purchase inspection sheet and everything was given the thumb's up, including the radiator and the hoses. Lupient Chevy definitely falls into the category of shady used car dealership. Please buy from someone - anyone - else if you're looking for a used car.
It was nice when the service people know you by name. That is great customer service. They are always willing to help. I like it when they offer a rental when the time for the service on your car will be awhile.

Great experience buying my new 2019 equinox. I was looking at buying this or a RAV4 and the sales people at Walser sucked. Zac at Lupient was really helpful and worked us through the process. Reid was great to work with for the financing. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I came to the dealership only because my SUV was still under warranty. They did manage to change oil and upgrade my fobs for remote start. They weren't able to check out why my front speaker didn't work. I have to make a second trip and leave my car and rent one of theirs.
This isn't good. I was even told that the speaker not working was not under warranty. A second employee overheard that and said it was. I'm not sure what's going to happen.
They were to call me and let me know when to bring my SUV in to get fixed. No call yet. I'll have to call them.
I'll take my SUV to an independent mechanic shop going forward.
