I have been here a few times, for service and purchased my van from them. The sales experience was ok... Nothing outstanding for sure...a base line nothing to brag about experience... The service department is HORRIBLE!!! I have had an issue every time I have been in.... My latest experience was for an oil change ... When I asked how much my oil change would be I was told $85. Upon expecting my car...I needed a cabin filter...ok I had 30000 miles on my car....this bumped the price to $145. Which was WRITTEN on the paper I agreed to. Went to pay and all of a sudden my bill was over $300... How did we get there....the clerk offered no resolution to what I had been told...pay it or they keep the car.....I had already been there for 2 hours when I was td it would be 30 minutes....I had no choice but to be screwed!!! Get in the car and there is grease all of my light grey interior (not the first time for this either) and when you talk to them about it they are completely uninterested in your issue and do nothing to resolve the issue!!!? Hands down worst dealership I have ever delt with.... This is why my parents who have purchased several cars thru them just purchased their new car from another dealer and I will NEVER return.
