Have been casually shopping for a new truck for awhile. Found a used low mile GMC at Lupient, looked at it, but when I went back to see it again, it was sold. Taylor showed me a Chevy Z71 LTZ, all black with black rims, has all the bells and whistles, loaded. It looked awesome! Taylor answered the questions I had, he did a good job! Will not hesitate to work with Taylor/Lupient again,.

Dana Poppen was great he was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He showed me cars in my price range and helped share with me the best deals available. A couple months later I am still very happy with my purchase and will go back to him next time I'm in the market for a car.
I would definitely suggest working with him and talking through your car buying situation as he has a great knowledge of other comparable cars and will have great input on your situation.

Bought a 3 yr old truck with only 48k miles from them. Upon the test drive I noticed it had a leaky oil line. Told them if they replaced it I'd take it, which was put in writing on purchase agreement. I live 2 &1/2 hrs away so I stressed this and why I wanted it repaired before it left there. Few days later a family member picked it up for me and was told the line had been "repaired". Upon getting it home I noticed it had not even been touched, just as oily as the day I seen it. Called them and Jordan proceeds to tell me that it's " normal for vehicles to seep oil, and it's not a leak it's a seep, bring it in and we can wipe it down" Long story short they refuse to repair and say nothing is wrong with it. They want me to "just bring it back in we can look at it again" being they know I live hours away they know that's redicilous and not going to happen. Wish I could post pictures of this "seep" Very untrustworthy and terrible customer service. Would not recommend this dealership to anybody!

My husband and I bought a 2014 Chevy Equinox from this dealership back in March of this year and we are very happy that we came to them. We had one problem with our car's tires, but that was taken care of quickly and we are back to loving our car again. We were very happy and thankful that the GM, Paul, reached out to us in regards to our tires to make certain that we were happy with the outcome. I can say that we look forward to continuing to doing business with them in the future. I truly want to thank Bret for all of his help during our purchasing of this car. He was so wonderful when we were looking at this car in the beginning. He was extremely helpful and patient with all of my questions and concerns; especially since we had our 3 month old daughter with us at the time of sale and it was later in the evening. When we brought our car in for an oil change about 3 weeks ago Bret was wonderful enough to talk to me about the new Malibu and answer my questions while my daughter, now 10 months, was demanding his attention. My husband and I plan on purchasing another Malibu in 2019 to replace our 2008 Malibu and we hope that we are able to work with Bret again at that time.

Zac, is amazing! He got us in the right vehicle, exactly what we were looking for! Super helpful, and so great to work with! Unfortunately, the inspection wasn t done on our vehicle before we left. So we had to bring it back in. They fixed one problem, but couldn t fix the other. I would recommend them, but make sure everything is in working order, before leaving the lot. Side note, they DID make sure our car got one fix while we were there! We appreciated that!

They are Low on staff and technicians in the service department, first no one was ready to check me in(they took quite some time to do, even though I have an appointment) and second after waiting for more than hour after I checked my vehicle in I went to one of staff members to see how long more its going to be and was told that they havnt still got to my vehicle. Poor customer service!!!

By far the best service experience. From any dealership. And I knew what to expect I come prepared. Plus I used to work for 2 dealership service centers so I'm am the bigger critic here since I know the behind the scenes. But over exceeded my expectations. Even vacuumed the car and I wasnt expecting it. Mostly because most places charge extra to have it cleaned. And it was so dirty frm the winter months frm the sand and salt my weather tech mata didnt catch in the liner. But I came 10min. B4 my appt. And it was on a weekday after work. Got a quick oil change and by quick I mean I felt like I was waiting 15min. THAT'S IT! Will definitely be coming for future oil changes. Love what they're doing over there. And their employees are all super friendly.

Every time I get service done here, the amount of time they say it will take is usually doubled. Caused by either too much work in the shop or the service rep not remembering to let you know when it's done, so make sure to go out to the service area and check on the status often to make sure you aren't sitting there for too long.

I've also run into a few scenarios where they claim to see issues with my car during a multi-point inspection and when I get them checked elsewhere (because it's $85 just for a diagnosis on potential issues, which doesn't seem to be the case anywhere else I get my car serviced), there is no issue to be found.

Yes, my service is completed correctly when it is finally completed and that's why this is two stars instead of one. But really, this place tends to be more trouble than it's worth just for simple services.

They literally just made my day! I m here from out of town and I had an issue with my Suburban. They took care of me right away, took a look and it ended up being a recall issue. Within an hour I have my vehicle back and am very thankful!!

I have to give Jim in the Parts Department a HUGE shout out!

I recently purchased a 'new to me' used Chevrolet truck (private party - NOT from Lupient). The truck only came with a single key, so I stopped into Lupient to have 2 additional keys cut for it.

Jim greeted me at the parts counter and was very pleasant. He was happy to help with my request as well as look up some additional information I requested on the truck. Once the keys were finished, I paid my bill and was on my way. When I tried the new keys that were just cut, the ignition didn't turn over at all. I went back to chat with Jim about the issue. He visually verified the cut of the key, he even verified the cut based on the VIN number. Jim spent a good amount of time trying to resolve my issue. Unfortunately it turned out that the ignition cylinder in my truck was fairly worn out - Jim discovered the key needed to be pulled OUT just slightly to get it to turn over.

Needless to say I was pretty embarrassed to have wasted as much of his time as I did. BUT, he was extremely professional, amazingly helpful, and really kind. He reassured me it wasn't a problem at all. I was pretty relieved honestly. If you have any parts needs, Jim is your guy.

I will definitely be back to Lupient Chevrolet for any future needs!

Bought a used 2013 Impala at 30,000 miles and a year later i had to get my alternator and battery replaced. Also within that time my Satellite radio just completely stopped working, my traction control kicks in whenever i turn the steering wheel to the far right or left. I just went un to get my oil changed and was told that the cold cranking amps are significantly lower than they are supposed to be. So, now i the alternator/battery issue has come back and the dont want to fix the issue without me having to pay for something. I actually feel they sold me a Lemon cause there is just no way i have these kinds,of issues with a car and its currently at 69000 miles. I hate this place and will never get another car from there again. Ill never buy another GM product again either!!!

If you're considering a lease, my big recommendation to you would be realistic about your credit score. Dealers are going to present you numbers as though you have the best credit rating. If you're average, then be sure to ask them to give you the real numbers based on average credit. It will save you and them a lot of time.

If you're trading in a vehicle, don't just take cash back unless you're leasing. If you're leasing, don't put more than 1k into the lease. If you get in an accident and total the car, you don't get that money down back. If you're going to buy a new vehicle, put as much cash down on it, including the total trade in value. By using the total trade in value, you are actually reducing the amount of tax you will pay for the vehicle. You've already been taxed on that value, so why not us those monies to be sure uncle sam doesn't take a little more. For example, using a trade in value of $10k will save you around $675 in tax. That's huge IMO!

Lupient in general had the best and most transparent pricing in the Cities.

Must lower my initial review for a couple reasons, and pending that handling I will move it again.
- they sold us a silver service package on our leased vehicle and then upon servicing our vehicle they had no record and wouldn t easily remedy the issue.
-had a truck repaired at the collision center and my truck was supposed be aligned. I asked to see the alignment report and was told the service center would have it. Went there, then they said the collision folks would have it. WTH, seriously? Never seen the report when I was told they emailed it. Likely never was done but it was claimed against my insurance.

I spoke with Chuck Evans on Tuesday afternoon. He came out right away to help us! We were interested in a $12K vehicle they had on the lot. Took us inside and we told him what we were looking for and what we had to spend. I said we would like to spend between $12K and $14K. We also told him we had a car to trade in. He said he would give us $4000 on our trade in and what we had wasn't enough to get anything within our budget. We then went to a Chevy dealership on the north end of town. They gave me $6000 on my trade in and put us in a $20K vehicle. A bit more than originally want to spend but they worked with me and my finance's. Just goes to prove people judge. I have several visible tattoos but I make good money. He just seemed very dismissive. Not a good experience.

Edit**Came to get our 2017 malibu checked because the engine light was on. They overcharge for labor! I recommend you go to Goodyear or some other place. They charged $130 in labor for a coolant flush and $175 in labor again to test drive and perform a scan check. Don't come here for service!!! Our chevy seems to have a lot of mechanical issues as well, it's probably best you don't get a chevy at all.

They charge you a $40 fee on every service bill and claim it's a "shop fee." Called the service manager and he tried to tell me all dealerships do that. I can assure you they do not. Take your vehicle anywhere but here for service.

First, Kevin and Wendy were very pleasant to work with, that is the only reason this isnt one star. I had to go through four different sales reps to get the deal done. By the time it was over the end deal looked nothing like the original deal. Tried to pressure me into a deal that wasn't right and was rude when I didn't agree. I had $2000 down and paid $35 uber ride to get there. They didn't respect my time frame and wasted 3 hours of my time. The one positive is that they did give me a ride home, which they promised they would before I ubered over there. Even then, they weren't going to at first until I insisted.

And the car I test drove was dirty, had broken vents, loose undercarriage plate, and a cracked battery.

Overall a sloopy, disorganized experience.
