I set up an appointment online and entered information in the comments section about what needed to be done. I was also told to schedule an appointment with a particular individual (which I did) but as it turned out, he was off that day. In spite of the "miss-steps" at the beginning, everyone pulled together to get the job done and for less than the original quote. I continue to be very happy with their high level of customer service.
