I went there to see a Nissan altima used car, the sales guy showed a 2015 Nissan altima car and said the price is 15,200 and when we tried to negotiate the price, he went to his manager couple of times and brought down the price to 14,200, when i checked the same car on their website it showed the price as 14,200, they wasted 1 hour of my time by increasing the price, negotiating and selling it for the same price what it showed on the internet. The next day I went to Wayzata Nissan and we got a better car(2016) with better miles for less price(13.2K).

I like shopping for cars but it is not always a good experience at some car dealers. My experience at Kline was good. Staff were all friendly, prices plainly marked - no surprises. Finance is usually the worst part but even that went great at Kline. They kept all their promises so far. It has been nearly 3 months since we bought a new 2018 Rogue and we have been very pleased with it. Really love the heated steering wheel and the powered lift gate. Nice ride and very nice radio. We bought it during a blizzard, they stayed open till our deal was done and we were 100 percent satisfied. Then they closed the dealership but we never felt any pressure to hurry up the process. We were definitely able to test the AWD on the long drive home and it really works well.
Follow up on 04/22/2019: I still am very happy with the Rogue and Kline Nissan. The Service department has been quick, friendly and efficient. After owning the Rogue for over 1 year and having the "new car honeymoon" period over, I still would recommend this vehicle and dealership to anyone.

My husband bought a new Rogue from Kline and they provided a ridiculously un-professional service.
(1) I spent only like 15 minutes to cut the deal for a new car. But they kept me waiting for more than an hour before someone started processing my paperwork.
(2) They tried three time and still did not deliver the right model, right color, right option/accessory. At the end of the day, they have to mail me the part and let me install it myself.
(3) The engine coolant oil just barely touched the minimum mark when I checked at home after 45-minute drive.
(4) The agreed to mail the license plate to my home but did nothing after 5 days. When I siad my temporary license permit is expiring in one day, they still refuse to express deliver my license plate and only agree to send via regular mail.
This dealership is definitely the worst I have ever dealt with.

We traveled 80 miles to buy at Klein Nissan. Our town has a Nissan dealer but does not have a viable supply of Nissan Leafs. We didn't know what to expect at Klein. Klein had a large supply of Leafs. They sell the most Leafs in our state. When we got there we were very happy with the considerate care that we received. The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and gave us step-by-step instructions and information about the car and all of the accessories and capabilities. We are very happy with the car. We will definitely recommend Klein Nissan to everyone.

During a pandemic public places are not ideal to stay at for a prolonged period of time. I appreciated the chair outside to sit in while I waited for my vehicle. As I waited, I watched numerous employees walk by me with their face masks around their chins. This was happening inside as well. All but one employee was wearing their mask around their chin. I work in healthcare and value face masks during a pandemic in which the virus is spread through the air. It defeats the purpose of a perfectly good mask of it is not worn appropriately. I understand people have various viewpoints on the topic but consider your customers. They are likely on a spectrum of beliefs and you need to play your PR cards right. I was horribly disappointed by the employees behavior and would have spoken to a manager but didn t want to spend time inside at risk since many were unmasked. Here is my advice: take 5 minutes and observe your employees and their behaviors. There is so much more you can learn that way (from the eye of the customer) versus sitting in your office.

The dealership is corrupt. The first thing the finance guy did was to pressure sell warranty on us and when we said can we later cancel it, he lied and said "No you cannot cancel it". We later found out we can cancel it, and when we told them we want to cancel--that same guy came out and said our payments will still remain the same so we can't even get the lower payment we had before this external party warranty was forced on us. Apparently they earn commission from external party warranty and that is more important to them then a person buying a new Nissan product. I wish Nissan can be aware of this corruption. I wonder if most dealerships are like this? Will never get another Nissan product ever again.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I originally leased a Rogue from this dealership two years ago and, last night, turned in my lease and purchased a new Rogue. Whenever I went in for service appointments with my lease, Jen took amazing care of me and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, particularly in light of some health challenges that I have. Yesterday, in dealing with Adam on the purchase of our new vehicle, I was again amazed at the level of service we received. Most of my experiences with sales people at other dealerships and companies have been negative with pushy people who care only about getting the sale and not about the needs of customers. Adam was friendly and patient; he answered all of our questions and even listened to all of our off-topic stories; he gave us time to think and process our options; and never once did we feel pushed or pressured. And he was kind. Kindness is sadly lacking in most situations these days, but Adam was kind and understanding. He was ready to listen and ready to wait with patience. He laughed with us, and he was quite simply genuine. There was no pretense as with most salespeople; he was actually interested in who we are and cared about what we needed. We love Nissan, and we love our Rogue, and doing business with this dealership, and specifically with Jen and with Adam, only increased our appreciation.

I recently exchanged my Honda lease and purchased a used vehicle at Kline Nissan. Turns out they never made me aware of a Lease Disposition fee that Honda would likely charge me. I didn t know until my Honda account went passed due. $400 was the disposition fee which I in turn had to pay out of pocket. I was led to believe that Kline was working on it internally only to call today and find out that they were just going to never address the issue. Had I not called, my Honda account would have dinged my credit. Shame on Kline Nissan for not at least warning me of such a fee. I know this is not their first lease exchange rodeo, so why was I kept in the dark? Never coming here again.

Their service department is a complete nightmare. Went in to diagnose a suspension issue and was charged $70 for this. When they told me my struts were going bad they then tried to ask $1400 for this repair and it is nowhere near that price anywhere else.
They also took off my bumper and after I inspected it afterwards they didn't put any of the clips in the places they were beforehand, also they must have hit my windshield fluid reservoir as it was leaking when I pulled out of the lot. I called back about this and Billy in the service department thought this was pretty funny and laughed about it despite the fact I was clearly irritated. Overall it seems the people in the service department really don't care about the customer at all, they just want to get as much money out of them as possible. They brag about a $9.95 oil change but they will tell you your air filter needs to be replaced for $30 so it comes out to being the same price you'd pay anywhere else.
I spent a very long time here just to have a simple suspension issue looked at and quite honestly I consider my entire experience here as a waste of time and waste of money. There were people who entered the waiting area after I did and left before I did just to give an idea of how unnecessarily long this was. Do yourself a favor and take your car to literally any other mechanic because these guys will rip you off and potentially get a kick out of it.
