I have been using Lupient for the past year, but after my latest visit I will no longer be a customer. The price for my oil change increased significantly from what was stated on my appointment confirmation email and I was not notified until after the service was completed and it was time to pay. I guess the prices were updated "just this week." I understand prices can change, but notification prior to work would be the correct step to good customer service.

My vehicle was not taken through the car wash as I was told it had been, and the oil change mileage sticker was not replaced.

I'm honestly wondering if anything was actually done to my vehicle or if I was overcharged for an oil change that never happened. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
