The buying experience at Lupient Chevrolet was excellent! I was scanning the internet for the vehicle I wanted at the Price Point that I wanted on a lease. I saw the vehicle online and called Lupient Chevrolet . I dealt with David Younglove online, over the phone and at the dealer. He was Kind ,accomidating, and very knowledgable. He also understood me and what I wanted. That is very important to give the customer what they want {within reason) I got the vehicle (Black 2021 AWD trailblazer) that I wanted . It is a Beautiful vehicle. Kudos to Chevrolet-Its a WINNER! Made an appointment for 9am to get a new key programmed for my truck. Literally took 2 1/2 hours for the whole process to complete. When asked why it took so long, they said they did not start on it till after 10. What s the point of having an appointment then? Also no courtesy vehicles which is shocking when all the other dealerships around this one offer that... this place blows.

I came in knowing what I wanted---my objective was to get in and out. I learned after asking that it would normally be a longer process, but Will (the sales advisor working with me) made the process easy and quick.
I was in a hurry, so I didn't get all the details on services etc.---and without having to call I got a 2 follow up calls within the month I had bought just to make sure everything was going well with the car.
Working with Will has been a pleasure because even if my question is for the service department or another department he doesn't work in, he has gotten me all the answers fast.
I am in customer service myself, so I am more aware of "high level service" when I experience it (and tend to be a bit more critical) and the ongoing service I have received from Will has taken one more thing off my list I have to think/wonder about, and Ill probably buy my next car from him as well!

Took over a month to fix my car and would only give me a loaner for 5 days. They quoted the work at 9 days. If you have a choice go somewhere else.

I truly believe your dealership knew it was a damaged car when you sold it to me. There is nothing you can say to change my opinion about that. I feel cheated and robbed, and I believe a $15,000 vehicle should be sold in a condition that lasts longer than 3 months, no matter what kind of warranty is offered. I m going to make sure all my friends and family know how your dealership made me feel. There is no way I m bringing the vehicle to you to get it fixed so you can take more of my money.
Do not buy a used vehicle from them. They were not honest about the condition of the vehicle I purchased. I bought a 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe for over $15,000 and the transmission went out on it in less than 3 months of purchasing. A transmission is not something that randomly goes out. When you purchase a vehicle for $15,000 you should be able to drive it with no issues for at least a year. Overall I am unsatisfied with the sales manager, Robert Vogt. His indifference to my situation seriously irked me and is a tell tale sign to me that he does not care about his customers, only about profit. Even if it is at the expense of the customer.
Very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Made a stressful process much easier and were always more than willing to answer any questions. Very accommodating throughout the entire process.
Naturally, I wouldn't advise going to the stealership for anything service-related, but I took a car in to get a recall completed and was rejected based on the vehicle having a salvage title. After they gave a BS reason about salvage cars not qualifying, etc., I, much to my dismay, had to correct them on how manufacturer recalls work and explain how recalls and warranty claims are two fundamentally different concepts and title status not exempting vehicles from a recall (barring exceptional circumstances). The dealer then regressed to stating that they do not work on salvage cars and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone...great, we do live in the USA, I guess I can't argue with you there... I then got in touch with Chevrolet Customer Service after leaving, who was able to point me in the right direction.
I'm writing this to inform anyone who may be in this situation to not be misled or scammed by a dealer and refused or charged for a recall. The dealer does not make any decisions pertaining directly to your vehicle, only General Motors/Chevrolet does. They are the manufacturer and the actual company. Since auto manufacturers comply with federal law (NHTSA), vehicles with a salvage title are not exempt from recall campaigns. If the dealer refuses service or tries to feed you misleading information, call up Chevrolet to get things cleared up.
It looks like many people have had positive buying experiences here, so I don't want to shed any negative light on areas that I had no interaction with, but given the plethora of negative reviews of the Service Dept, I'm led to believe that my experience wasn't out of the ordinary.
I was looking for a new vehicle to lease and my grandma and mom trust the reputation of the Lupient Dealership because they have always had a great experience with them and still do.
We walked in and met with William Moore, he was so helpful and friendly, with a relaxed personality. What would have been an overwhelming experience was tamed because I didn t feel any pressure. I was trying to decide what was the best car to lease and William worked with me through the process.
I test drove the 2017 Malibu, it was a smooth and comfortable ride. It comes with so many additional features and it gets great gas mileage. I love it!

The car buying was good. But when I went back to put my new license plate on my truck it was horrible. I drove in to get my license plates and all three service attendees would not make eye contact and just continued typing for 5 minutes, one of your staff had a mechanic there and was talking to him then after 5 minutes looked up and said I will be right with you. Horrible experience.

I was fully prepared to leave a 1 star review after being yanked around from person to person since the end of December and being told blatant lies. Only to find out today, that my salesperson quit the day after I leased my new car and the paperwork was never filed for returning my old leased car. CJ apologized and did not give me any excuses, giving the actual reason why this has been an ongoing issue. He quickly sent me the paperwork I need for GM to get the disposition fee waived. I have not reached the end yet, but am worlds less frustrated after taking the CJ. There is definitely some internal procedures that need to be re-evaluated.

I had repair work completed that was ALL covered by my extended bumper to bumper warranty! Vannak contacted me many times to coordinate the fix. He also communicated with the warranty company. The work was completed very quickly and I am pleased to have my fully repaired vehicle back! One happy customer!

I had an oil change appointment scheduled for 1230PM and at about 100PM when I stepped outside to take a personal phone call, my car was parked and had not been worked on yet, leading me to being at the dealership until after 2PM. Which is frustrating because I thought the point of scheduling an appointment is to cut down on waiting time and to be seen right away? Also, I had to remind the service representative, again at the end of my service, that I was on a prepaid plan. This also kept me at the dealship longer because he had to verify this with an account specialist, which was difficult to locate at the dealership. Maybe streamline this process better by automatically having this displayed on customers account upon checking in? I stated I was on a prepaid plan when I made my appointment over the phone! Overall, I tend to be dissappointed in the customer service of this dealership there tends to be a lot of disregard for you, your time, and passing on of responsibility to someone.
Came in today need a car ASAP our blew up and we aren t from the cities and were 300 miles from our home town and William Moore was amazing and helping us find and get into the car I love!!!! And I was surprised and how fast and easy the it was we were in and out with our new car in just a few hours!!!!! Highly recommend William Moore and lupient Chevrolet to anyone!!!!!!!

I never write reviews but I have nothing better to do with my time since I have to sit here for another hour and a half to get my oil changed. Even after I dropped it off 3 hours ago (had an appointment). I have never had a good experience here. Every time I am treated poorly and like never acknowledged when I arrive. I have to ask for help. The only reason I come here is for my warranty. At this point it is not even worth the warranty. Worst customer service I have ever experienced!

Service department was A+. Mr. Gutierrez was incredibly helpful in diagnosing the issue with my car and was very fair in pricing. Steve, the technician, was also friendly and informative. Most importantly, he fixed my car in just a few hours!
My initial experience was positive. They offered a fair price on the car I was going to buy. Things went south when I received a low ball trade in offer. The sales manager proceeded to waste two hours of my time trying to convince me to purchase a car I didn't want. I needed to place a factory order and she wanted me to buy one off their lot. It was a deal breaker and I walked away. After following up and keeping in touch, my sales person didn't remember me from 3 weeks earlier and multiple visits. Planning to purchase the car from a different dealer. I'd be cautious when considering purchasing a car from this dealer. Be ready to walk away if needed.

Service experience was sub par but prices were fair. Waited an hour and forty-five minutes for a simple oil change and tire rotation WITH an appointment. No overly impressed with the car wash that was included either, I'm going to have to get it rewashed because huge spots on the rear of my car are still filthy. I'll be driving further to go to a different dealership for my future service needs.

I did not enjoy my experience at the Chevy dealer in Bloomington. As a first time car buyer I was not treated with respect and talked down to about the details of the cars and buying process. After being passed upon for service for some time eventually I found my way to a seemingly disinterested salesman. The test drive went well and I did enjoy the car, but the poor customer service and attempting to push into a sale was too off-putting. I would buy elsewhere if possible.
When i bought my car the bluetooth didnt work... They didnt tell me until the very end after the transaction.. Along with other parts of the car i knew the car dealer already knew the things wrong with it but didnt think much. They will do anything to sell something and make huge profits. Putting short batteries on cars and shorter tires that are not safe to drive.. Well for sure not coming back here. Almost spended an extra 2k for some lemon but alright atleast can say not coming back here

The service I experienced the 3 times I had Lupient service my 2018 Traverse was extremely poor. It took 2 hours for an oil change. Last oil change the engine light came on after 5 miles and had to drive back. The oil change was not properly done. I will not go back to this place.
I had a great experience with the purchase of my vehicle 18 months ago at Lupient, but as I learned the other day, the service department couldn t be more awful.
I brought my vehicle in to have the A/C serviced. Turns out the hose going from the condenser to the compressor had a leak and was causing the issue. I was told the repair would cost $750... for a hose... I told them to not fix it and that I will come pick up the vehicle. Lupient still charged me $150 for a diagnostic, if I would have known an estimate would cost $150, I would have never made an appointment at Lupient in the first place.
I ended up bringing my vehicle to a local mechanic who charged me $220 to replace the hose and recharge the Freon.
Needless to say I will be purchasing my next vehicle from Belzer.
William and his business manager Reid were fast, accurate and very knowledgeable during our recent visit to Lupient Chevrolet. They took time to answer our questions and made sure we did everything right the first time. Not only did we have a great experience but our young kids loved them too. We are already recommending this dealership to our friends and family and we just took our family car home last night! We will definitely be back in the future when it s time to replace our second vehicle!

Julien did an awesome job taking what i wanted into consideration and provided me with a few options and we went through each one and Julien patiently answered all my questions and helped me figure out which one was best. Once i picked the car, the team ran me through all the paperwork and helped me transfer my stuff from my old car into the new car. Things ran a bit late, but there was never a push out the door or anything like that.
In conclusion, it was a great experience from the minute i walked in to the minute i left. Car shopping is usually pretty stressful for me because there are a lot of options and i dont know much about cars, but my experience at Lupient really had me leaving the lot with a car i felt comfortable driving away in for a change. I recently had the pleasure of buying a 2017 Chevy Colorado from Will Moore at Lupient. I can t say enough about his professionalism, knowledge and easy-to-work-with demeanor. I came in (after my previous car unexpectedly died) with the desire to look just at Colorados. I was considering other vehicles from other places, but was focused on the Colorados at Lupient. I told Will that, and at no point did he pressure me or try to convince me to give up on my other possibilities. He wanted to make sure that I found the right vehicle for my needs. I test drove it twice, and the second time he offered to go with me to my home so that my wife could see it (she couldn t make it to the actual test drive). Update:
It appears Lupient sold me a truck with known power steering issues. I have had the truck in twice for the issue and today brought it in for a third time and was told the the fix is $2800!! and GM and Lupient have declined to help at all.
When I asked today if they (Lupient) checked the vehicle before they sold it to me they said yes but did not provide me any detailed paperwork showing that they did their due diligence. The truck has less than 36,000 miles on it and needs a repair that GM and Chevy knew about but kept hidden until the warranty ran out so they don't have to fix it! That is very shady!! It saddens me when businesses hide things just to save a buck, where is the safety concern for your customers??
Needless to say I'm done doing business here and would recommend anyone else considering buying here to think twice. They don't stand behind their vehicles, even though it is a HUGE safety issue they would rather save a buck than a life.
Zac Lovera is the best! This was the easiest, most comfortable atmosphere I've had in any car buying dealership. I had been looking, researching and comparing cars for months. I was finally set on Tahoe- but still prepared myself for the usual dreaded trip to the dealership. Not what I expected at all! Friendly, honest and knowledgeable staff.
